I am very sad that this Nursery has been extremely unsatisfactory for my daughter and very expensive for what they offer. Their Ofsted report wasn't very good. I probably should have considered that first. But onwards and upwards to a new nursery.

We are sad and very surprised to receive this feedback following the very positive feedback received in March 2020 from you after a successful initial few weeks at the school in which the following statement was made 'we are so grateful for the way you are handling the virus and my child will miss their time there'. Since then we understand from communication that you are currently abroad with family due to the pandemic. We are therefore a little confused and concerned by the statements you have made here. The school has always been graded good by Ofsted for both our nursery and Early Years provision with which your child attended for a short time. We will be in touch with you to try and see what has changed.
