Tic Toc Nursery School is located in Twickenham, situated in a beautiful, homely environment.

The nursery provides a a foundation for every child's future in a loving and secure environment where every family and child feels welcome. Their aim is to enrich and develop the Early Years of every child.

Children benefit from a range of exciting activities throughout the day and are cared for by a team of professional staff who provide a loving, compassionate and fun learning environment. Their high expectation for each child drives their vision, and is very much at the heart of their bespoke curriculum.

The nursery offers free classes provided by specialists including, weekly music sessions (based on introducing children to diversity in world music), Sports Classes and Forest School. Tic Toc Nursery School also features a large outdoor area with chickens, rabbits, a sand pit and vegetable patch. The majority of classrooms offer access to outdoor spaces.

Children can enjoy free hot meals freshly prepared on-site, while nappies, wipes and milk or formula are included in the fees.

Tic Toc Nursery School does not charge extra for emergency sessions.

My child has been attending the nursery for the past one year. It was an amazing journey with Tic Toc. The skills that my child has acquired are because of the commitment of the staff to know your child as an individual. The personalised approach to my child has helped me to understand my child's areas
of development more clearly and the areas I need to focus on. There has not been a single day when my child was reluctant to go to Tic Toc and it shows the positive impact on my child the nursery has played. The various opportunities and exposure that my child got is very much relevant in building her early years of learning and achieving her milestones. Thanks for all the effort and attention you have given to her throughout. I made the right decision of entrusting my child with Tic Toc.

For the past year my child has attended Tic Toc Nursery and the care, education, activities and attention shown has been excellent. We have built a strong relationship with the staff who are all very passionate, professional and personable. The nursery environment is conducive to learning, creative
play and compassion for all. I have no complaints and would recommend Tic Toc to anyone looking for a good nursery for their child.

Having sent my twin boys to this nursery, it was no surprise we wanted our little girl to also go to experience the love and warmth at this great nursery. She started when she was roughly 10 months old and has come on leaps and bounds since (now 21 months). The staff are so tentative and genuinely care
for her well-being. The nursery is just as amazing as when our twin boys went a few years ago which shows the high standards haven't slipped at all and if anything it's yet again improved! Staff always give a great handover and the app lets you see the lovely activities your little one gets up to in the day. Food is always of a high standard and cooked fresh on the premises each day. No doubt this is the nursery you need to send your little one to if you are based in or near the area... The nurturing environment is like home from home. It's our second time here and we love it just as much as our first experience. Thank you so much Tic Toc team! You are truly special.

Our son started at Tic Toc in November 2020, just shy of his 2nd birthday, and left preschool in August of this year to start primary school. Our experience with the nursery has been excellent, we can't say enough good things about them! As first-time parents, our main aim when picking a nursery was
to find people who would care for him when we couldn’t due to work. We only looked at Tic Toc - after a tour we had such a good feeling about them that we didn’t look further. Our son has thrived there. The staff are all tremendous - he formed strong bonds with all his key workers and there wasn't a dry eye when he left! They care so much about the children and are great sources of advice and support for parents. We couldn't have managed potty training without them! Our son had delayed speech and his key worker was quick to suggest a referral for speech & language. They were so helpful in getting him support. The food is amazing, and the facilities are great, so pleased we chose Tic Toc.

I can't say enough positive things about this nursery! The best part, without a doubt, is the incredible staff. They go above and beyond to create a nurturing and educational environment for our little ones.
The outdoor space is simply amazing, great for exploration and play. It's spacious and well-maintained,
providing the perfect backdrop for children to connect with nature and learn through outdoor activities. There are plenty of additional activities like Forest School, visits from Police and Fire departments, day outings and music lessons to name a few.
What truly sets this nursery apart is its dedication to listening to parents. They take our feedback seriously and have made so many improvements throughout the years. It's evident that they genuinely care about the well-being and development of each child in their care.
Our children has thrived here. If you're looking for a nurturing, enriching, and ever-improving nursery experience, look no further. This place is a gem!

Sending our child to Tic Toc was the best decision we have made as parents. Whenever I've dropped my child off in the morning I always see children happy to go into school. I work in a nursery school myself so I know what it's like. When I wait outside there is only praise coming from other parents
about teachers or the yummy food the chef makes. One of the hardest things a mom will ever have to do is trust strangers with her baby, the team at Tic Toc have created such a relationship for me that I trust them fully with my child's life, he is surrounded by people who truly love and care for him. All staff treat parents with such respect and compassion. The teachers in the panda room are always giving us little surprises that mean so much like birthday cards from our little one. Recently I asked them to dress my child in a special outfit because we were going to dad's awards ceremony. The team took it upon themselves to create a special award for Dad. Little moments like that make it so special for us.

