Lavender Nursery has been an amazing place for my child to attend over the last 2 years.
The staff are extremely professional and demonstrated outstanding care, safety and professionalism during CV19.
The staff have supported my child to develop and have extended that support to parents during school
application and other transitions.
The nursey have hosted a number of trips and events for the children and hosted some for parents to attend. They give an excellent hand over and report about my child’s progress.

The facilities are amazing, all the staff are amazing, extremely friendly and helpful. They looked after my children like they were their own, my girls love going to nursery and it will be sad when they graduate. I’m so glad we chose Lavender, it’s the best experience with schools I have had by far.

I have been continually impressed by the care that my children have been afforded at the Lavender Nursery, from the moment their nursery journey began until now and particularly throughout the difficulties in which the pandemic presented. Lavender Nursery have always provided great quality care and
a support system, made up of staff who are pleasant, affable and who genuinely care for each child. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a childcare solution to consider using the Lavender Nursery!

For the last 3 and a half years I have had a child (and for a short period of overlap 2 children) at Lavender Nursery. I can’t recommend it highly enough - it is such a warm and nurturing environment and the staff are all absolutely lovely. I will genuinely miss seeing them now that my younger daughter
has left! The outdoor space is great and the daily home-cooked menu is really varied - they ate so many new things that they would never have considered trying at home! I now have a new baby and I'm really sad that the nursery is no longer taking children under 2 years - having gone through the process of viewing other childcare settings for him it has really reaffirmed how much I have valued Lavender these past few years as nowhere else compares. It has also been a huge financial help being able to have a term time only place to fit around the fact that our eldest had started at school. My son is already on the waiting list for when he turns 2!

My daughter has attended Lavender Nursery since she was 11-months-old, and she is now almost 4-years-old.
My daughter loves going to nursery and has thrived from being there. The staff are amazing, and the facilities are excellent. We don't have a big outdoor space at home, so the garden at Lavender
is just great!
During the recent covid-19 restrictions, the staff have gone above and beyond to give excellent care to the children and their love, passion and commitment have given parents and children reassurance and security in these uncertain times.
Thank you to everyone at Lavender for helping me to raise a happy, confident and strong little person!

I cannot recommend Lavender Nursery highly enough. Our daughter has been there since she was 8-months old and absolutely loves it. The staff are very experienced, nurturing, warm and experts in child development. Many of the team have been working there for several years, so they're clearly doing something
right. The facilities and space are amazing - they have a huge, protected garden/playground and also take the children out for trips in the local area - to the library, shops, park and even the train station! They offer all year round and term time only places and are one of the most reasonable prices nurseries in the area.

My daughter, aged 3.5 years, has been attending the Lavender Nursery since she was 11 months old. She's attending it full time, all year round. I cannot emphasise how happy and pleased we are with our choice and I am not sure there are many places in the area that benefit from such great facilities.
She absolutely loves it and she thrives there. She has grown from a baby into a confident and happy young child and over these years we have never had an issue with the nursery. Beyond the facilities, children receive GREAT care there, they feel loved and develop strong relationships with their teachers and make friends. They make everything so much fun for them: day trips (outings) (not possible at the minute) to the allotments, supermarket, ducks pond, trains etc, paddling pools and sprinklers in sunny and warm weather, all the arts and crafts you can imagine, language and math small groups, storytime, sports days and also plenty of time to explore, learn and play in the garden. Thank you, Lavender!

What I love is that after 5 years from the time when my daughter went to school and left Lavender Nursery, having my 2-year-old son now in the nursery I can see a lot of staff that are still there for all this time.
My son settled down quickly and I appreciate seeing his happy face every day when going
to Lavender Nursery. Also, the return after lockdown went very smoothly so well done to all staff.

Outstanding! Our daughter was there from when she was 3 years old and enjoyed the nursery every day she went. She was always happy and was very well prepared to start reception making her transition smooth and easy. Definitely recommend it to every parent I know.

We have used the nursery since 2016 when our daughter started in the baby room and stayed until she went to school, attending 5 days a week.
The main reason we chose Lavender Nursery for our childcare was the staff, their professionalism, caring, positive attitude and kindness, and this has not changed
from the day we first visited the nursery. Each day, children and parents are greeted with smiles, children are welcomed and cuddled in a caring manner. Each child is treated as an individual and dealt with on this basis, each day my daughter has carried out several activities but with plenty of free time, mostly outside, which has increased her social skills and confidence. At the end of the day, we are always given feedback on what she has been doing and this is also written down to refer to if needed.
The facilities, teachers and the whole staff are great. The quality of care is fantastic, In my criteria, it is the best nursery in the area to send your children, totally recommended!

My son has attended Lavender Nursery since he was 1 years old. He has thrived at the nursery. The key workers are brilliant and they really do try and ensure the children are polite, caring and well mannered. They also adhere to the EFYS framework, which means that each quarter your child is set learning
targets to keep them challenged. By the time my son left the nursery, he was more than well prepared for reception.

Highly recommend. I thank all the staff, they treated my daughter so well. She was so happy, she was safe and was developing well and she made lots of friends. My only sorrow is against the council decision to terminate care for under 2. I now have an 11-month-old baby and I had to change nursery and
to be honest, I had to stop working because the other nurseries are very expensive and Lavender is great value and more affordable. Love the staff, love the facilities, the outdoor garden is huge. Again, thank you.
