Our nursery chef does create wonderfully nutritious meals for all our children at our on-site kitchen. Additionally, the excellent SEN (Special Educational Needs) support, including our very own Area SEND practitioner is a bonus and support to any family who may need it. Job Title: Nursery Manager

I achieved my Level 3 Diploma in Childcare in 2005 and have been working in early years since. My time at Fledgelings began in 2018. I am passionate about early years and providing children with the skills they need to grow. As a manager my aim is to provide a nurturing environment where children feel at home, comfortable, safe and secure. I often do research and training to learn new skills that can further support children and my staff team. I gained my Level 3 Certificate for SENCos in Early Years in November 2022 and I am also a Mental Health First Aider. My passion is not just for the children but to also ensure my team are well equipped with the skills to share my vision in providing a home from home environment that supports children’s overall development.
