Kindred Billericay is such a wonderful nursery. All of the staff are so friendly and nurturing. Our son has developed so much in his time there so far, and we are kept so well informed with his development. Communication with parents is excellent. It's a wonderful environment, and we highly recommend
it.

We want to say a massive thank you to all the staff at Kindred Buttsbury. Our son has been there for almost 2 years and has grown and developed so much during that time, it’s fantastic to see. From the early days of not wanting to be left and having a few tears and now just toddling off to have his
breakfast in the mornings with his friends with just a wave goodbye, is just amazing.
The staff are always pleasant and informative with how the day has been and really give us, as parents, the assurance we need that our kids are getting on so well. Our son feels so at home there and his confidence just grows every day.
Thanks to everyone there - through lockdown and beyond - you guys have all been great.

My daughter has loved her time in the baby/tots room and formed such a wonderful bond with her key worker. She was truly supported and nurtured in the baby/tots room. Now she has just moved up to the preschool room she always comes out with a big smile on her face telling me everything she has done
that day. The app helps for easy communication/updates and pictures and the staff give you daily updates on collection. It is a space where my daughter feels safe and I feel confident that she is in a safe and nurturing environment.

The staff at Kindred Billericay & Out of School Club have been so supportive with my son’s settling in process. Always very reassuring that I can see how his day is going with live updates on the app. I really appreciate the time they spend talking through what he’s been up to for the day when he’s
collected. He’s only been attending a short time but I can clearly see he's forming fantastic attachments with the adults here.

Our son started at Kindred Billericay & Out of School Club in January 2021. He has settled in really well and the staff are so friendly, helpful and supportive. Since joining the preschool group he has made great progress and has become far more independent, which we hope will prepare him for school
when the time comes. Our son had made lots of new friends and comes home with exciting stories of what he has been doing with the ‘nice ladies’ throughout his day! The play and learning environments are really well-maintained and engaging. He loves the amount of outside play they have the opportunity to do too. As working parents, it is reassuring to know that at Kindred Billericay & Out of School Club our son is well looked after and is having a positive experience each day.

Outstanding Nursery. The team go over and above and feel like an extended family. The new app is great for parent communications, photographs and development updates. The managers can’t do enough to support my son and we’ve been lucky to find this gem in Billericay. My son goes to school this year and
I know he’s had the best start to his education.

My eldest daughter has been at Kindred Billericay & Out of School Club now for three years and she absolutely loves it. The effort the staff make to feel her feel loved and cared for is outstanding. There is nothing better than your child being happy to go into nursery every morning. My youngest daughter
has been going now for nearly four months and it is a big struggle to get her to come home in the evenings. They are both extremely happy. I would certainly recommend it!

My daughter started this nursery in September 2019 and from the start, we had a wonderful experience! She absolutely adored her key worker and the manager was incredible with reassuring me the entire time! I loved the layout of the nursery, the safety, the structure of their learning and the staff.
We have had a wonderful nursery journey!

My son has gone to this nursery four days a week since he was 9 months old and he will be three years old soon.
I cannot speak highly enough of the staff of the nursery. They are family to my son, who is always happy to go and play with all his friends. For my wife and myself, they were a huge help
during the current crisis as both of us are key workers and having no other family in the country they continued to take care of our son, which we are incredibly grateful for.
Thanks for being true heroes and not just for our children but for us too.

Was really apprehensive about sending my daughter back to nursery with COVID 19 still being very much a thing, but I needn’t have worried. The nursery has been great in implementing measures to keep her safe and I feel confident when leaving her there. Even though she will only be there until the end
of August because she will be starting school, going back to nursery has been brilliant for her and she is loving it. Lots of thought has gone into activities that are suitable for the children at this time. Thanks to all of the staff for making her return to nursery a fun, memorable and safe one.

Really happy with how the first week back went with the Covid-19 restrictions in place. My son thoroughly enjoys this nursery and gets on really well with all of the staff. Keep up the great work, it is much appreciated.

Our 3-year old son has been at Dizzy Ducks for 8 months and enjoys going each day. The members of staff helped him settle in nicely and are always warm and welcoming each morning and still so in the evening! He very often talks about activities at nursery and is always in a great mood when we pick
him up, which is a testament to his enjoyment there. Love the weekly newsletter and daily updates on the learning portal. Also love the use of 'real world' items at nursery and the natural approach, which really encouraged us to join the nursery in the first place, and I can see that our son has become increasingly independent since joining nursery and very much grown in creative and imaginative play. Would not hesitate to recommend at all.

My daughter only attends for one morning a week but from the beginning, we have always been welcomed and made to feel valued.
My daughter is always excited to go and is full of stories of what she has been up to when I pick her up.
She falls asleep almost instantly on the way home which must be a
good sign that she has had fun.

We love Dizzy Ducks. The staff are so kind and friendly. My little girl loves going.

My two boys love Dizzy Ducks, the staff are so caring and helpful, it’s like home from home, for my two are so happy there and enjoy every minute playing with their friends and learning new things.
And when I’m stuck and need extra childcare, Dizzy’s management is always happy to help out if they can.
Overall I can not fault the care or attention Dizzy Ducks gives each and every child in there care, its outstanding and I would definitely recommend Dizzy Ducks to any new family.

Absolutely love Dizzy Ducks Buttsbury! My son is thriving there and settled so quickly. He spends the days he isn’t there asking to see his keyworkers and friends.
I love the EY Log seeing pictures/videos and updates of what my son is up to on the days he is in nursery and it is great to allow access
to more than one person in the family to see this.

My daughters both love Dizzy Ducks. They have forged great bonds with all of the staff.
My youngest daughter has always been very cuddly and shy of other people, she has flourished at the nursery. On non-nursery days, she often brings me her bag as if to say she wants to go and play, please!
The
nursery’s attitude has always been ‘what can we do for your child?’. They have embraced my routine and choices so my girls have consistency.
My daughters have both had different medical conditions and all the staff have been aware of their needs and mindful of them.
They are all very welcoming, kind, patient and helpful people. We had a family event and they accommodated my niece at short notice so she was cared for with my children which made her so comfortable.
I am so grateful to all the staff for looking after my children whilst I work. They all work so hard and are always smiling and kind. The enrichment and the early education they provide my girls is much appreciated.

My son started at the nursery at the beginning of the year and although he isn’t yet settled fully, I am very pleased with things so far. The staff have been supportive to both my son and myself during this big transition and I’m happy with the care that he has received so far. From what I have seen
in the nursery, the baby room has new activities daily to keep the children busy and the use of real-life resources (eg. Real food in the home corner) is fantastic for role play. One of the main reasons I chose Dizzy Ducks is the option for children to play indoors or outdoors, my son loves being outside so having a free flow space allows him the freedom to explore as he pleases. The menu is varied and the meals offered are healthy and nutritious and my son seems to enjoy trying new things that I wouldn’t necessarily make at home.
In terms of staff, every morning we’re greeted with a smile and the girls make a fuss over my son.

My daughter has been attending Dizzy Ducks for over one year now. She is so happy there - she loves going and always looks happy when we collect her in the evenings.
The staff are very friendly and my daughter is very comfortable to be with them.
I love the observation updates I receive, my daughter

I have worked within the Kindred Group since April 2014, where I started as a nursery practitioner and have worked my way up to the manager of our Kindred Billericay setting. I have a Level 3 in Childcare, Level 2 on Team Leading and Level 3 Certificate for SENCO, all of which have been completed under the guidance of Kindred.
I have a passion for children's development and providing them the best learning outcomes, both at nursery and at home.
