Busy Bees Maidenhead Cookham Road (previously Positive Steps Nursery) is situated within the church grounds with indoor and outdoor areas, along with its own private parking.

The nursery is well equipped with a variety of quality equipment suitable for the needs of each age group. Within this safe environment, the children can properly explore and question their surroundings.

We recently moved into the area and therefore had to change nurseries. My daughter started at Busy Bees last month and I couldn’t be happier. Right from the very beginning the nursery had a very warm and caring environment and made us feel very welcome. My daughter constantly talks about the activities
she has done during the day as well as the staff members and cannot wait to go back. I get daily updates on activities, food and progress so I am well informed of what she has been up to. This is a great nursery, with extremely caring staff and cannot recommend enough.

Our daughter started at Busy Bees a few months ago and the team have done a great job at getting her settled. The staff are very friendly and do a great job of filling me in each day with what she has done and new things she has learnt/tried. She seems very happy at the nursery.

Our daughter started at Busy Bees at Cookham Road, Maidenhead in April 2021 and we are really glad that we made the decision to send her at this nursey. The nursery has a really warm feeling the minute you enter the building and I must say the centre director made us feel really welcomed and she took
her time showing us around and explaining everything in detail, as first-time parents that put our minds to rest. We are so impressed by how fast our daughter is developing and we certainly attribute this to the centre director and her members of staff. We get real-time updates on our phones about when she has meals, dirty nappies, and naps. We also get development feedback that's reported on a regular basis!
We will be recommending Busy Bees at Cookham Road, Maidenhead to our friends and families.

Our son was about ten months when he started at the nursery and the whole team worked with us to settle him into a routine. Now it’s been seven months, he goes two full days a week and absolutely loves the nursery. He’s so happy when we drop him off and so lovely and tired when we pick him up! The new
app is great to see what the kids do during the day and the observations allow us to see how much the child is developing. We definitely know we made the right choice in sending our son to this nursery!

Since our son started Busy Bees at Cookham Road, Maidenhead his confidence has grown ten fold. We were also delighted with how much one to one activities they get up to each day from planting pots to drawings. The weekly themed activities also allow us a parents to get involved. The food served gets

My one year old son joined the nursery in January this year, the first month was not easy and I was worried my son wouldn’t settle but the director and her team were extremely supportive and they helped him a lot during the first days. They built a strong relationship with him and gave him a feeling
of trust which is important to me. After a few session, my boy started to build up more on his social skills, as well as his motor skills. He is more curious than ever, he is always excited to go to nursery. The nursery makes him happy and so are we.

Busy Bees at Cookham Road, Maidenhead has helped both of my two boys develop especially with speech and social skills. I would highly recommend this nursery. All the staff are caring and build great rapport with the children. Parents are provided with lots of feedback and understanding of their child’s
needs. Management is excellent and the centre director is always on hand to help if you have any questions.

Excellent care, support and involvement. We joined in October '20. As a first-time parent I had lots of concerns in regards to how my little one would be taken care of and how easy would she adapt. After my visit with the Director, all my fears have been put at ease. I was happy to see how positive
and confident she is in her role. She took her time into showing us around (my little one was with me), understood my needs and explained everything I needed to know in order to make a decision. I was able to see development in my little one after the first week and it only started from there. The person who looks over her is very involved, caring and supportive with us. My little one grew very fond of her. All the staff is brilliant and their care and work is at an outstanding level. They have a variety of delicious healthy meals and snacks (thank you, Chef!), amazing activities, games plus lots of fun. A big thank you to Toddlers Room staff and the director for all your hard work, care and support.

My son started Busy Bees August 2020 and is thriving, his speech development has come on leaps and bounds. He thoroughly enjoys going to the nursery. The nursery is very flexible with extra sessions, I've always managed to book him in for extra slots at short notice. Me and my husband are very pleased
we chose this nursery for our son. The staff are extremely helpful and let me know how my son is getting on. They also have the app which lets me know what he's up to whilst at nursery. I would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents/carers.

