The Nursery is in Marks Gate, close to Chadwell Heath station. It's a light, spacious nursery with separate rooms and gardens for different age groups.

For the long-standing staff, the key to learning is variety. The children enjoy dialogic reading, woodwork, cooking, yoga, spotting wildlife at the local farm and climbing trees at Hainault Park. Families can join in with tea parties and world cuisine tasting days. The Nursery also runs a food bank for those in need of additional support.

A range of nutritious snacks are prepared on-site every day.

My son joined Marks Gate nursery in September with no interaction skills, he did not like playing with/near other children. The staff were so good at helping him settle. He now loves the nursery and has excelled in every element.

My children have been going to this nursery since 2015. The nursery is exceptional, the staff are very nice, they are always smiling even though they are under much pressure with children crying, noise but they continue to smile.
They don't allow the pressure to show on them. This is what I call professional.
The staff in baby room are always energetic. Changes happen in the nursery, by changing staff around to different departments, although most people do like changes but really it does help and make a big difference.
Staff try their best to get all children involved in activities. Nursery staff and manager are well trained. Review of children are always done on time and when necessity warrant.

I am very happy with the service given at Marks Gate Nursery. My daughter is very happy to come into the nursery. The activities are exciting and inviting. The staff are friendly and spend time with the children carrying out different activities. My daughter likes to explore messy play within the nursery,
she sometimes comes home with paint and other messy play on her, but she is very happy within the nursery. Management are approachable and friendly.

I definitely love this nursery for the clean environment and friendly and caring teachers. I will certainly say that since my son started nursery here, his physical and social activities and interaction to others has developed and even my son is always more than happy to be at school. Teachers are really
caring and understanding towards both parents and children.

I'm so happy for my son to be in this nursery because it's the best. I love all the staff and it's clean. My son has learnt so many things. The only thing I can say is to thank you so much to everyone who do the best with the children.

My child has progressed and seems to be doing extremely well. She is happy and loves to be around the staff who are very approachable and extremely helpful if and when I have needed to speak to them. "Thank you for your fab input into my special girl."

Marks Gate Children's Centre is a very good nursery. My daughter has been attending since 6 months old (now 3 yrs) and absolutely loves it. Her confidence improves daily, play skills, communication skills and overall ability to be independent! Staff are excellent. They are friendly, polite, very helpful
and try to accommodate personal circumstances as much as possible.
Would love to see more funding put forward to help upgrade facilities and toys for the children. Staff do their best but lack of funding resources is very noticeable. Funding could help improve overall standards but they try to do a good job regardless.

My son loves going to the nursery every day and likes all the staff too. As soon as he walks in, he has a great big smile on his face. The staff are all very friendly and helpful when I have a problem.

My kids have the most amazing time at Marks Gate Nursery, they develop in so many ways, they're growing independent and free-thinking.
