Recently graded as "OUTSTANDING" in February 2019, Busy Bees Heathrow is an open-plan building, where children can feel comfortable to learn and be inspired, enjoying a wide range of activities both indoors and outdoors thanks to free-flow play, supported by a robust early years programme and a unique learning tool, children are supported in developing their skills.

With a long-standing dedicated team, children are supported throughout their time at nursery and encouraged to be individuals.

The nursery has a large outside space for children to explore and enjoy.

Children enjoy a varied healthy menu with lots of choices to cater for every diet and need. They are delivered on a six-week rolling plan, the menus are carefully created so children receive a healthy diet.

Each child has a dedicated key person to support them with their learning and needs.

The nursery has been great to all three of my children, from my eldest started in 2014, to my youngest currently attending. The staff have always gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable with my children's care, even when I need attention given to something specific! My children have always
been happy at Busy Bees and the staff have made lots of effort to build relationships with the parents, as well as the kids. Also, my favourite thing about the facilities is the open-plan setting, which allows the kids to view the whole space and even learn from the older children. The garden is lovely and spacious too, giving them plenty of space to explore and play freely. I’d definitely recommend the nursery.

My daughter loves the nursery and all the staff make such an effort to keep her entertained and learning.
She attends full time, which works out cheaper than part time and has always loved going. There’s so much for her to play with and a big garden for her to run around, which she loves. I get good
feedback from the staff about her day and the meals served look great. This nursery came recommended from a friend who was spot on. It has great transport links for me for work and lots of parking when my wife pick up. A great choice for anyone looking for good quality childcare in the area.

I couldn't be happier with Busy Bees, Heathrow! This is a fantastic nursery and I would highly recommend it to any other parent. We have always found the nursery to be a lovely, nurturing, fun and warm environment. The team are very professional and friendly and always keep me well informed of my daughter's
progress. She has truly blossomed during her time and loves going every day, especially when she gets to explore the terrific garden. Thanks, Busy Bees!

From day 1 my child felt at home in the nursery they are cared for in a great way every day she had a smile on her face and always had such fun. I would recommend the nursery to any family who are worried about leaving their child because this nursery looks after them brilliantly.

Busy Bees is a great nursery.
The staff are just wonderful and always have excellent activities going on for the children.
I found the food options excellent, and my child always ate well and tried new things which I struggled with at home.
The facilities are great, and have a lovely garden for
the kids.
I especially love all the extra effort that went in by the management and staff, organising special days, celebrating different occasions and being very inclusive.
My son absolutely loved being at nursery, and didn’t want to come home at the end of the day!
This nursery is highly recommended!

My son had the best time at Busy Bees over the past couple of years! The nursery is clean in a good location and the staff/management can’t do enough for you. It’s really reassuring and refreshing to deal with a business that is run so well and staff that really care and are always willing to go the

Both my sons have attended here over the last 4 years from being babies to pre-schoolers, and I wouldn't have it any other way. They received so much care and attention from every member of the team. All parents receive daily feedback on activities/meals/naps, as well as regular parent evenings, where
I'm always astounded by how much my children are doing. And the recent refresh of the premises is just lovely.


My eldest started school last September with a few other Busy Bees children and their abilities and levels of confidence definitely shone. My youngest is a fast learner and instead of being left to just play at nursery, his key worker at Busy Bees is now helping him with phonics, writing and basic sums at just 3 years old.


My children are polite, clever, fun, well rounded little boys, and as a full time working mum, I have to attribute some of these foundation skills to the care they have received at Busy Bees. Thank you to the manager and the team!

I would strongly not recommend this business as a childcare facility. Understaffed, poor management, not willing to listen to complaints and improve.
Have attempted to talk to management about issues several times and as expected fobbed off with excuses. The manager has a very poor attitude, is
defensive and clearly not equipped to manage the nursery or deal with complaints.
Many staff and parents I have spoken to have the same concerns. High turnover of excellent, but unhappy staff. They sit kids in front of tv (educational short programmes) to hold the kids attention as they do not have enough staff to manage them without the aid of this. Unacceptable or challenging behaviour not always dealt with as they cannot manage all children.
Nothing has changed in the last year and I fear that nothing will change forward and I feel sorry for those who accept the excuses offered by the manager as they choose to defend and ignore bad practices.

Great nursery, great facilities and amazing staff. Had all 3 of my kids here, I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are kind, caring and genuinely seem to care for my children. Every morning they greet them with a smile and my kids love going. The management team have been there since the kids started
and have helped out with extra days at the drop of a hat on many occasions. My youngest is off to school in September and I know that it's not going to be the same as going to busy bees every day as we have done for the last 7 years :(
We can not thank the manager and her team enough for everything they have done.

I have worked at Busy Bees Heathrow Stockley Park since May 2000. I began my career as an Early Years Educator and worked my way up to Centre Director in 2010. I enjoy all aspects of my role and find it very rewarding to see all the children in our care develop and grow to their full potential.
