I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough because if its caring and responsive staff. We also have experience of another nursery in the area, and our boy is so much happier at Busy Bees. He has settled quickly, is now always happy to go there, always comes out excited when we pick him up, and even occasionally
asks to go to nursery on the weekend. We like that it’s a small, homely setting, and all through the pandemic, they managed not to have a single Covid case so far. The menu is very good and healthy, the staff have been very supportive through the potty training, flexible in trying to accommodate his nap time as much as possible, and regular updates and photos of our boy’s daily activities and achievements via the new app have been absolutely invaluable to keep us reassured from the very beginning that he’s doing great there.

I’d highly recommend Busy Bees at Ealing Common Nursery. When I first took my son to the nursery he was a year and half old and the staff at the nursery reassured me about their learning and play structure and I’ve not looked back since. He’s now 3 and a half and really looks forward to going there.
They encourage his learning especially as he’s excelled in certain areas for his age and the staff make sure he keeps progressing. They update me every time I pick him up and they serve healthy well balanced foods too.
He’s a happy boy when I drop him off and pick him up.

I highly recommend Busy Bees at Ealing Common. My daughter has been going there for three years since she was six months old and she absolutely adores her little nursery and everybody in it. The staff is wonderful, all the key workers truly care about the children and the manager is fantastic, always
trying to accommodate the children’s or parents’ needs. I particularly like the fact that it is a small nursery, which means you get very personalised care. On top, we have much less to worry about in Covid times with it being a small nursery. Would highly recommend!

My son is currently in pre-school and has been at Busy Bees for more than two years. He loves the keyworkers and he looks forward to attending pre-school every morning. He has gained so much confidence and his language skills have significantly improved. The keyworkers are so dedicated, encouraging,
attentive to his needs and engage him in every activity that may not necessarily be his favourite. He is proud to show me his 'artwork', demonstrate his singing ability, tells me about what he does in the pre-school garden, be it playing with his peers or growing plants. The staff always give a verbal summary of his day; and also provide suggestions to improve particular aspects of his learning outside of the nursery arena, which is also supported by the Busy Bees (BB) 'UP' app. My son is also a picky eater and all staff bend over backwards to accommodate this so he does not go hungry. He is already sad that he will have to start Reception next autumn as he will miss the keyworkers.

My experience with Busy Bees has been one that is always going to be remembered as I remember how friendly and helpful the staff and manager were and still is when leaving my little one at to return to work. They were understanding and caring, and that helped me to relax that my baby was in good hands.
I also, like that the nursery is small and homely, and they operate almost like a family as the environment is mainly clean and staff helpful and tends to communicate my child's needs well. I wouldn't change my boy's nursery for anything, he loves it. I just hope the standards continue to be kept and set even better ones in the future to be reached.

Busy Bees Ealing Common is great. It’s a smaller nursery and there is a real family feeling. We’ve had both our children attending, and they are very comfortable and welcomed in the space. We spent a year away from London and coming back to Busy Bees Ealing Common was like back to the family. We were
very impressed that the vast majority of staff have been the same over several years, in comparison to the dramatic turnover we are aware of in other nurseries. The children play well and eat well. Possibly the only downside is a smaller outdoor space, and the continued efforts the management team have to make with the neighbouring businesses to keep the surrounding street areas tidy. We have considered deeply what is best for such young children, and very happy that Ealing Common provides such a rich caring environment.

From the moment we came for an initial check of the nursery and every visit since then, we have been treated in a warm and professional manner by all the staff. My daughter really enjoys her time in the nursery, this is due to the dedicated staff that show a real interest in her as an individual, as
well as her development for her learning and social well being.
The staff really make the effort to make your child/children (and you as parents), feel safe and cared for whilst they are away from you.

This little place is perfect for my little one. He has always been happy and been looked after very well. Never had any concerns about my little one as I have always been updated about the progress and development. I would highly recommend this nursery for the first time parents especially as it's very
cosy.

Our son started nursery at the end of January and we have been so happy and know that we made the right decision. Like all parents, you are worried about your first child about making the wrong decision and visit a lot of nurseries. Our son is 21 months old and we have seen a huge development in his
speech and social interaction over the last few months. Apart from a few mornings of crying he took to nursery so well. This was down to the reassurance and kindness from his key teacher but also from all the staff! All the staff take great pride in getting to know the children and are so warm and friendly. They care passionately about all the children's well being but also about their learning and development. Our son enjoys playing outside, making presents for us, baking and messy play :). He's learnt so much and I wouldn't hesitate on recommending the nursery. All the staff are approachable from the manager to part-time assistants. They have an onsite chef cooking organic food too!

My son joined the nursery when he was only 8 months old. As the first child I was worried about leaving him at nursery but after a few months, I can surely say it was a great decision. My son is absolutely happy there and staff are really professional and they take great care of him.

They do loads

of activities and he is always involved. Also, they always inform me about his mental and physical development. Rooms are clean and safe for kids.

My kids went to this nursery for 15 months and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are so kind and friendly. The management is very responsive and caring. The nursery was always clean. My kids loved going to nursery every day. My daughter was always coming home with a handicraft and she was
feeling so proud of herself. Now she can write and recognise her name, all with help of her teachers at nursery. All in all, this nursery has been like home to my kids. Our heart was at peace when we were leaving them at nursery and nothing is more important than this for parents. Now that they’re both leaving for school We’re all gonna miss this place.

When my daughter started the nursery, it was the hardest time for both me and my daughter, however, the staff made me feel so reassured and confident and helped me and her through the process every day. Now my daughter is confident. I also really like the relationship she has with the staff. I also
really like the management and how understanding and professional they are. The nursery is small but really has a loving and warm feeling that you sense as soon as you come in through the door.

The nursery is adequate enough for the kits but attention to kids needs a little more upgrade. The current staff do try but not enough as little scrapes are being observed.

My Son likes this nursery because of the very good staff who help any time. He likes to play with toys, there have a lot of activities at nursery. The food is tasty because my Son has never been hungry, he is a fussy eater. Learning programmes are also excellent, my Son can count and understand English
better. Everything is very good at this nursery, my Son is happy here and I'm happy too.

We are very satisfied that our Son goes to Treetop nursery. He has been learning a lot of things like shapes, numbers, alphabet etc., through play with fun. He has been learning English as his second language as well since he started to go to nursery. They talk to and encourage each child to understand
better and expand his/her vocabulary. They observe each child very well and give feedback about him/her to his/her parents.

Treetops staff are kind, considerate and caring. It's a small and intimate nursery which is exactly why we chose it - a home away from home for my daughter. They are also very flexible and supportive and as a working mum, that is just what I needed. My little one is upset when she doesn't go to nursery!
So they must be doing a good job. I can not recommend this place highly enough - it's great.

Current Review Score: 9.7 (9.685)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.7 (9.685) out of 10 for Busy Bees Ealing Common is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  • a) The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 8 Reviews in the last 24 months.

  • b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.8 out of 5 from 8 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

    The Average Rating of 4.885 for Busy Bees Ealing Common is calculated as follows: ( (86 Excellents x 5) + (9 Goods x 4) + (1 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 96 Ratings = 4.885

  • b) 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

The 4.8 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Busy Bees Ealing Common is based on 8 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    • i) 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.1 + 0.1 + 0.1 = 3.8

    • ii) 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 39 number of registered child places is 7.8, which has been reached with 8 Positive reviews. Points = 1

  • When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

  • If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
