Bright Horizons Wembley Day Nursery and Preschool (formerly Wembley Willow Tree) is situated in Hirst Crescent, just off East Lane in North Wembley, within walking distance of North Wembley tube station giving direct access to central London.

They have a fantastic staff team who are caring and committed to the wellbeing and development of all children.

The purpose-built nursery is modeled in a child-centered way to encourage children to develop their independence and confidence. They have three large outdoor play areas (including a mud kitchen), a designated buggy area and a dedicated activity room for your child to explore and discover.

The nursery has bright and spacious rooms for each age group and staff encourage learning through fun play. The nursery focuses on encouraging children’s independence and choice to support their learning and development.

As well as offering the Growing Enhancements including Growing Writers, Readers and Mathematicians, the nursery offers a wide range of extracurricular activities including French, Numberfit and Theatrebugs which the children love!

For your convenience, they provide an all-inclusive service including meals, snacks, milk and nappies.

I can’t find any faults with this nursery.
The staff are genuinely attentive and takes pride in the work that they do, e.g., my daughter brought a Happy Mother’s Day card which she made herself (wonderful touch). They keep us up to date with all the things that they do during the week, create a safe
environment for the children and are responsive when communicating.
On the important side, my daughter is certainly happier and I can see the positive impact it has on her. She is more sociable, interactive and has a higher tendency to learn new things.

My son is really happy at this nursery since he joined in November, he is very settled and walks in every morning without crying and I can see that he loves the staff. The staff are really caring and take good care of the children. I have nothing negative to say about the nursery. I would highly recommend
this nursery to other parents!

My 2-year-old son enjoys nursery very much, he looks forward to going and doesn't even look back! The nursery always provides daily feedback and have taken extra precautions during COVID times. I trust that my son is in capable hands, and is always well behaved. He has learned a great deal and the
nursery always does fun and engaging activities to help the children learn and grow.

My grandson has been attending for near on 6 months and his development is coming on in leaps and bounds! The team are brilliant and have such beautiful activities planned for the children. Families are kept regularly updated which we really appreciate. I would highly recommend Wembley Day Nursery

Our son has been attending since he was 10 months old and he is now 2.5, we cannot fault the nursery. As a parent leaving your child with anyone is scary but leaving him here we have no worries, it's like his 2nd home. With lots of activities, garden time and yummy food he has the best time. Feedback
is always provided as well as advice eg potty training. If we have had any questions the team are always proactive at getting back to us and reassuring about our son's progress.

Very worrying experience sending your little ones to nursery. Bright Horizons Wembley are brilliant. They keep you updated even through the pandemic and care for the children and help them progress. Good meals provided too on site. I am very happy and would recommend.

My two children attend this nursery and are extremely happy. The staff are attentive and they have a wide range of activities for the children. My children have great healthy bonds with their key carers and they do everything they can to prepare them for school. The management team are approachable
and friendly. I’m very happy about leaving my children here.

My granddaughter went to this nursery and now my grandson attends here. It is such a nice feeling to see how well my grandkids have been looked after and to know my grandson is very happy in the baby room being able to be free to play as much as he wants.

My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Wembley since she was ten months old. This nursery is outstanding - the staff are so friendly and follow policies and procedures. My daughter is always safe and she has learnt so much following the early years foundation stage framework. I want to say a
special thank you to the best leadership team staff. I believe they run the nursery so well. It is a positive environment for children, parents and staff. I would like to thank all the staff who have worked with my daughter. Thank you all for being amazing educators and being such great role models in my daughter's life. I am very pleased and happy with the way my daughter has progressed in the babies room, she's adapted very well to the teachers and has a very good bond with the other children, she has learnt so much within her second week of her starting and I feel she will learn so much in the near future. I have
also been welcomed so much by the staff and the manager of this nursery, she is very understanding and has a very positive attitude towards the progression of my daughter's well being.

We love Bright Horizons Wembley. My son loves going to preschool, he has learned so much and looks forward to seeing his teachers and friends. I have an extremely positive experience of this nursery. Since joining at 15 months my daughter has really come a long way in her development in terms of her personality, vocal and cognitive aspects. I attribute this to the fantastic staff who are very children-centric and really spend time getting
to you know your child, tailoring activities through the day that meets her (and other children's) needs. I'm very encouraged by their most recent nursery manager who has brought a great amount of energy and rigour in her approach - always accessible and ready to listen and act upon parents' views. She has a real passion for childcare and it shines through. Likewise, I am very happy with her key worker in the small toddler room/under 2s. She's attentive, caring and very hands on. My daughter has learnt to form sentences, count to 10+ and understand nature and the world around her. The chef is great, delicious meals with a varied menu. My daughter loves the food there. Thank you to all the team.

My grandson has started in the baby room and every time we pull up by the nursery, he smiles and points to the building. The staff are very friendly and he loves all the staff in the baby room. He sometimes cries when I drop him off but the staff are always quick to comfort him and I leave happy and
secure that he is ok.
The food is great and they can accommodate any dietary needs. The management team are really good and friendly. It’s an excellent environment for children to go and feel safe.

My grandson loves his nursery! Every day he comes home learning something new. The staff are very attuned to his needs and ensure that his needs are being met. Any issues the nursery always call. The staff are lovely and always honest. My grandson can be a bit cheeky and the staff tell us when he’s
had good days and when he’s had not so good days. Either way, their honesty is always appreciated, which was very important for my daughter when picking a nursery.
Their security is brilliant. They have two doors you have to wait to be buzzed through and they check ID for anyone who they don’t know. I have picked up a few times, once someone didn’t recognise me. I was asked for my ID, personal password and someone from the baby room came out to verify who I was.
The staff are chatty and friendly and I could chat to them for a long time. The management has a solution to every problem and they are so approachable but most of all, they listen to parents. An absolutely lovely nursery!

I would extremely recommend this nursery. Staff are brilliant and my niece is so happy to go there that she even talks about going on her days off. When I go and collect her, she is always happy to show me something she has created. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. They give great feedback about
what activities she has done throughout the day and show passion in their work. The room is very presentable and tidy.