The nursery has been helpful in my daughter's time at Tic Toc Nursery School (the house with dots on) Twickenham. I have seen a great improvement in my daughter's behavior and vocabulary. The teachers are very involved and give detailed updates and also show interest in the child’s development. The
prices are also value for money and my daughter's sister will be joining the nursery soon.

We as a family loved this nursery from the moment we joined. They made us feel our child was in his home away from home and he was extremely happy there.
Our son started Tic Toc Nursery School when he was just 11 months old. He was our first child and found settling in difficult. However, the team
put us at ease and provided him with so much love and care that he soon was excited to go and explore every day.
Our son has developed great social and communication skills since attending Tic Toc and that's because of the wide range of activities and experiences they provided throughout his time there. He is due to start reception in September and couldn't be more ready. We will miss Tic Toc and the team very much. We couldn't recommend this Nursery enough to anyone needing love and care for their child.

Tic Toc Nursery School is the most fabulous nursery and we are so glad we chose it for our daughter. She absolutely loves going to the Panda Room and is so happy and well cared for. They do so many activities, from messy play to painting, to role play, to phonics, to yoga to music lessons with a specialist
teacher. She loves the rabbit and chicken! Many activities are based on what is going on in the children's lives or the country/world at the time, and we get detailed updates and photos every day via the app. The Mother's and Father's Day Breakfasts are so wonderful!
We can't say enough about how amazing the staff are at Tic Toc - they go above and beyond in everything they do for the children and their families. Our daughter's key worker in particular is amazing, and they have built such a lovely bond - she talks about her constantly at home! They make each child feel so valued and loved, and it is so reassuring as a parent to know we are leaving our daughter in such great care each day!

Such a great nursery with great staff. Our son attended Tic Toc Nursery in Twickenham from when he was 2 years old and he loved going there so much. He also blossomed so much and developed extremely well, thanks to the very attentive and supportive teaching staff. They do a lot of extracurricular activities
with the kids such as football and music sessions and include the kids in feeding the bunnies and chickens in the garden. Our son has made so many friends and really loves his time at Tic Toc. It is a truly warm and loving nursery that looks so well after the children. The food menu is great as well, with a very diverse menu with dishes from all across the world, representing the great diversity at this nursery.

Love this nursery! I always ask my daughter did she have a good day at nursery and the answer is always a yes! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I always leave my daughter knowing that she will be in safe hands. The staff know the children inside and out which makes them amazing! My daughter
is now in the dolphin room. Even the transitioning from the panda room to the dolphin room was done with such ease as the staff made my daughter feel so welcome. It’s great to see my daughter becoming a confident and independent young lady, all thanks to these wonderful people at Tic Toc Nursery School. I must also mention how good the food is. They have an on-site chef who cooks freshly prepared meals every day. My daughter hardly eats much for me at home, but when I see the blossom app it shows that she’s had all of her food at nursery. They go above and beyond to care for all the children. You are amazing at what you do. Thank you for all the love and care.

Tic Toc Nursery School (Staines Road) is an amazing nursery. It is the best in Richmond Borough. Working in education for over 20 years meant that choosing a nursery for my daughter was a hard decision to make but I would highly recommend Tic Toc Nursery School. It is a nursery where every member of
staff knows every child very well and treats him/her according to their individual needs. Thank you to the amazing team they always meet and greet with smiles even after a long day at work. I cannot thank you enough for the love and dedication you have given my daughter during her time at Tic Toc. Thank you to the management team who always responded and acted upon any request or queries promptly.

Our child has been attending Tic Toc since he was ten months old, he is now four and will be starting school in September. We and my son are going to really miss Tic Toc. All of the practitioners are so lovely and he comes out so happy each day. It is clear to see that the staff really do care about
the children and it is such a special bond they have. The parent app is fantastic for seeing what the children have been up to. My son loves the Forest School activities that they do. I would recommend Tic Toc to anyone. We don't actually live very near to Tic Toc anymore and haven't done for the last two years but were still keen to attend and would also send any future children here too. I always find the office staff really helpful and responsive too. We love it.
