My daughter joined Happitots Day Nursery in Winnersh in August 2021, and settled in really quickly. The staff are very attentive and really want the children to have the best experience possible at nursery. They listen and respond to any concerns I may have, and work together with me to resolve them.
My daughter loves going to nursery every day. Her speech has really come on and I know she is learning new things all the time, as she manages to teach me what she has learned so we can do it together. I have friends with children similar age, and I'm always banging on about how great I think this place is!

My son started in April 2021. Like any new parents, we too were anxious about him settling in. We were so pleased to see him being so comfortable in just a few weeks of starting. The staff are really amazing and it is just so assuring for you as parents to know your kids are taken care of really well.
The nursery keeps posting regular observations and pictures throughout the day so you can see what the children have been up to. It has been an amazing journey so far in the Nest room and I am sure he will have the best times in the Pioneer room too.

Happitots Day Nursery have been amazing with my son who has additional medical needs. They received training from my son's nurse in their own time and have really put my mind at ease throughout his visits and his first month at nursery. He has settled well and I think this is down to the care of the
professional but friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this nursery to other potential parents, they ensure they treat each child as an individual and take the time to build good relationships with the child and their family.

My daughter joined Pioneers in August 2021 when she had just turned 2.
She settled in really quickly thanks to the always friendly and approachable staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they are happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have as well as accommodating any requests
you might have.
Her speech and language skills as well as her development skills have really developed since joining the nursery and she always comes out happy and exhausted at the end of the day.
I would recommend Happitots to any prospective parent.

I was recommended Happitots Nursery by a friend whose daughter goes there and enjoys it. My son has only been at Happitots for a few months but he has settled in quickly and loves going to nursery. He actually claps when we arrive and has the biggest smile on his face. The thing that really stands out
is how friendly/warm all the staff are and I feel very confident that they take great care of my son. They keep in contact and send videos/photos of my son throughout the day which I love to see. I have been really impressed and I would not hesitate to recommend.

What can I say about Happitots? We absolutely love it. We actually moved our son because he was unhappy at another nursery and the change in him since he’s been with the manager and her wonderful team is unbelievable. It really is one big family. All of the children have so much fun there and as parents
we feel so assured knowing our little one is cared for, loved and having the best time every day.

My daughter joined during the second lockdown wave, I was instantly put at ease by the friendliness of the staff. I’m a ‘helicopter' mum and the staff have never made me feel like I can’t ask questions; in fact, they have encouraged questions! Myself and my daughter's father co-parent and the nursery
has always gone above and beyond to make us both included at all key events, communicated openly with both of us and her father is just as pleased as myself.
The app is amazing! 24/7 access into our daughter's life whilst not in our care. On the times I have mentioned anything minor (not even worth mentioning) the staff have been straight on it and had it rectified. Being a private nursery they are a little more pricer but the proof is in the pudding - great nutritional meals, weekly observations and photos but most of all my daughter comes out every week without a doubt smiling from ear to ear.

This has been nothing but a joyful experience. My daughter started in June 2020 during the pandemic and the nursery took amazing precautionary steps to ensure the safety of not only the children and the staff but arriving and collection by parents. Our daughter has a milk allergy and the nursery has
been understanding and accommodating for our child's needs. All children get a variety of meals and are exposed to different tastes and textures. We are notified throughout the day of general things by use of the app and the staff are very good at updating this in real-time. We also use the app for observations so you can see what the children have been up to. Our child has just been moved from the "Nest" up to "Pioneers" since she turned 2. This was done very considerately, as a couple of children are about the same age they moved together to keep friendships. They were eased in with short trips to the "Pioneers" room and then eventually a full day before completely moving.

Great experience of booking this nursery from the moment we made the first call! The staff are so enthusiastic and friendly and genuinely love their jobs and the children! They are so interactive and know just how to make you feel comfortable with leaving your child in their hands! I was shocked to
see how attached my son had got to all the nursery staff and it was lovely to see them console him when he got upset during drop-offs. The communication is amazing throughout the day. They will always update you via the app on what your child is up to, along with cute photos! I have also had a few phone calls to reassure me everything was going well or tell me funny stories of what my son had got up to - which I really appreciated. Overall, an excellent choice of nursery!

After visiting quite a few local nursery settings, I was really impressed with Happitots with the manager showing me around who happily engaged with my 1-year-old. Unfortunately due to Covid, we were not able to do any settling in sessions, however, we were able to spend 30 minutes in the garden to
meet the team who would be looking after my little girl. When she first started I was called within 20 minutes to reassure me she had settled in and was happily eating breakfast. The team are always so friendly and engaged with my little girl and us as a family, and the app is great to track what she's been doing throughout the day. She often comes home with drawings/baked goods etc. so I know she's really stimulated whilst she's there. They have been particularly supportive during a time of transition as we welcomed a new baby into our family, and knowing I can rely on the nursery to take such good care of our 2-year-old is very reassuring. I would highly recommend Happitots.