I couldn't be any happier with the care provided for my baby girl. As a first time mother and having to go back to work quite early on, I was super anxious, but the ladies at the nursery were very reassuring and patient. My girl started nursery at 3 and 1/2 months old last year and now months on she's
thriving. I must say I am so impressed by how fast she is developing and I certainly attribute this to Busy Bees. The staff are amazing and look after her so well. She is always in a good mood when coming back from a day at nursery. She has a key person that follows her development closely which is amazing and we get real-time updates on our phones about when she has meals, dirty nappies, and naps. Photos and development feedback are also reported on a regular basis! I also must say I am happy with the safety measures taken by them during the lockdown, forming bubbles within the building, etc. But the most important is that baby is always happy there and the staff is really good!

Me and my daughter are very happy that we have joined the Busy Bees at Cookham road nursery. It is a very professionally run and secure allocated nursery. From the moment of viewing, I could sense a very warm and calm atmosphere inside the nursery. A huge thank you to the Manager, who has greeted me
with such a welcoming approach and has introduced me to all the necessary information about the nursery. For her support and understanding (especially what comes to the first child and the first experience), we do rely on the guidance of the professionals. And of course, a huge thank you to the members of staff. Excellent daily care from all the girls. Their happy, enthusiastic approach helps my daughter to learn many things every day. She absolutely loves it and it makes me happy too. I would strongly recommend the Busy Bees at Cookham road nursery.

I can't pick one person for being outstanding as they all do such a good job. Thank you to all of you for making my little girl feel safe & happy & welcoming her into your little family. 
You all clearly work as an effective team. Even though my daughter can't speak yet it is obvious to me she has
a good time and loves the food when her gums are not hurting. She loves being at nursery so much her face lights up Monday and Wednesday mornings and doesn't want to leave when I pick her up which gives me peace of mind that she is amongst such lovely people.

Extremely professional run nursery. We moved in from Spain with very short notice and didn't have much time to work everything out. We were helped by the manager from the first moment. We can't thank enough the staff of the nursery for making the settling of my child that easy. He loves going to the
nursery. It's so reassuring to see him always with a smile on his face. We see great progress in his abilities and learning. Definitely, the best decision we have made since we moved here.

Busy Bees Cookham Road is a very professionally run nursery. From day one of viewing there was a very warm welcoming feel about the place from the friendly staff to the layout of the baby nursery. Lovely light baby room upstairs, cosy sleep area and just had a very good feel about the place (having
viewed a few). My daughter has now joined the nursery and loves going there. All the team are super friendly and I have total trust in them looking after our daughter.

My son has recently started attending this nursery and I must admit I was pleasantly surprised by how well he fit in. A huge thank you goes to the manager who has been very understanding with me from the beginning (being my first child and first experience in nursery). I found the manager always available
and present and ready to calm me down and reassure me, even leaving me free to call to find out how my son was. Second thanks but no less important goes to the teachers who are very sweet and competent and make me find my son at the end of the day always with a smile on his face: this is the best gift ever! The staff are competent, friendly and professional at the same time. You can breathe an atmosphere of serenity and joy. Thank you all for making my first nursery experience so comfortable! You are all stars!

Our son joined the nursery for a brief period and the nursery director was kind enough to accept him for this short time. The kind and caring nursery staff ensured he feels comfortable at all times. The staff provided regular feedback, asked for any support he needed and showed the highest level of
professionalism.
He left the nursery to join the school recently, but he regularly says that he wants to go back to Busy Bee recalling his carers by name, which shows how quickly he got attached to the nursery staff. We cannot thank enough the nursery for taking great care of our son. We wish the nursery all the best.

We are so happy with Busy Bees (Cookham Road) both my children attend, Daughter 2 years and Son 10 months, both started at 9 months. the team were so welcoming and helpful getting the children settled in when they first started. The team is fantastic and both my children have such fun and are so happy
while there. They have both come on with their development so much and both are thriving, The team are so flexible and approachable and we receive very detailed feedback after every session. We couldn't be happier with the nursery and the care and skills our children gain while attending, we would highly recommend the nursery,
