I spoke to this mother and pointed out the fact that the annual holiday (the last week in July) was highlighted in our prospectus and also on the registration form. She said she did not read the prospectus in depth. Staff have been advised to inform the parents about the holiday as well as show them the relevant section in the prospectus when they join us.