Both of my children attend Happitots, and it is such a wonderful nursery. The staff are so kind and helpful and the children are so well looked after, a weight off my mind as a full time working parent. Activities are always well structured but fun and both the boys have been able to experience indoor
and outdoor activities they love. Would thoroughly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a setting for their child.

Trusting the care of my child to someone else was a truly terrifying prospect but I really didn't need to worry! Happitots Day Nursery is a wonderful place with a great team of people who genuinely care about the children they look after. They understand that all children are different and are able
to give care on an individualised basis, recognising that what each child needs not only varies from day to day but sometimes multiple times within each day. The facilities are great, with plenty of opportunity for exploratory and sensory play and the portal is a parental dream. Along with pictures of the activities the children do, I also get an overview of meals, sleep and nappy changes. For me, the icing on the cake is that the team also understand that adjusting to nursery life is difficult for parents too. Being able to call the team and check-in has been amazing. Going back to work has been so much easier because I'm not constantly worrying about my little one. Thank you Happitots Day Nursery.

Happitots is a lovely nursery – a friend of ours recommended it to us we think it’s great! Our son joined Happitots straight after lockdown so it was a bit of a shock to the system for him. The team were fantastic though, patient and encouraging and he is now very happy. It’s worth noting Happitots
has had very good communication throughout lockdown which I know hasn’t been the case with other nurseries; Happitots have always been clear, transparent and you can tell they want to do what’s best for the children. Day-to-day our son does a range of activities both indoors and outdoors – we regularly take home some craft or cooking that he’s done. You’re also kept regularly updated through an app so can see everything from what they’ve eaten to pictures of their activities. The opening hours are also long and convenient. The staff are wonderful, one of the best bits about the nursery – friendly and efficient and they’re always happy to talk and make time for you if you need it.

A lot of nurseries say they are like a family, but in Happitots’ case this is genuinely true in the very best sense of the word. Key staff have been there for many years, and the atmosphere is wonderful - fun, relaxed, welcoming, busy, caring, stimulating. Great leadership from the nursery manager gives
this nursery the edge, and to see the nursery running so apparently smoothly during such a difficult year is impressive. We chose Happitots for our son because of the excellent experience our older daughter had at Happitots previously. My son joined the baby room just after lockdown, at a time when he was very wary of other children. Even though he is part-time, the staff quickly established a great rapport with him, and within just a few weeks, he was already developing confidence around other children.
All the expected attributes of an Ofsted outstanding nursery are present, good outdoor space and access, and convenient (long!) opening hours.

My daughter has been at Happitots for just over a month and as a family, we are so impressed. My daughter was very apprehensive to start nursery, and the staff were so incredible at helping her settle in, and within a week she was excited to go to nursery. She comes home so happy, has come on leaps
and bounds socially in our opinion, and most importantly, we feel confident as parents that our daughter is cared for to an outstanding level while she’s there. The communication from the staff at Happitots is brilliant and has helped me feel so comfortable given that this is the first time our daughter has been in a childcare setting. We couldn’t recommend Happitots enough!

The staff at Happitots are everything you could hope for. The children are greeted with happiness without fail every morning and all staff go out their way to bring joy to them with interesting activities. Staff will take the time to talk about your child if you have questions and are willing and able
to adapt to the needs of individual children. My eldest was extremely happy at Happitots until he went to school and now my baby equally enjoys his time there. I never worry about him because I know he is so well looked after. It was particularly impressive how the staff coped with keyworker provisions in lockdown and how they’ve managed to keep things as normal as possible for the kids during the current pandemic.

The Happitots staff have been absolute superstars during this lockdown! They have made me feel so at ease bringing my 3-year-old daughter back to the nursery after reopening fully. My daughter tells me all about her fun-filled day with her friends and is always bringing back such beautiful artwork.
I love getting an update on the app and seeing pictures of her playing and creating, and always get such a lovely handover at the end of the day telling me what the children have been doing.

I needed to find a nursery quickly following a COVID-19 closure. The manager and the team were so helpful, friendly and comforting. My 2-year-old son settled into Happitots like a “duck to water” and he seems very happy there. His key worker is amazing and they have really helped him develop but in
a fun and happy way. They have also greatly assisted with potty training. I’m very happy with Happitots.

We were asked to move our daughter to this nursery during the COVID lockdown as her current nursery closed. Impressions, therefore, aren't wide-ranging due to the limited time she attended, but we were relatively happy with the nursery and grateful she could be with other kids to have the interaction
she was missing. I didn't notice much in the way of difference between the old and new nurseries aside from relatively little feedback coming from the staff after hand back occurred. A relatively minor point of course, and one that shouldn't lead to any sort of markdown. Also, this reflects in the marks I can give about the entirety of the nursery as we aren't able to judge certain aspects of it.

The best thing about Happitots is the staff. They're all so great at reassuring us as parents and making us feel like they really care about our little one. The App is great for functional updates (when it's working!) and we love the observations (would love more but appreciate they take time!). What
would be great is more info about what they do in their day - French/singing/painting as we don't hear much on this so it's hard to score below. I don't doubt the team are doing a great job though. Maybe a parents evening would be good! We would whole-heartedly recommend the team and nursery!
