The staff are fantastic with my daughter and son. The nursery as a whole is great, my daughter has come on leaps and bounds with her speech and both my children get excited for days they are going to nursery.

Ever since my eldest got on so well at the nursery we knew it would be the best place for our youngest! She absolutely loves it, she has started developing friendships, confidence and her learning is really showing at home! She loves her carers in her class and usually devours all the food that is put
in front of her. Such a fantastic nursery.

My little boy loves being at nursery, once he has gotten over the fact we have dropped him off! All the staff are so in tune with his wants and needs, and the favourite things he likes. He does such wonderful activities throughout the day, I love seeing the photos and videos the team members put on
the app. Everyone is so friendly when we drop him off, always polite and accommodating. The food he has there is fantastic, homecooked proper meals. It is never nice having the mum guilt of dropping them off when you have to go to work but seeing his smiley happy face, and how the staff all love him, makes it a lot easier.

Absolutely brilliant nursery. Both my boys have loved going here. Can not recommend enough. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. I feel happy that my boys are safe and very well looked after. Amazing nursery.

I am very happy with the care my child receives at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery with full updates throughout the day, doing many different activities each time my child attends and encouraging daily tasks that are being used at home.

Kiddi Caru has been great with my daughter. She has come on massively since she attended. She has bonded very well with her keyworker.
All the staff have been great. They are helpful and professional and have been really supportive and recognise when additional support is needed.
The nursery offers
flexible sessions, which is fantastic.
I would highly recommend Kiddi Caru Day Nursery, Colchester.

A really lovely nursery overall.
Good food options, occasional cold dinners due to kitchen issues. Not able to give children home-prepared meals due to child allergies. Children are permitted extras if still hungry. Just something to be aware of if considering reducing outgoing costs. However, this
is one of the cheapest nurseries in the area!
Able to get into nursery in good time. Lots of parking available for parents to use.
Electronic records of child activities are sometimes incomplete i.e. no food entries for the day when the child will of course have eaten.
Been a bit of an issue with progress reports as not had one sent since enrolled six/seven months ago.
My kid loves it here though, I’m really happy with how they look after them and the attention they give.

To be honest I was very close to pulling my child out. However, some major changes have been made since the last week of September and I can see a lot of effort is being made to change things around. I'm hoping things continue to improve.

This is the worst Nursery in Colchester. Do not take your child. They do not care about the well-being of your child. I had to pull my son out after 3 months of being there.
1. He came back every day with a wet nappy to the point he developed a rash
2. My son struggled to settle so I changed his schedule
from 3 full days to 5 half days and they ended up charging me for the 3 full days and the 5 half days. After numerous emails and arguments, they said they will charge for 1 extra full day. All they care about is money.
3. I came 10 mins late once to pick up my son and they charged me £30 extra for coming late. My son could be out of school for weeks but no one will bother to call about how he's doing but they are first to include all sorts of extra charges for no reason.
I have never received a response to my emails from Kiddi Caru. Not sure if they're understaffed or is it that they really just don't care.
Please don't take your child to Kiddi Caru!

Little one was shy and had no confidence in herself but with the help and support for the Kiddi Caru family, I couldn't have asked for a better team to be a part of my little
one's life.

My daughter absolutely loves attending Kiddi Caru, she asks to go even on her days off!
She has flourished since she joined last year and they have helped and supported me with some big milestones such as potty training and giving up her dummy successfully
She has a lovely relationship with her key
workers and has made lots of friends.
The food is great, varied, and healthy and my daughter has tried lots of new foods
They keep parents well-updated on what they have been up to with photos via an app which is really nice to see

My child loves the nursery. They have a great relationship with all members of staff. I'm always being told of the activities they did during the day and are engaged and excited about them. The only complaint I could have is being told my dinners aren't as good as nurseries!

Our 4-year-old currently attends and has been here since he was 6 months. One of the things I love about the nursery is that every member of staff knows and loves our son as if he were their own (Even the chef!).
The manager and her fantastic team make you feel like one of the family and I feel I can
discuss worries and concerns from home with them to ask for advice (let's face it, as parents we all need a little help and advice along the way).
My son is due to finish this year and we have a lot to thank Kiddi Caru for, with their help, he can not be more ready for big school!
My son is always coming home telling me a wealth of new things he has learnt and is often upset when it's the weekend as he can't go to nursery.


We look forward to my next child joining nursery in the next few months and we are glad that we don't have to say goodbye to Kiddi Caru just yet.


Overall we can not thank the team enough for what they have done for our family. Wholeheartedly recommended!

Since joining Kiddi Caru in October, my 2-year-old daughter was potty trained within 3-months! She is so sociable and learns so many amazing things! She is even learning early phonics!

I absolutely love Kiddi Caru nursery! Such a loving nursery with loving staff. My son absolutely loves going to nursery he has learnt so much and gained some amazing bonds with the staff and children.

Our 15-month-old son has settled into the nursery setting and really enjoys his days at Kiddi Caru. The activities are varied and the baby room is cosy yet well equipped with stimulating toys. There is also a sensory room and a nice garden area with a sandpit and mud kitchen for outdoor messy play.
The staff are attentive and kind and form excellent bonds with each child. They are happy using cloth nappies which was important to us. The chef makes nutritional meals that meet our specific dietary requirements. We are pleased with our choice of nursery and look forward to watching our son's development.

All round amazing nursery! My son has been here since April 2021 and the nursery and staff have been absolutely fantastic with his journey and any additional needs! Not only that but supporting me also! I could not thank everyone in this setting enough for all they do for both me and my son and for
