Our experiences at Field House Day Nursery continue to be exceptional. As our daughter has moved from Caterpilators One and Two to the Ladybird room, she continues to receive superb care from an immensely dedicated team. It is evident our daughter is incredibly happy at Field House Day Nursery, and
we are grateful for the energy that all of the staff committed to ensuring she thrives. We would not hesitate to recommend Firld House to other families for exceptional care.

Both of my kids have been through Fieldhouse and I can't fault it. I have recommended this nursery before. The staff are so attentive and provide a fantastic range of activities. Both of my kids loved going and I always had trouble getting them out at the end of the day.

My daughter joined at 2 years old. All the staff were very warm and welcoming. Within a week she has settled in and enjoyed the nursery so much. We found the staff great and always willing to listen and help where we needed then. She graduated pre-school recently and misses the nursery. She spent two
very happy years there as did we!

Field House has declined over the 6 months. Mainly down to poor management. We had numerous issues with the nursery prior to our son leaving which included injuries (including head) that weren't sighted, to clothing that was trashed and overall a real lack of structure at the preschool level. There
were mentions of forest school and getting ready for a school programme that never materialised. Updates on their day via the app were non-existent also. We felt management just told you what you wanted to hear to solve the problem but never improved on the issue at hand.

Thank you for taking the time to review our nursery. Parent feedback is vital to our efforts in continuously improving the nursery experience. With regard to communication, the number of posts on the Parent App follows Early Years Foundation Stage revisions which focus on reducing ‘paperwork’ to heighten the quality of the activity underway and the interaction between practitioner and child. ‘Snapshot’ observations are supplemented with ‘Monthly Learning Story’ and ‘age and stage’ developmental assessments. This is in addition to regular Parent Newsletters detailing room activity and the resources and events freely available to parents through the ‘learning at home’ App. We recommend that our children come dressed for a variety of ‘messy’ and art-based activities in and outside in our large garden. Aprons are worn, paints are washable and we do our best to limit unavoidable staining to clothing. Thank you for reviewing our nursery and we wish your family every happiness in the future.

I have dropped off and collected my grandson from Field House a number of times. Every time I enter both the nursery and his room I receive a very warm welcome and greeting. The staff in the room make a very clear effort to either find out how he is upon drop off or give me very detailed information
on his day upon collection. The room is always very welcoming with a lovely calm atmosphere and I feel very happy and confident leaving him there.

Since our son started in December 2022 our experience has been positive. The nursery provides an open and welcoming atmosphere which has allowed our son to thrive. We have previously had communication issues at his previous nurseries but Field House excels at keeping us updated with our sons progress.
The staff take the time to really get to know the children and therefore this allows them to provide structured learning opportunities that are tailored to the individual children. We couldn't be happier and our son runs in the door.

The staff at Field House are amazing! They are polite, caring and show a genuine interest in the parents and the children. They are professional at all times and are very respectful. My daughter loves going to nursery and I can see she is reaping the benefits of being with other children. The nursery
is tidy and clean and the food sounds fantastic and I am so glad my daughter goes there!

We literally love everything to do with Field House Day Nursery, activities, food, policies, but amongst all, the people.
We know that our daughter is safe, cared for and in an environment of love. We cannot thank you all enough.
Daily updates on the app show thought-out and planned activities to
help her meet her milestones and the food available is both healthy as well as diverse. I couldn't be happier as a parent for my daughter to go here. It has allowed me to return to work confidently, knowing she is happy.

My daughter joined the nursery in January 2023 after not getting on well at another nursery, we were anxious about her settling in but it couldn't have gone smoother. The staff have been incredible and in a short time, she has settled in and is excited to go every day. Everything was communicated to
us daily and we always felt we were listened to about any concerns.

Without a doubt the best nursery there is. The love and support that is given to your child are fantastic. They find new and exciting ways to encourage the children to learn as a group and individually. Both our girls have been so happy at Field House. It's a wonderful place and we are so lucky to have

My son started in July 2022 and he has settled in so well to Field House. He absolutely loves coming in, all of the staff are so lovely and caring. The settling in process was really well organised, and we were able to have a couple of extra sessions to make sure we were both ready for him to start.
His development has come on so much in such a short period of time, and he is such a confident and social baby now. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone!

My son started here in May! And I have been blown away with how amazing the nursery is! All staff take this time to talk to me on collection and drop off, especially the ladies at the front desk. My son's key worker has formed such a lovely bond with him that when I say shall we go and see her he answers
yes. Equally, all the ladies in the room are kind caring and make me feel like they love my son! I am happy and confident leaving him at Field House Day Nursery whilst I go to work and love receiving updates throughout the day to see how he has been! I would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone having to go back to work.

My little girl is in the Bumble Bee room, she is so happy and has great relationships with the amazing staff, especially her key person. The staff plan amazing activities following my little girl's interests. She has learnt so much. The management staff are so welcoming and helpful, always on hand to
help with any problems. The nursery is set up so well all the rooms look great and it has a lovely, homely feel.

What an amazing place! Both my girls go to Field House and they love it. From the start, the manager gave us full confidence in the care and guidance they all give to the children. Seeing how my girls have flourished since going to Field House is amazing. My eldest is so much more confident, her phonics
and numbers are incredible, the staff put so much into the development of the children. My youngest has made an incredible bond with her key worker, who has guided her to become a bright and confident 2-year-old. It is clear that Field House is a devoted and passionate nursery and to top it off all the upgrades and renovations have made an already amazing place much more incredible.

Liz is the Manager of Field House Day Nursery and has a wealth of experience, having worked in the Early Years sector for 28 years. Liz has numerous qualifications, including a National Diploma in Early Years, a Level 3 NVQ certificate in Management and a Level 2 award in Health & Safety. Liz has worked at Childbase Partnership for 15 years.
