Springburn Childcare is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is surrounded by open countryside, yet only two minutes away from the M4.

The children develop and learn through positive outdoor experiences and play. The children can investigate the wildlife areas or grow fresh fruits and vegetables to learn about the growing cycle and the importance of healthy eating.

The experienced and long-serving team creates a safe and caring environment for all children to confidently develop. Staff provide fun and interesting activities to deliver the early years curriculum, as well as additional extra-curricular activities. Springburn was rated 'outstanding' by Ofsted October 2018.

Nursery features include a contemporary wooden building, specifically designed from a child’s point of view; three separate outdoor spaces, adapted to each stage of development; natural surroundings; quick access to M4 junction 14; a large off road car park for safe and convenient drop-off and pick-up.

Menus are created seasonally, there is an on-site chef who prepares carefully balanced menus and freshly cooks all meals, using only high-quality ingredients.

Springburn seems a really lovely, happy and safe environment for my daughter, who is two and has only been there for a few months.
The staff are all caring, calm and kind and my daughter loves it.
My only gripe is the outdoor space. I feel that as we live in the country, I would like her to be playing
in a real outdoor space, with grass, trees, a sandpit, mud, etc.
It is astroturf and so rather fake and unnatural.

Thank you for your review - we do have a natural garden which the children access most days. We grow some vegetables and have space for digging and making mud pies. Our bug hotel and our outdoor saucepan drums can be found out there too!

Great nursery, warm, friendly and flexible. I would recommend Springburn to anyone my little one has settled in really well. The staff listen to what you want for your child and follow through accordingly.

Our daughter has been attending Springburn Childcare for the last six months. The care and attention the team have shown has been second to none. My wife and I cannot fault it. There seems to be an endless array of activities, a balanced meal plan and the comprehensive feedback makes us feel very reassured

I have been given the confidence to go back to work full time by Springburn. They give the best care and I feel utterly grateful for the support to the parents, the attention to detail in the care and the extra mile they go to engage my daughter and make her days varied and happy.

The nursery is extremely flexible and accommodating for you and your child’s needs. They have been able to fulfil every dietary requirement for my child and I will be 100% sending my second child to this nursery.
The staff are lovely and very professional. They have been very helpful with my child’s
potty training and she always looks forward to going to nursery. It's brilliant to have such a clean, well organised, safe and great nursery so close to our home.

I couldn’t be happier with the service offered here. My daughter looks forward to going every morning. The staff are unbelievably helpful and go out of their way to accommodate any requests. I couldn’t recommend Springburn more and am very lucky to have it locally to us. My younger daughter will 100%
be going there as well.

My son has been attending Springburn since he was 5 months old. He loves his time at nursery and has made many friends amongst the staff and other children.
I feel his time at nursery has positively contributed to so many aspects of his personal, social and physical development and think sending him
to Springburn was one of the best decisions I could have made for him. He is growing up into a very independent, confident and social little boy, and I think a lot of this can be attributed to the nursery.
The staff are first-class, they all go out of their way to make nursery fun, safe and educational and will often go above and beyond their duty to help.
The children get three proper meals per day. My son often eats double helpings of at least one of his meals, so he must approve!
One tiny thing that I think could be modernised is the communication - the information for parents certainly isn't lacking, but an extra bonus would be to receive communications digitally rather than on paper.

Springburn Childcare exceeds all of my expectations of a nursery/pre-school.
My daughter started in Badgers and I have watched her confidence and character blossom in the excellent care that Springburn provide.
The nursery itself is a great place, always spotlessly clean and is set in lovely countryside.


Special

mention has to go to ALL staff and management at Springburn who are always very polite, efficient, organised and superb in everything they do.
The nutritional meals that are provided daily are also excellent.
I feel very happy comfortable that much child is looked after so well whilst in their care.
