Red Robin Montessori offers a combined pre-school and day nursery service, from a converted Victorian manor house. The surroundings make for an excellent environment in which children feel inspired and parents feel secure that the well-being of their child is paramount. The nursery pursues a positive early years curriculum as well as the Montessori method.

Play and learning resources include, a wide range of sensory materials, with staff trained in the core aims of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage), holding regular story-telling sessions and looking to see children develop with a positive attitude.

Fantastic nursery, amazing staff, very friendly and approachable. They take such a special interest in each child. It's very refreshing and assuring to see them share in the joy and excitement as your child achieves milestones.


My little one started in September 2021, he settled in perfectly, he

enjoys going in every day. It's comforting to see him excitedly want to go in each day.


His little personality shines through and it's good to see the staff sees this, it's apparent that they provide special one to one attention to each child.


They serve healthy and nutritious meals which my little enjoys. He also enjoys the extra activities such as dancing and football.


I'm extremely pleased that I choose this nursery for my little one.

My twin boys started at Red Robin in August shortly after turning one, when I returned to work. The staff have been excellent at helping them adjust to their new environment, and they now run in every morning in excitement!
The team have made us all feel very welcome and made the adjustment to their
new routine so smooth, it also helped me return to work, and feel a lot happier knowing how happy they are going to the nursery every morning. Thanks to all the staff at Red Robin, we are really grateful to you all for looking after our boys so well.

Having looked at all the nurseries in the surrounding areas which were a lot as I wanted to be certain I was making the right choice based on my son's needs. I was a typical worried parent with my son attending a nursery which we could trust and where he would get the best possible support that would
help further his development at his age. I'm very pleased in our decision to choose Red Robin as he loves it and all the members of staff are always pleased to see him and welcome him with a warmth you want to see as a parent. I'm already impressed with his progress so far that he's showing at Red Robin since he started beginning of January. I will look forward to seeing him grow as the times go on.


Really happy. Well managed and organised nursery.

My daughter who is 10 years old attended Red Robin when it first opened and my 4-year-old is on the verge of leaving to attend school. On both occasions, the nursery has more than met my expectations. The level of learning is second to none, the Montessori teaching is excellent. The staff are so caring
and the children pick up on their caring nature. My daughter is more than ready to start school, folding her clothes, tying her shoe laces and others! The staff especially in the year before they start school, really do prepare them, I have seen such a big difference in my daughter. The manager and the staff are so lovely and I am so sad that my daughter is leaving. To add, my 2 nephews also attend the nursery. I would definitely recommend this nursery!

This is a welcoming, friendly and professionally well run nursery. Our child has been made extremely welcome and looks forward to their nursery days (3 days a week). The staff are very approachable and have made, and continue to make our child feel at ease whilst staying there. We are equally impressed
with the daily reports we receive, which tell us how our daughter has been/done/eaten etc. Likewise, on occasion when there has been an accident we are told about all the details which is very reassuring. This is a really well run nursery that we cannot recommend highly enough!
