Overall Experience

My little boy has been at Planet Tiny in babies for a month and he loves it. The staff are kind, caring and it’s clear they genuinely love the babies. It’s a small nursery which is perfect for us, especially as being born during the pandemic, we thought our little boy might be a bit overwhelmed by a

big noisy environment. The staff are always happy for me to check in during the day and send us pictures of our baby so we know he’s well and happy. His key worker keeps us very well updated on his progress, both fun and educational. Staff put on lots of learning and fun activities for the babies and I can see him really developing.
Would one hundred percent recommend the nursery, we are very happy with our choice for our little boy.

Overall Experience

Our daughter was in babies and has recently moved to toddlers. At both transitions she has been very happy to be left there and comes back full of smiles and chatter about what she has been doing while we show her photos of her busy day at nursery via the app. She has made lots of friends and is always

very excited to go in, sometimes she doesn't even want to leave!

Overall Experience

Having worked in an outstanding childcare setting through a preschool and a day nursery I take my hat off to Planet Tiny. The creativity is incredible and dedication clearly second to none. A nursery is only ever as good as it’s team and you are clearly amazing.

Overall Experience

After my older son attended Planet Tiny, I had no doubts about sending my second there. I have had no concerns about leaving him because I know that at Planet Tiny he will get the best care. I am excited for him to be there and I know already he is enjoying himself. There are lots of great things but

the stand out thing is the staff. They are all supportive, smart and kind. They are loyal and many of them have been there a good period of time which is so reassuring, if the staff are happy I think this is a big deal.

Overall Experience

My daughter first attended toddlers then progressed on to the preschool room, so is coming on two years. I have nothing but praise for this outstanding nursery with its phenomenal team. The activities are amazing, the staff are friendly and engaging with the children and are always smiling. The observations

and feedback is constant and the creativity is just incredible. This is a small family run business, so unlike bigger branded chains that have a particular system to them, this nursery is unique, in that it has the ability to free flow, within the realms of meeting the child’s physical, intellectual, language, emotional and social developmental needs. The management invest hugely in their staff team, providing up to date training and positive and supportive feedback in all that they do with the children. This is reflected in the loyalty of the staff members who not only stay for years but continue to love and care for our children on a daily basis. This is an amazing nursery!

Overall Experience

We can’t speak highly enough of Planet Tiny preschool and their incredible team of dedicated staff. The thought and creativity that goes into the daily activities is exceptional, it’s clear that the teachers are truly passionate about their work and the children. We were blown away by their commitment

to daily Zoom classes during our last Covid-19 isolation period, covering everything from story-telling, to sock puppets and homemade play-dough. Would highly recommend it.

Overall Experience

This is my second review but I wanted to share how brilliant the nursery has been during a period of closure at the preschool unit due to a Covid-19 case. Within a day they had swiftly set-up four thirty to fourty minute zoom sessions for the children to take part in each day. Each session is led by

two staff members and the creativity and imagination has been exceptional. A typical 'home preschool' day has been an am session of pasta shell necklace making and painting, a pre-lunch session of making and eating a healthy sandwich together, an early pm session of math and a counting activity and a late pm session of play dough making and shapes. The children are so engaged in the online sessions and its lovely for them to stay in touch with staff and friends. Both my mum and aunt work in Early Years and have done for decades. They have been overwhelmingly impressed by the efforts and commitment of the nursery. In their words it's "head and shoulders above anything they've seen" and "outstanding".

Overall Experience

Our daughter absolutely loves going to the nursery at Planet Tiny! When we are on holidays, she keeps asking when she will go back to the nursery. The children are offered such a variety of indoor and outdoor activities every week. The communication from the staff is excellent and we can definitely

tell that they love working with the children. Every day we receive updates through an app on what the children have been doing, what they had for lunch and snacks, with pictures and videos. The management is excellent as well and they handled and are still handling the Covid-19 situation brilliantly.

Overall Experience

Both our children have been to Planet Tiny Toddlers and Pre-school, and the youngest is still in the latter. The staff and the learning opportunities are fantastic. The warmth, caring and attention to the individual needs of our children has been exceptional. Over the last 7 years that our children

have been there, there has been exceptionally low staff turnover, and the thought that goes into the activities for each day is fantastic. No matter at what stage of development your child is at for their age, the bespoke nature of the care means that our children have thrived during their time there. We cannot recommend Planet Tiny highly enough. It is family run and this comes through every aspect of the care they offer. From the wonderful home-cooked food to the way all the wonderful staff are invested in the children's well-being. We can't praise it highly enough.

Overall Experience

I often wondered what a nursery had to do in order to have an ‘Outstanding Ofsted’ report. Within days of my son being there, it was clear to see. The communication is second to none, the effort and variety of their early years curriculum is mind-boggling with as much attention being paid to fun and

well-being as it is to core subjects. The nursery is busy but the space is used well with walks and outings being a regular fixture. My son has thrived during his time at Planet Tiny, the staff are professional and thorough, welcoming, kind and attentive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Planet Tiny to prospective parents!

Overall Experience

Our child has been going since September 2020. We can honestly say that our child has a wonderful time there. We get daily updates and pictures of how much fun she is having. The amount of activities they pack into one day would exhaust me but for a two year old is fabulous! We are so glad we found

this nursery and the development of our daughter has come such a long way. She talks so much more, loves to talk about her friends at nursery and eats so well independently. I could go on and on but I would thoroughly recommend this nursery to anyone. It’s a hidden gem with wonderful staff!

Overall Experience

I cannot recommend Planet Tiny highly enough. I say that as a parent whose child has attended all 3 units. I briefly moved my child to another nursery but moved them straight back to Planet Tiny as soon as I could - I believe the standard of care is unparalleled. The environment is warm and nurturing,

activities are well thought out, varied and engaging. The children build strong bonds with both their peers and staff. The key worker system functions extremely well and communication with parents is brilliant.

As an Early Years teacher myself, I am always impressed by the rich provision and learning activities provided for the children on a daily basis. My 2 year-old has a fantastic vocabulary and I credit Planet Tiny for contributing to this through their high-quality interactions and the wide variety of

learning experiences they provide. The communication and decision-making at Planet Tiny is excellent. I have always felt that management are transparent and I am glad they made clear their expectations for parental responsibilities during the pandemic (e.g. not coming to the nursery if they are awaiting test results or if their child is unwell).

Overall Experience

When looking for a nursery for my toddler, Planet Tiny came highly recommended and it has not disappointed. Management is extremely helpful and the staff are all amazing. My little boy loves attending and always had a big smile on his face when we collect him. He has gained so much in his short time
