The nursery and preschool is on Holme Street, which is just off the A6 and near the Bedford College and has allocated parking right outside the nursery for easy drop-offs and collection of children aged from birth to preschool age.

Lovely nursery - I am always kept updated with my daughters progress with their online journals.
My daughter is always coming home telling me about her day.
The staff are always friendly and welcoming.
Lovely and tidy nursery.

When my daughter started nursery I was very worried about how she would be settled. Although the first days were quite tough for us, she has now fully settled and she obviously enjoys her time there. She comes home so very excited and happy, and she has thrived so many things in a very little time.
I think Kiddi Caru offers a range of experiences that promote learning and understanding of the world.
The staff are caring and they all seem to be passionate and very well-trained about their job (which I believe is quite important). They always inform us about her day and the observations they upload in nursery's app are very well-detailed. The management team was always there to meet our family needs in terms of our busy schedule which I really appreciate.
I am so glad my daughter goes to Kiddi Caru Bedford, and I cannot thank its personnel enough.
Totally recommend it!
P.S. my little one loves the food there.

Great nursery, my grandson loves it. He will be leaving for school this year and is always smiling and a happy chap when I pick him up. He tells me about his day and what he has been learning. Nice staff too.

My goddaughter has been attending this nursery setting for some time now, and as a family we could not have asked for better for her. The staff are always warm and friendly and offer detailed feedback on her day whenever we arrive to collect. The management have gone above and beyond to ensure that
they can meet the needs of our goddaughter as an individual and also towards the whole family.
The children are able to partake in a range of enthralling and holistic activities that provide all children with the opportunity to progress, develop and thrive whilst being cared for in a safe, secure and loving environment.
We can not thank the nursery enough for all their support for us as a family and all their hard work especially through the current global pandemic, in which they have reminded open and safe throughout, ensuring the least amount of disruption for everyone.
I can not recommend this nursery enough if you want the best possible start in life for your little ones.

After originally being set on a different nursery something didn’t sit right with me so we started to last minute look at more nurseries. We looked at lots more but Kiddi Caru Bedford literally was just amazing. Every single staff member and the venue amazed us and we just knew it was the right place
for our son. We got all set up and had lots of settling-in sessions. Our son goes there full time now and I honestly couldn’t be happier. He has developed so much, is very happy to attend nursery and always comes out smiling and fed the most amazing food and the variety is great. As a first-time parent my worries have just gone through the roof but Kiddi helped ease those worries so much and even make sure we as parents are looked after and give us the time of day to let us chat/vent and help with advice if we are maybe unsure of something. I am so happy I changed my mind on nursery’s last minute and I cannot wait for our son to continue growing and developing here until he goes off to school.

Kiddi Caru Bedford is absolutely fantastic. It is like a home away from home for my daughter, with the addition of a brilliant learning environment. The staff are simply amazing and always willing to talk to me about my child’s progress and general well-being. The nursery sees every child as unique
and have a holistic approach to learning. The learning environment is very enriching with a wide range of resources and the practitioners have great knowledge and understanding on how to support my daughter. They have a great menu with a balanced diet. My daughter absolutely loves being there and cannot stop talking about her typical day at nursery. I honestly cannot fault this nursery, especially with how flexible they are in meeting my daughter’s needs.

Following enrollment of our son, he now attends either a half day or full day four times a week. The change and progress he has made since joining a mere 3 months ago has been amazing and he clearly enjoys his time there. He has never been happier and goes in with a smile on his face and leaves with
a bigger one! That is all down to the fantastic Kiddi Caru team, especially his key person and the rest of the team in his room.

My daughter is getting ready to move into the pre-school room and I cannot thank the staff in 2-3’s enough. My daughter has grown so much in last year, which is incredible given the disruption of COVID. I have never had any concerns around sending her in and the staff have been amazing in keeping a
safe and stable environment that she has thrived in. Her moving to preschool is quite bittersweet as she has such a strong bond with two members of staff and I will really miss seeing that but they have done such a good job in getting her ready to move up.

