Located in the grounds of Haddeham Community Junior School, a short distance from Haddenham & Thame Parkway Railway Station, the nursery enjoys the benefits of a purpose-built nursery with good sized airy rooms, and a large outdoor garden and play space, which the children love and thrive in.

There are separate rooms for babies, toddlers, two to three-year-olds, and pre-school children, furnished with age-appropriate toys and resources, ensuring they provide the best standard of care, development and education.

We have been really impressed with the care our son has received at the nursery. The outside space has excellent resources which he loves. He learns so much through attending his sessions and enjoys exploring all there is on offer as well as making friends.

We've only been here a few weeks after moving our toddler from another nursery. The difference in our little one is amazing, from day two he reached out his arms for the team and every day is the same, he just loves it. They are really kind and he will happily go to any of them and he has come on so
much in his play and understanding since starting here. Could be happier!

The nursery staff have become like an extended family for us having looked after my eldest from the age of one through to school this year and now my second child too. The staff are kind and caring and managers are as accommodating as possible. We truly value the staff and their support in raising our
children and credit their knowledge and confidence to them.

Our child looks forward to his 2.5 days at preschool. He has a very sweet little social group and making so many friends has really helped his confidence grow. The staff are patient, kind and encouraging and have really helped our child develop.
There are times when I think communication could be
improved and it would be great to see/hear examples of how ICT/resources are used with the children.

My son has a wonderful time at Haddenham Day Nursery. Since starting the pre-school room his confidence has improved. The staff are always positive and energetic and take a proactive role in the child's development. The nursery has recently been refurbished and the outdoor play area is excellent. Any
issues have always been minor and dealt with well. Management are responsive and easily contactable. We have overall been happy with the experiences our son has there. You do a fantastic job.

Our daughter has been at the nursery for around a year and you can not fault the place.
Five days a week they have her and all the staff know her well and how well she is achieving.
Everything is very close they have recently upgraded lots of the basic outside facilities. So it's good to see the
money going back into the nursery.

The staff are all very lovely and friendly and always come to greet my son at the door very warmly. They are all good at putting the children at ease and encouraging them to play with their friends. They do a wide variety of activities with the children and have just done an upgrade of the outdoor facilities
where they seem to spend a lot of time developing motor and social skills. My son is very happy there.

The staff in the preschool room have been absolutely amazing in helping my son settle in. They have made a real effort to get to know his character and have taken excellent care of him. I have never imagined he would settle in so quickly or be so content. I also feel he is learning a lot and gaining
independence really well. Thank you.
Oh - he loves the wonderful new playground too.

Our son is 3, he has been attending the nursery for about 2 years now and really enjoys it. He is growing in confidence every day. Even though our son is now able to tell us about the activities and meals he had at nursery and in general how eventful his day was, the nursery still provides daily reports
to us. They often include pictures and even sometimes recordings, which is brilliant.
We are noticing that our son is learning lovely table manners at nursery and is keener on sharing which is very hard for him to learn at home being an only child. Also, the nursery's input in our son's potty training is invaluable.

The children spend a lot of time playing in the garden and are given healthy, nutritious food. The staff are caring and knowledgeable and my daughter enjoys her time there. I’d recommend the nursery to others.

My son has recently made a lot of progress in social interaction with other children. I am so happy that the nursery are encouraging and nurturing this. At his parents meeting the nursery nurse said they would be looking at doing group work with him. I really feel that the nursery have been very good
at identifying a child’s needs and finding ways to meet those needs.

We have had a great experience with Haddenham Day Nursery. Our daughter is very happy and is excited to be heading in to nursery every day. All the staff are always smiling, friendly and supportive. My child loves going to the nursery and even at 3 runs in ready to learn and play with friends. I believe that this is due to the staff who go the extra mile to ensure that my child has a fun-packed day. I love that she will eat things that she won't touch at home!

It's been fantastic. My daughter is having the best time here. She runs here in the morning and can never get here quick enough. She's made some lovely friends and learns new things every day. She is always talking about her teachers and always has nice things to say.

Hello, I’m Humera the Nursery Manager here at Haddenham Day Nursery. I have worked in childcare since 2004, and within the company since 2021. I am passionate about working with children and watching them thrive, while supporting them on their learning and development journey.


I am a mother to two young children and understand the care, support, and foundations a positive relationship has on families. I have travelled around the world and taken many solo trips experiencing different cultures, diversity, and environments. Using my own experiences to support the team here to provide a range of engaging and real-life experiences for children, preparing them for their next step onto school.
