Overall Experience

Our daughter is so happy now going to Rainbow Day Nursery. She absolutely loves her key people and we so appreciate getting the updates of what she is getting up to during the day. Everyone was wonderful in helping her get settled in and made us feel confident in leaving our little girl with new people.

She has learnt so much from nursery that we can see when she's at home. We are really impressed and happy to have found Rainbow!

Overall Experience

Our daughter has been with the nursery since she was one. The staff are absolutely amazing - always loving and attentive. She adores her teachers and really developed into a chatty little independent girl with great social and communication skills. The garden is amazing with both shaded and sunny areas

during peak summer. The nursery also organises nativity plays, where the kids develop confidence facing an audience. Our little girl played Mary, with the teachers helping her practice her part, and both the children and parents thoroughly enjoyed all the performances and songs. They also take kids to gymnastics and tennis classes. The new nursery manager at Hayes Road also brought in really lovely initiatives like the books one can take home, parents talking about their careers, and also sharing their culture.
The app is updated daily with photos and fun activities. Every day, we pick up a very happy little girl who is excited for the next day. All in all, we highly recommend!

Overall Experience

We have our two daughters at Rainbow Day Nursery, our oldest has just graduated and moving on to reception. We absolutely love the staff and their approach to teaching, our girls. Also, love the staff and have always been met with patience, understanding and cuddles.
As a parent, I've felt very reassured

leaving my children there and always known they are safe. The staff are very approachable and personal and respectful.
They have also been very supportive through all phases, such as potty training, fussy eating and separation anxiety and also been able to give advice to get through certain development milestones.
I highly recommend them and wish they also ran a primary school!

Both my son (almost three years old) and daughter (one year old) attend Rainbows and I have been delighted with the care they have received. They are so happy to attend, with big smiles going in which is always a lovely feeling when you drop them off. The staff are kind, caring and talented - they are

very creative in their approach to learning and having fun, I could never recreate the activities they do at nursery at home! Both of my children have developed so much since attending Rainbows. The app updates are brilliant too, you always know what they are getting up to. The garden and outdoor space are unbeatable in the area, it is such a fantastic size for essentially a nursery in a borough of London. This was very important to us, and they take the children outside every day come rain or shine! I will never hesitate to recommend Rainbows, it's a fantastic nursery, and the staff really do make it. They feel like family to us now!

Overall Experience

My daughter has been at the nursery since one year old. Putting her in Rainbow Day Nursery was the best decision we made. The staff is just brilliant- loving, caring and warm. My daughter absolutely loves all her teachers. Everything she knows starting from her alphabet and numbers right down to manners

can be credited to the wonderful teachers. Recently my daughter had chickenpox and one of the staff came out of her way to drop by our house and check on her.
The parent zone app is updated very regularly by staff and you can see the variety of cooked meals the kids are offered. It's been three and half years and honestly not a single complaint, dreading the day she has to leave the nursery.

Overall Experience

Our daughter has been going to Rainbow Day Nursery Bromley and the staff are professionals with full skills and experience. The nursery has outside space which is great and all ages of children get taken on various outings. The nursery uses lots of natural materials and avoids plastic where possible.
The

place feels friendly caring and has great activities on offer. Our daughter really enjoys this place.
As a parent we absolutely love the work behind this effort that the staff make every day and know our daughter is safe, having fun and developing important skills and behaviour. There is a huge outdoor space that they make excellent use of like tennis playground sports activities.
One more thing that was very interesting to us was that this place is multiculturally mixed all together which is great for our daughter future development and give her the confidence to blending with others. We highly recommend The Rainbow day Nursery’s Group as they have places around the Bromley. Good Luck.

Overall Experience

The best decision we made sending our son to this nursery having been on the waiting list for quite some time and I can see why. Knowing that my son will be kept busy with all the fun activities the staff prepare for them keeps me at ease which is also helping his development. They have a large garden

they go out to play when it's sunny and they care a lot about their wellbeing. For example, they do little things like putting their own rainbow hats on to protect them from the sun and put sun protection on them. The best thing I find is their app. They keep us up to date with everything! I know what he's done, what he's eaten and how long he's slept. Which brings me to their chef who has been catering for his allergy and we've not had any issues at all and again, I feel comfortable when he's there as I know they'll keep him safe. The manager is very good too and keeps us up to date with upcoming events or when there's an illness going around. Looking forward to his little brother joining the nursery!

