My daughter attended from 6 months old and now my 18months old attends this nursery. It is superb, warm and friendly and the staff seem to care. This nursery provides everything my child needs I literally have to bring nothing,
The takeaway meals are GREAT!

An outstanding nursery! The staff are an absolute delight to interact with, polite and well-spoken. My child always has an amazing time and comes home beaming!. I can’t recommend this establishment more! Will be sending future children here 100 per cent!
The whole complex is amazingly clean and well
organised. The safety measures they have in place keep my mind at ease.

My son enjoys going to nursery, he loves the food and I really appreciate the takeaway meals at the end of the day, it makes my life so much easier. Parents are not left out as the nursery provides us with a grab and go breakfast each morning and I especially look forward to the delicious blueberry
muffins.

Our son has been at Chiswick Busy Bees since he was 9-months-old, and we have been both impressed and grateful by the speed with which the nursery was able to implement Covid-19 safety measures and procedures. The nursery and the staff are absolutely amazing; our son is so happy there and even though
we moved not long after he started, we decided to keep him there because the more local nurseries just didn’t come close.

Both our sons started attending Chiswick Busy Bees at around 11-months, and both have thrived there and really enjoyed it. The staff provide a super level of teaching and discipline but delivered with a real sense of fun and affection. We feel this has been a great start for them and is preparing them
really well for starting school.

Our son was at this nursery for nearly 2 years before leaving in July 2019 - we personally wouldn't recommend it to others. When we first visited, we felt the place was a brilliant setting and were delighted to have secured a place. Unfortunately, this was short-lived and we started having doubts quite
early on but decided to keep our son at the nursery to avoid disruption. We felt the high levels of staff turnover did affect our son's ability to settle in rooms when he was moved etc, what we felt was the better staff kept on leaving. The manageress does need to be a little more personable and friendly towards parents, especially given we are paying for this service and it's not cheap. Staffing was a little hit and miss, some members of staff really cared and you could see this when they interacted with the children, but other's seemed bored and clearly didn't want to be there.
I was asked to write this review 1 month after our son started but would rather wait till he left.

My daughter started the beginning of April. I could not be any happier with how the staff helped to settle her and myself! She talks about nursery at home and is excited when we arrive. I am so happy I chose this nursery.

A lovely nursery with friendly approachable staff. The nursery is very modern and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor space for the children to enjoy. The key workers are very informative and communicate daily about my child's day. I really appreciate the takeaway meals that are provided daily, they

I would definitely recommend this nursery. I and my husband viewed many nurseries in the Chiswick area, however, this nursery was by far the better option. We are delighted with our choice of nursery.

The staff are always happy and welcoming when I pick up my daughter and I can see that the staff are happy working at the nursery. They show great care in looking after her and she's always happy to go to nursery, sometimes she doesn't want to leave!!

As first time parents, we started interviewing nurseries before our daughter was born. I can confidently say, we considered every nursery in the general area. We chose this nursery because it has the highest quality of carers. The facility is great, clean, safe, food is amazing but above everything
- the people looking after our daughter are high quality and experienced. I trust their abilities and opinions, and while me and my husband are at work all day, we feel confident that she is in good hands.
Our daughter started in nursery when she was 8 months old. She had just barely started crawling. She now is walking, has 2 teeth, eating all kinds of solid foods, learning to interact with adults and children alike. She is active all day, in a nurturing environment. They sing, paint and get to try all different kinds of activities. They have a lovely garden and facility for kids to learn and grow!

My daughter really enjoys her time at preschool. She is cared for so well and all the staff really know her well as an individual. She is well prepared to make the transition to school and what she is learning at preschool is impressive, but always fun! She also loves the food, which is nutritional
and varied. The manager is superb and there is excellent communication with parents. I am very happy with the nursery, and, most importantly, so is my daughter.

My son has been attending nursery from when he was 10months old, now 2 years. Initially, he took 3-6 months to settle down. The staff have been very supportive and have been very caring. Now he's a bubbly active happy toddler.
Every morning we get a friendly 'Good morning' from the manageress and
a warm welcome in the toddler room from the friendly staff. Anytime I have concerns or just want to get an update on how my son is doing, staff are keen to answer any questions. Any minor illness or concerns, there's a friendly nurse on site to give advice. The manager, assistant manager and key workers are an asset to your nursery and I will highly recommend your nursery to friends and family.

We LOVE Chiswick Nursery and Pre-School Academy!! My toddler son entered the nursery when he was 18 months and he has been there for approximately 7 months. We are new to the UK and he is our third child, so I'm familiar with nurseries/daycares in the United States and am using those experiences as
a point of comparison (these were top notch childcare centres as well, and we had very positive experiences with them). What I appreciate about this nursery is the level of care that my son receives. I never have a problem dropping him off in the morning - I can literally leave him with any of the teachers and he's absolutely happy. He has developed so much since he's been there, and they really make sure to keep parents informed of their child's progress. I also love how they take care of us (the parents). Little things like providing coffee and a light breakfast at drop off, and providing a meal for the children to take home in the evenings make all the difference.

I joined the Chiswick Nursery and Pre School Academy in April 2014. I have been working in the childcare industry for 20 years and hold childcare qualifications in Levels 3, 4 and 5. I am extremely passionate, determined and care deeply for the children attending the nursery. My vision is to continuously provide quality childcare and services for all children and their families. I am extremely proud of the wonderful and dedicated long standing team here who work with endless passion to enhance the environment and create a wonderful setting for every child that attends.
