I am very pleased with the standards and value for money. As well as the help to get your child settled in and the staff are friendly. I am very happy with him academically. The staff do a great deal.

Our daughter has only been at the nursery since the start of the year and has changed rooms already due to a birthday in April. After some initial settling in, our daughter has really come to enjoy her time at the Busy Bees. This has been helped massively by the happy, smiling face of the staff at the
nursery, from the management team to the maintenance man. Whenever I have been into the nursery, I am always greeted with a smiling face and hellos. This sort of atmosphere filters through to the children, making for a nice and happy environment.

There have been occasions when picking up my daughter that I have been able to stand unnoticed and watch her play and see the staff interactions with her. These moments have given me great comfort, although brief, I have been able to get an insight into how her days are spent. She has made a number of friends, whom she talks about each day and the nursery even assisted in me making contact with some of the relevant parents to arrange play dates. Although we moved nursery due to moving home, I could not be happier with the nursery and staff.

We have had a wonderful experience with Busy Bees at Morden. Our daughter is so happy here. The level of care is extremely high, everyone is so kind, loving and friendly. Her development has been remarkable, we particularly value the level of independence that is nurtured. They also clearly have a lot
of fun! Would highly recommend.

The nursery staff are always friendly and accommodating to our son. He now runs into his room and happily waves goodbye.
I am very happy that he feels comfortable with them and enjoys the day.

As any new mother, finding a nursery for your child is the most difficult task. We were very fortunate to find Busy Bees at Morden. My son joined the nursery when he was 8 months old and he loves it. The care and attention provided by the staff are brilliant and he has never cried or refused to go to
nursery. He's made many friends and has developed so much as a toddler. I have never had to worry and stress even when he was weening. He loves the food as well and has developed a keen appetite. Even when he's been poorly, the staff have cared for him which gives me a lot of reassurance as a parent. The rooms are well laid out for the children to explore and learn and the children are encouraged to develop their own interests. Every morning when I drop off my son and see all the little smiling faces in his room, it really makes me feel that I have made the right decision and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Busy Bees to any parent.

Busy Bees at Morden is a welcoming and caring environment for our 2-year old daughter. The children are separated by age groups and progress as they grow up through various rooms with their friends. The excellent and friendly staff ensure personalised care for each child, which can be adapted further
to discussions with parents. They keep the children entertained with diverse activities, both indoors and outside. We have seen our daughter develop in leaps and bounds since starting at Busy Bees and this can only be testament to the attention she receives and the stimulation and challenges with which she is provided. The broad range of healthy food is excellent too.

We would strongly recommend Busy Bees Morden to other parents in the area.

My son started Busy Bees Morden at the beginning of January 2016. My son settled in very well and would often cry not to leave the nursery and his key workers at the end of the day. The nursery created a home from home environment where the staff genuinely cared for your child. I was simply amazed by
how well my son bonded with all the staff members. The nursery helped and assisted me with potty training and were always there to offer guidance and support as I was first-time mum. Nothing is ever too much for the staff at Busy Bees. I found every single staff member to go above and beyond their role to make sure your child's emotional and developmental needs are met. I found that each and every staff member took the time to get to know my son. It was just not his key worker that I found to be at his previous nursery.Lousie and her team are simply amazing. They have been incredibly supportive to me and my family and would highly recommend Busy Bees Morden to other parents.

My daughter attends this nursery and she is developing so well. I love how excited she is to get there every morning and the team of ladies in her class are fabulous with her. It's clean, welcoming and full of exciting toys and crafts for the kids.

My daughter has been at Busy Bees at Morden now for 3 months. The staff have been very interested in her learning, picking up on her strengths and working on her weaknesses week on week. They encourage input from parents and I particularly like their Home Learning Journal which allows me to communicate
with the nursery activities which we have been doing at home so they can encourage similar in their activities. My daughter gets a great mix of activities through the day and you can see how well she is developing. The staff are very accommodating and helpful.

My first son has been attending since last spring 2016 (before he was 1 year old). He learns a lot from nursery and I enjoy seeing his development such as singing and dancing. Also, he is trying to copy other peers to do daily activities (walking, using spoons etc). What is most appreciated is that
experienced staff give me very helpful advice about his health and also development. Booking appointments with the GP is very difficult but nursery's advice is always right :-) They provide his detailed report and I really enjoy it. The only small, negative point is that the garden is a bit small and faced with a big road. It's OK, but a bit noisy. (There are some parks and library locally, they sometimes go out and enjoy nature tracking).
Nursery is not cheap (obviously) but when you think about your child, spending time with other children is sometimes more fun with just being mum. Staff are very friendly and easy to talk about anything! I am happy with our choice overall.

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 1.2 (1.182) out of 10 for Busy Bees Morden is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  • a) The Average Rating is 1.2 out of 5 from 1 Reviews in the last 24 months.

  • b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 0.0 out of 5 from 0 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

    The Average Rating of 1.182 for Busy Bees Morden is calculated as follows: ( (1 Satisfactorys x 3) + (10 Very Poors x 1) ) ÷ 11 Ratings = 1.182

  • b) 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

The 0 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Busy Bees Morden is based on 0 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    • i) 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) =

    • ii) 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 56 number of registered child places is 11.2. 0 Positive Reviews ÷ 11.2 = 0

  • When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

  • If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
