My two daughters attended this lovely nursery.
The staff are so caring, attentive, open and honest. I remember that safe feeling I got from their assistant manager when I first visited and it never left. Both my girls were always happy to go in, they learned a lot and had strong bonds with their key
workers. They have a lovely garden space and the children are outside playing whatever the weather. The food was freshly made on-site and both girls enjoyed the choices they were offered. I highly recommend this Busy Bees to any parent looking for a safe and effective environment to care for their child throughout the week.

My child has attended Busy Bees since they were 11 months old they are now 2 and a half never once have we had an issue.
He is thriving and flourishing as a highly intelligent, confident, independent young man.
Potty trained as well they helped with that but following what we wanted.
All the staff
know us and are super friendly and personable.
Huge shoutouts to the staff but honestly everyone is fabulous.
We are so grateful.

We owe a lot to Busy Bees Croydon for the way they have nurtured our child’s development and how they interact with parents/carers. The location is brilliant with a lot of parking space and away from the hustle and bustle of Croydon. The staff members are very polite and friendly. They deserve 10+ stars
for it. In short, they are no less than family to us and we heartfully thank them for their contribution.
The activities for children in the nursery are well-designed and good. The dietary requirements are strictly adhered to.

My daughter has been attending for a few months now and settled very quickly. Staff are attentive, friendly and know her very well. We have been sending our little one here for almost two years now. Lovely manager, we're always well informed about what's going on, room activities, special days, the menu for the week etc.
The ladies who work here are wonderful, and I enjoy our chats when I come to pick up my daughter. They are
always attentive and patient, even when things are busy. My kid is not the most affectionate, but I have no doubt she adores the staff. She is happy when we come here each morning - that's a weight off my mind as a parent.
The nursery is always clean and welcoming, and there's plenty of parking. Our daughter loves running around outside in the garden and participating in all the different activities and theme weeks. We know what they're learning because she comes home with a new interest in pirates or trains, or she can't wait to show us the new songs she learned. So glad we found this place.

The centre has changed drastically for the good since the new manager has taken over. The staff has always been good, four in particular. We moved into this nursery from another one and I can say that was the best thing to do. My daughter is learning and growing. They are compassionate, friendly and
always with a smile even after a long day's hard work. Words are not enough to describe the satisfaction we get as a first-time parents. We have learned to trust them with our child. Thank you all for your efforts.

The nursery is a bit slow at replying to emails, however they have been brilliant with my son. The nursery has a big outdoor area and seem to encourage the children to play outside which my son loves. The staff are very kind and caring, my son cries when I leave him but they hug him and sit with him
until he calms down and starts to play. The staff give me low-downs at the end of each day about what he's eaten, how much he's slept and how he's settling in. They are also very good at collecting his stuff at the end of the day and sending it home with him. I feel like they care about the babies in the nursery and there is physical affection which my son craves!

My experience of Busy Bees in Croydon is very positive. Those experienced parents will know that all children are different and its the experience of the child that matters. My child has been very happy at this nursery but when for some reason she wasn't happy the manager made some adjustments for my
child which resulted in her being back to loving nursery. She seems to be more outgoing at home but I suspect the thrill and excitement of watching and listening to other young children is her thing as she enjoys the activities and fun too.
Great communication and updates and covid precautions and monitoring. My child is in safe hands !!

I have two children at the nursery. My eldest has attended for 3 years. The nursery staff have always been incredibly kind and nurturing. My husband and I are very impressed with the menu offered at the nursery and my girls always enjoy themselves there.
I was incredibly nervous putting my girls into

I have two boys who started the nursery after lockdown one. I was familiar with the nursery, my daughter attended there 6 years ago. It was therefore nice that the nursery atmosphere and familiarity had not changed. My boys took a couple of weeks but they settled in perfectly. Since being at the nursery,
they developed immensely and the boys love going to nursery, which is a personal comfort. I highly recommend this nursery.

Busy Bees in Croydon is a brilliant nursery. My daughter joined earlier this year (2020) aged two, and she continues to grow and develop exceptionally well. Her speech is clear, meaning I understand what she says, and she corrects me if I have said something wrong. My daughter is confident and knows
what she wants to what she doesn't want. The staff are welcoming and attentive to your needs. If I have a problem or an issue, the manager will sort out whatever is the issue or problem. I like Busy Bees because they are not too far from my home, they are diverse with the children and staff. I think it’s imperative for children to mix with children and staff who are from different races, different countries/islands, different faiths, religions and children with disabilities. It will help them to understand everyone is different.

Our daughter has been with Busy Bees from 11-months to the grand old age of 4 (she starts school in a few weeks). We are so happy that we chose this nursery for her. She's been through all the different age/stage rooms and has had a few different key workers during that time, and everyone has been kind
and professional. She skips through the front doors every day happy to see what's going to happen next, and routinely comes home with stories and artwork. They have supported her development beautifully, from her first steps, through potty training to starting to learn to trace and write letters and understand letter sounds in preparation for school. Busy Bees have adjusted so well to the challenges of the pandemic and at no point has our daughter been uncomfortable since she returned post-lockdown. The staff have done everything they can to keep things normal and fun for the children and have worked incredibly hard, with many colleagues furloughed and lots of regulations to follow.

My daughter loves attending Busy Bees, Old School Place. She cannot wait to go in the morning and is so happy in herself leaving our house. When I pick her up in the evening, she always looks so content and tells me about all the fun she has had that day. The staff are fantastic and keep in regular
communication. She has formed friendships and benefits from the consistency in staff. Attendance at Busy Bees has encouraged her development and social communication. I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

My daughter has been at this nursery since she was 10 months old and now leaving to go to school in September.
They have been great for her confidence and education. All the staff here are exceptional, they engage really well with all the children. She loves how safe she feels and that she can talk
to the staff if she has any issues. The activities are varied and keep her attention.
She is going to miss the staff and environment greatly. I'm sure we'll be back for a visit in the future.

Hello, I am Latoya Clarke the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Croydon.
I have over 18 years experience within the early years sector and have a BA Honours in Early Childhood Studies. The early years sector has always been a passion of mine and I strive to achieve a high quality learning environment for all children.
Qualities that I hold dear to me include the relationships that I build with members of staff, the children and the parents which encourage me to continue to give my all to this role and being a family orientated person is reflective of this. In my spare time I enjoy travelling and spending quality time with my children.
