Aristo-Tots Nursery is tucked away behind beautiful oak trees and lavender bushes, caring for children in a large Victorian house, close to Bedford town centre.

Aristo-Tots staff understand that your child is an individual and offers exciting surroundings to encourage play, fun and growth.

The outdoor play area offers an open space for bikes and cars, a large sandpit area, an enclosed digging and growing area as well as an expanse of soft surfaces for babies and toddlers and a beautiful tree house and slide hidden away beneath large oaky leaves.

Offering superb educational equipment both indoors and outdoors Aristo-Tots is sure to capture the imagination of each child.

The nursery offers additional activities each week to give the children the opportunity for an enriched and varied week.

Staff are qualified to Level 3 grade in childcare, all first aid trained and hold Enhanced CRB certificates.

My son attended the nursery from seven months old to four and a half years of age and he loved every moment of it. He blossomed and thrived under the care of amazing, caring staff who loved and nurtured his interests and happy, inquisitive nature. I cannot praise highly enough the management who went
out of their way to accommodate our needs and made us feel part of the Aristotots family. A wonderful nursery which my son and myself will miss very much.

When you ring that doorbell, the family feeling touches you like a big hug. The manager is professional and washes any concerns away going above and beyond to give your child the best start.
As you are shown around, staff greet you like your family, building a good relationship with your child and
yourself. My granddaughter attends the Busy Bees group, she has developed her language skills by being included in a extra learning sessions called "lift-off to language" and passed with flying colours, also completing her "sign language" award.
It's such a credit to this nursery to be able to offer all these extra activities that help develop speech-language signing and communication that is the starting point to anything else, you don't see in any other nurseries in the area. The staff are constantly training to keep updated on everything a child needs to feel safe and secure in their little world of learning through fun.
I cannot recommend this nursery enough. Thank you.

Both my girls, now aged one and three, have attended Aristotots Nursery from 7 months and have a wonderful time. All the staff know the children as individuals and provide high-quality care. They both look forward to going and have bonded well with their keyworkers. They get up to all sorts of different
fun activities and I am able to go to work knowing they are happy and well looked after. Staff keep us informed and are willing to work flexibly to ensure our children are happy and settled.

Both of my daughters have attended Aristotots since they were very little. The team there have always been caring and attentive. The manager knows all the children by name and obviously cares about them as individuals.

Aristotots is a lovely nursery. My little boy started there when he was 9 months old and has had a few up and down moments with his health. They have been amazing and helped him and made sure he is looked after. I can't fault them on the care they have given my child. I have watched him grow and develop
over a period of time and he has begun to make lovely friendships.

Both my daughters attend this nursery. They both love going and come home having done so many activities. One of my daughters has special dietary requirements and they have been great in catering for her needs. Fantastic nursery :)

I have nothing but the highest praise for Aristotots Nursery and the whole team there. They are professional and kind and take wonderful care of my little boy. He has learnt so many skills and additional skills though through the brilliant experiences, opportunities and learning offered by staff. He
has made wonderful friends and I feel these have been nurtured by the nursery. I am so glad I chose this nursery and my next baby will also go there.

My daughter is 2.5 years old and has attended Aristotots for almost 2 years now. She loves it and literally runs in the door every day without hesitation. She originally attended 3 days per week but then my wife had an accident that meant she could not look after our daughter on her 2 days off. We contacted
the manager who bent over backwards to accommodate us for an additional 2 days per week. The manager is great and has an amazing team. The bond our little girl has with the ladies caring for her in the Busy Bees room is lovely. They put so much effort into every aspect of the care they provide. They offer a vast array of activities including crafts, baking, singing and signing. Our little girl loves to sign and we hope she'll soon get her bronze award.
I'd highly recommend Aristotots to anyone looking for a nursery in Bedford, sending our daughter there has been such a good decision for us and has really brought our daughter on in terms of confidence, socialising and speech.

Our son has attended Aristotots in Bedford since February this year and he absolutely loves it! He is happy and well fed there, and he sleeps well there too which is great. He was 10 months old when he began attending and we have always really appreciated the genuine care and affection staff have shown
him. Management are attentive and responsive, and always put the children's happiness and wellbeing first. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Both of my granddaughters attended Aristotots Nursery full time. They both had the most wonderful time and have the fondest of memories, visiting regularly to say "Hello" to the manageress and the team.
It is so nice to see staff who have been there since my first granddaughter, this being more than
10 years. Very dedicated and committed staff, always willing to go the extra mile, even 10 years on!
I only wish my 2 grandsons lived locally so they could experience such a lovely, warm and caring nursery.

Our daughter started at Aristo-Tots 5 months ago at 11 months old. This wasn't the closest nursery to our home but we loved the homely feel and thanks to the supportive staff, she settled in quickly. We were really impressed with the array of activities the children do. Our daughter's favourites include
messy play, sensory sessions and baking. We also really liked the varied meals this nursery served and more often than not, our daughter eats everything!
Whilst the nursery setting is lovely, always clean etc, what really makes the difference is the staff. Our little girl adores the staff in the Caterpillars room and has developed a good relationship with them all. We have full trust in the staff and the manager who is very approachable, kind and honest.
Since starting at nursery, our daughter's confidence has increased enormously, and she's such a content, sociable little girl. We absolutely believe that attending Aristo-Tots has massively contributed to her development.

My son started at nursery just after his 1st birthday and settled really well. He's always been happy to go to nursery and is never in a hurry to leave, which is a good sign to me. He has had some great keyworkers, especially in the Busy Bees area where he had a great variety of activities to help him
learn and this was recorded on the Tapestry system in pictures with an explanation.
We are also able to add our own updates to the Tapestry system so the keyworkers can see what he has been doing outside nursery and discuss with him.
He has been on some trips with the nursery to the local park, shops and to see the Christmas decorations in town.
The nursery has a number of special days where the children can dress up, try different foods, or celebrate an event. We always get an update at the end of the day on how he's been and what he's eaten. I'm very happy with the nursery and would say if you're looking for a nursery then look no further.

I cannot praise the team at Aristo-Tots enough. There is a sense of family as soon as you step inside the door and the team go out of their way to make every child and every parent feel important. My son loves the time he spends there and is full of excitement when he tells us about what he's got
up to each day. Some days he doesn't want to come home!
All the rooms are large and bright, and always clean, perfect for busy little people who love to run around and explore. One thing that really stood out when we were looking at nurseries was how much they talk to the children. This may sound daft, but this wasn't the case at all the nurseries we visited prior to choosing Aristo-Tots, and we wanted more than someone to just watch our son. Nothing is too much trouble for the lovely team at this nursery.

Amanda has been working with children for over 25 years. Qualifying in 1989 and working as a Nanny for a number of years before moving in to the nursery sector, where she progressed to nursery deputy before making a decision to open up her own nursery school.


Amanda has owned her own nurseries since 2001 and has seen many children thrive within this time.