My daughter has been attending this nursery for two years and loves it. The staff are caring and nurturing. They go through great efforts to organise various activities to provide the children with a fun and learning experience. We get daily updates on a mobile app. The environment is safe and they

have a huge garden space. They have a lovely chef who makes the children home-cooked meals every day. I have already booked my newborn son in (when I was pregnant) as they have a long waiting list. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Overall Experience

My son has been at Rainbow Day Nursery Bromley since he was one year old and now he will soon finish pre-school. The learning and care at the nursery have been excellent throughout the three years. He has really thrived during his time at the nursery. Every day he is excited and happy to go to the nursery

knowing that he will have lots of fun and he normally comes back home with lots of stories to tell. He has always been close to his key workers and the other staff. We feel so lucky to have been able to find such a great nursery for our son!

Sending your child to nursery is such a hard decision, especially as my son was 9 months old when he started. I will be forever grateful that the team at Rainbow made it so much easier for me, I can’t thank them enough. My son absolutely loves going and rarely says goodbye to me now as he’s so keen

to get in. The staff are so welcoming and really pay attention to little things, for example, I once mentioned my son loved balloons, and the very next day when I picked him up they had given him a balloon. The garden was a huge factor for us when looking for a nursery which the children spend lots of time in. Also, the preparation and cooking of home-cooked meals was very important and I love reading what he has eaten during the day on the app. I really can’t recommend them enough.

Overall Experience

Our son has had the best induction to nursery that we could ask for. From the moment our place was confirmed we were kept up to date with information around starting, given the chance to attend an open evening and had a detailed induction call.
As soon as our son started we’ve felt comfortable and

happy that he is being well cared for. He has quickly settled into the routine and is now happy to go each morning. The staff have been amazing, they are really understanding and willing to adapt for each child’s individual needs. We couldn’t recommend a better setting for our son.

Overall Experience

When selecting a nursery the most important thing for us was that my son looked comfortable with the kind and friendly Early Year Teachers. My son can be quite shy and all the staff were brilliant in helping him to settle in and offering him the encouragement to build his confidence enough to walk in

without tears. He loves his days at nursery and always speaks fondly of all the staff, plus he has made some really good friendships in little over a year of attendance. Meals are cooked daily on-site and the staff were really accommodating when I enquired about his eating habits. The ParentZone app is a great way for staff to keep parents up to date on top of feedback by phone where necessary.

Overall Experience

Both my son and daughter have attended Rainbow Day Nursery and I could not be happier with the care they receive. The staff are completely all over their brief and I consider them to be key members of my 'extended family' in terms of raising my children. The activities are varied, well-planned and considerate

of individual needs. The outdoor space is huge and the team are making the most of using natural materials for their outdoor and indoor play with a big nod to forest school.
The meals are fantastic again lots of variation and a lot of complaints that my food isn't as good as it is at Rainbow Day Nursery! The management is very approachable, understand individual family needs and have done everything they can to maintain a strong presence in our children's lives during forced periods of closure. I cannot recommend Rainbow Day Nursery highly enough.

Overall Experience

Our son has been at Rainbow Hayes Road since 2018 when he was 8 months old.
From the start, we have always felt so happy and confident in leaving him with the staff there.
They have been lovely in every room he has been in as he has moved up in age.
My son had severe dietary allergies when he

started and the nursery were amazing with making sure his food was safe. They even ordered in special food for him to feel more included in mealtimes.
The app is great and we get lots of photos and the staff will set up activities personalised for the children’s interests. Pre-school recently helped my son prepare for his haircut by having a hair salon role play.
Every day I pick up the happiest boy who is full of stories of all the fun things he has done. He even shouts hello when he drives past on a weekend.
I will be sorry to say goodbye when he leaves for school next year!

Our son has been at Rainbow Day Nursery on Hayes Road for almost 2 years now and we and our son love the nursery. He settled in beautifully at the nursery when he started and he now loves it enough to want to go even on the weekend. The nursery has been amazing at looking after him, they are extremely

caring and loving and when it comes to the welfare of the children - nothing is too much trouble. My son gets to do a great range of activities every day including plenty of outdoor time in their massive garden. The nursery staff are also great at keeping parents updated on the parent app including information about meals and naps and regularly include anecdotes and photographs about our son which we love reading.
