Co-op Childcare Hounslow care for their environment which is why they have a garden full of wildlife (including a mini beast hotel), a pet fish who lives in reception and run regular litter picking trips in the local area.

They are silver echo schools accredited, a programme that sees children lead the way in making little changes that deliver big environmental differences. They are big on safety which is why ALL their staff are paediatric first aid trained.

They have 5 Little Pioneers who help share their core values with children, such as encouraging them to make their own choices to expressing their feelings. They have a ParentZone app which keeps parents/carers up to date on life at nursery from photos of their day, assessments, meals eaten and even toilet training progress!

They are big on happy children and have areas for growing food (and eating it), regular visits to local care homes and a focus on taking care of each other and the world.

There are 3 rooms within Co-op Childcare Hounslow nursery split into the following age groups: one room for 3 months – 20 months, one room for 20 months - 3 year olds and one room for the 3-5 year olds. All of the children are able to access the garden area from their room at any time.

This nursery is amazing. I have seen my son grow in self-confidence and able to communicate with me. The staff are very nice and they take all feedback from the parents seriously. The nursery manager is very approachable and understanding. I have seen his behaviour change at home which is good sign.

This is a wonderful nursery. My son had been going there for almost two years now and we stopped to start reception in September.
The nursery provides excellent service, be it food, care or management. The management and carers are all ears when we want to discuss anything and they are so empathetic
in their responses.
My baby loves going to the nursery so much that he didn't want to miss a single day. There was a clear positive change in my baby's speaking and behaviour after attending nursery. My boy, being a little hype, the understanding carers got around him so well and accommodated him very lovingly.
The nursery customises the educational plan according to the child's personality rather than trying to fit everyone into the same box.
I highly appreciate the valuable but affordable and flexible childcare service they provide and would love to recommend it to anyone who's looking for a lovely nursery.
I wish them the best of luck and hope they will maintain these high standards throughout.

My daughter loves her nursery so much that I am even sending her during school holidays...she enjoys being there and loves all the staff members. She has learnt social skills and became so confident which will help her when she starts reception this year.

The manager takes her time in explaining everything there is to know about the registration process, the nursery, the schedules, the activities, etc.
The staff are of kind nature, friendly and so patient.
During the settling period, the key person often came out and reassured me and gave feedback
on how the baby is doing.
The nursery is in good condition overall compared to others in Hounslow area and much more affordable.
I'm so impressed, definitely recommend.

Today was my daughter's third settling in session and as a mother, I know the anxiety and stress we go through whether our child will settle down in a new environment or not. But I must say that she is already doing so well and all the credit goes to the friendly, caring and professional staff at the
nursery. They have taken such good care of my daughter and me as well, understanding that this is a big change for both, the child and parents. I'm so relieved I chose this nursery for my daughter. There cannot be a better nursery than this! So far so good! They have gone above and beyond my expectations and I'm sure they will continue with their best and outstanding services. Thank you for everything!

Co-op Childcare Hounslow is like a second home to my daughter. She has been going here for a year now. She loves to go to her nursery. A wonderful team of staff. A huge thank you to all of them for making her time at nursery so happy and enjoyable. I chose this nursery after visiting many others for
my son in 2018 as I could see plenty of sunshine (daylight) and fresh air in big rooms for children. Both of my children really enjoyed their time here and developed a good relationship with staff. Above all the manager and staff are always keen to offer any support when required. I just have a suggestion - if there can be a different pattern of session timings that would be great. I highly recommend Co-op Childcare Hounslow to anyone who is looking for a perfect place for their children to grow.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 1 year old and she is now in preschool.
Since day one she has enjoyed going into nursery and we see how much she is thriving. The nursery has played a significant role in her growth and development. They provide regular updates and feedback,
which is helpful as a parent to take back. We like that she is provided with a variety of fresh meals that supports healthy and good eating.
The staff are kind and caring and the nursery is a secure and nurturing environment, which gives you the reassurance and trust, as a parent, that your child is in safe hands.
My daughter has only positive things to say about her nursery and she has made some great friendships. We could not be thankful enough and would recommend this nursery.

It's a nice place and good staff. They inform you of all the activities the children do in the Nursery. My only concern is that it would be great if they can break the sessions and allow 3 hours sessions if required, this way we can utilise more days. Thanks.

My son has been there since butterflies with a gap due to Covid-19. All the staff are very informative and great with the children. He has made friends and learns something new every time with increased confidence. The app is updated daily with useful information and feedback on your child’s progress.

My son has gone to this nursery since 2019 and I have seen huge improvement in his behaviour and growth, whether it is his language or his involvement with other children, I am very happy. The staff are really good and the parent app is a great help.

I have had all of my three children go to this nursery. The twins have now left and settled into reception school and the little one is currently in preschool at the nursery. I have nothing but praise for the staff and how well they interact with children and their family members.
Working in the
NHS is hard enough through this pandemic but knowing that your child is in a safe environment and the parents expectation are met, is hard to come by. Since the children have started, we have been proud to recommend this nursery and have had most of our friends and family’s children attend.

My son has been attending this nursery since he was one year old. He has been in two of the three rooms so far and has made excellent connections with the staff. He is always very happy and clean when we collect him. His development has been positively supported and boosted by attending here. Compared
to his peers who do not go to nursery, the difference is stark. I am happy with the wide variety of healthy meals and snacks served and the push for the children to develop their independence during meal times and throughout the day. I definitely recommend this nursery and give a big shout out to my son’s key worker and her team for their continued efforts with supporting his development.

I would like to recommend Co-operative Childcare to other parents and carers, who are looking for childcare for their children. I have been using Co-operative Childcare for over 5 years now, for my two children, and I am very happy with the service being provided. The environment is so positive and
the staff is so friendly too. They all do their best to provide the best possible childcare to their children in their setting. The manager is also very nice and listens to one's needs. My kids love to come to the nursery and are doing really well in all their areas of learning. The nursery is of decent size and has a very big garden attached to all the three different rooms of the nursery. Food provided at the nursery is really healthy and fresh and pudding/fruit/yoghurt is given after every meal. It's such a fun place for my kids and I am confident sending them as I know they are happy and safe there.

My daughter settled well in the nursery and now she loves to go to nursery every day. My daughter learnt new skills and enjoys activities led by carers and also love outdoor activities. This May will be a year for my son attending nursery. Nursery helped my son with his speech and he’s speaking a lot more now. Also, the routines and activities help him a lot. The nursery does special events and involves the parents with the kids and that’s really amazing as you get to meet everyone
and have some fun time together. The staff puts in a lot of effort and they are really amazing. Thank you, everyone.