I know my child still has a few weeks left, but I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you both, and all staff that have been with her from the very beginning. You have all been so amazing with her, and I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to have taken this journey with her. I still
can’t believe how much she has grown and developed since she started there at just 9 months. She wouldn’t be where she is now without the support of you all. I really appreciate all you have done to support not just my child but also myself. I know she will miss you all, and she quite often tells me that she wants you all to be her teachers at her new school. You’ve all done an amazing job with her and I honestly can’t thank you enough.

Wonderful nursery for my baby. I was nervous as a key worker starting my child in the middle of a pandemic, but all of the ladies reassured me and put my mind at ease with the whole induction process taking it at our pace and offering plenty of settle sessions to make sure she was comfortable. The nursery
is so welcoming, and my daughter and I love the environment she’s in. The sessions are flexible, and they have an online journal where I get lots of updates on her day with photos and videos, which I love the most! Couldn’t have picked a better nursery. Thank you to the whole team for making this a special experience for us.

I want to say a massive thank you for the great job the team in the baby room do. I was really nervous when my child joined due to Covid. She hadn't really spent time with family and I was anxious of sending her in to be without me the whole day. I have seen how much she has thrived since joining and
has a great time. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff. I would definitely recommend the nursery.

I am definitely happy I chose this nursery. Closer to home and easily accessible. The staff and key workers are always so welcoming and friendly when dropping off and picking up my son. They go out of their way to care for my son, especially with him having delayed speech. They assist with his speech,
food and toilet training which is very significant to myself and will help my son also. The safety of the nursery is fantastic and they have put extra measures in place due to the pandemic. I can’t complain at all. Absolutely amazing nursery and staff are always so reassuring with the progress and development of my son, which is really important and so lovely to hear. Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Bedford is an excellent nursery. My daughter has settled well into the daily life of the nursery and is happy in the mornings to go to the nursery. The staff are helpful, friendly and clearly build an excellent rapport with the kids. Constant updates are provided to the child's
parents via a website that provides you with information of the food and drink they have consumed during the day. Such as nappy changes, photos, videos of activities in the nursery and reports on their developmental progress. I would highly recommend the nursery.

My son has been attending this nursery throughout the current lockdown as I am a nurse. I am beyond impressed with the response the nursery has had to the ongoing pandemic. They are doing everything they can to ensure my son and the other children are safe. I worried about sending him back after Christmas
due to the rising Covid numbers in the area, but now I can go to work and do my job without worrying as I know the staff are doing everything they can.
His learning experience and the range of activities being offered are still at a very high standard. The management always address any questions I have quickly and effectively. I honestly wouldn’t want to send my little boy anywhere else.

My son has been attending Kiddi Caru for a few years and now that the nursery is under new management I can see the positive changes taking place. In just two months every room has been refurbished, cleaned thoroughly and smells fresh. The team have done an amazing job with dazzling ideas for learning
and development. I am well informed by two key workers especially, who take their time to communicate effectively, I have every faith that my son is well taken care of and he is happy, I know he will miss attending Kiddi Caru.
I would like to say a massive well done to the manager for her wonderful ideas on improving the settings in such a short time of being there.

We have been very pleased with our experience of Kiddi Caru Bedford. From the induction (where we were offered many settling sessions, and our needs and routine were discussed thoroughly to see how this would fit in their schedule) through to accommodating us as key workers during COVID, we feel that
all the staff have been very supportive and enthusiastic.
Our son settled very quickly and has quickly bonded with the staff and his peers. The staff clearly really care about the children and their development, discussing our son's development and making observations that we have found helpful.
The activities and facilities are very good, with our son getting plenty of time outdoors and doing activities.
The food seems very varied and good quality and although our son generally eats well, we appreciate the honesty on the occasions that he hasn't.
Finally, this nursery offers excellent value for money, offering a service that we believe surpasses its (often more expensive) competitors.
