Set in the bustling town of Westcliff, Kindred Westcliff provides day care for children from 6 months to 5 years, between 7.30am and 6pm.

Happy to say that I have had a positive experience, they've always given us extra information regarding little ones when it matters, they are extremely hot on safety and have a closed-door policy, which was something that was important to us. They also use an app-based system where images are uploaded
(if consented by parents) so you can see some of the activities they have been doing, they also log any nappy changes and document what was used as well as what foods they have eaten and how well they did eating each meal. So you have a lot of this should you need this at any point.
They do so well and are also really good at keeping up with activities and special days to make each day different and diverse for the children.
They helped explain the funding process which was helpful for us as parents starting out too.

My son started Kindred in January 2024 and he has been very happy since he started. He was 14 months so the first setting for him and the girls eased my anxieties. My eldest son used to come to the setting before the change to Kindred and we were pleased to be welcomed back by familiar faces who always
give amazing care to the children and have been pleased with new faces who have been just as kind and caring. They set up brilliant activities for the children but the main thing for me is the nurturing care my children have received. I would highly recommend it.

We have enrolled our son since he was 7 months old. He is now almost 2! He goes to the nursery every day very very happy. We are satisfied with Kindred. Outdoor activities in the summer, indoor learning and activities. Very nice and accommodating staff.

Kindred Westcliff is amazing. Our little boy has been going here for 18 months and he absolutely loves it. The staff and management are all lovely and so helpful. The food they provide is fantastic and so well prepared for allergies as my little boy has a milk allergy, he is never left out. The rooms
are clean and well-organised. The garden is huge and they spend a good amount of time out there regardless of their age. If you are thinking about sending your child here I wouldn't even think twice! We absolutely love it.

My experience with Kindred Westcliff has been brilliant so far from my first communication to the settling-in process. Everyone has always been super friendly and extremely helpful.
My little boy started the nursery at the beginning of this month and we've had such a great experience.
The girls in
his room are great and he loves going so far.
Would highly recommend Kindred's to anyone.

I have sent both of my children to Kindred Nurseries. The ladies that take care of the children are fantastic, especially two staff members in toddlers! In the last month alone they have spent so much time and effort planning fun and educational games for the children. They have themed weeks, one of
them being ‘Around the World’ focussing on the colours of the flags and planning the meals so that it fits with the country of the day! They also made a huge effort for World Book Day, all dressing up with the kids which was lovely to see. I get lots of pictures throughout the day which is a great comfort while I’m at work to see the children happy and learning.

Kindred is the best nursery for both of my girls. Both of them have developed so much since attending. The staff are brilliant and always have something for the children to do. I would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone! The garden is also a massive selling point.

My 19-month-old twins recently started here, used nurseries before for my other children but what has made this one different from the rest is how quickly I have seen my twins develop in just four weeks. Never have to worry about wipes or nappies as provided, the app is fantastic, that updates me throughout
their day whilst I’m at work to reassure any concerns with their nappy changes, to what they have eaten and how much of it and pictures to see them enjoy the many activities that are put on throughout the day.
Staff are always friendly and welcoming and always interested in the children’s welfare and what is best for them.
Definitely recommend this nursery.

My daughter has been attending Kindred Nursery (Westcliff) since October 2022 and I have nothing but positive words and experiences to say.
I am a mother who suffers with anxiety, so was very cautious and hesitant to send my daughter to nursery. However, upon reviewing the nursery during one of the
open days, my daughter gravitated towards the nursery and the positive energy. She has grown and developed in so many ways and has built such close relationships with those who have looked after her. From things down to communicating with finances, bills, or day-to-day questions, Kindred has been there to help! Each day is fun filled with different activities, games, and ways to learn through song. My 2.5-year-old will come home singing different songs and telling us about her day. I just want to say thank you to the Kindred Westcliff staff! Would 100% recommend it to anyone looking at sending their children to a nursery!

We have two children at Kindred Westcliff with the eldest now being in Pre-School. We have experience of every room at Kindred and can say without fault, they have all been amazing. They have cultivated a true family feel to the nursery, so much so, that it feels like a home away from home for the children.
The staff members are long-serving and consistent, which has gone a long way in helping to build trust. The staff are caring and put so much effort into the activities for the children. We've got a few more years with them yet, but would seriously consider having more children as I know we're going to miss the team at Kindred Westcliff so much when the youngest finally goes to school. Heartfelt thanks to the whole team there.

We are very happy with the support and care given by everyone at Kindred Westcliff. We have two children there and both are always happy and developing well. Kindred have given them a fantastic start in life. The outside space was definitely a selling point, they both love the outdoors.

Since Kindred took over, we have enjoyed new staff bringing amazing new ideas. There is always something fun and educational to do and everyday is different.

I have two children here and we're all so happy with it. My eldest is in preschool and has enjoyed every step up to it from the baby room. My youngest has just started there herself and has already established close bonds with the staff. It makes me so happy to see her big smile for them at drop off!
The staff are just wonderful - I cannot sing their praises enough. The setting itself is so fun, with loads to do for the little ones. The outdoor space is what made me choose this nursery. The garden is huge and my son's highlights of his days always include being outdoors! I love to hear what they've been up to each day and am always impressed with the range of activities and learning. Thank you so much.

An extremely welcoming nursery. Our daughter has developed so much since attending and has been looked after well. I chose this nursery for my son after seeing they had a lot of info regarding SEN! My son is autistic and non-verbal and has come on in leaps and bounds since starting back in March! The staff are amazing with him and carry out certain activities with him throughout the day which are recommended for
SEN children!

As a parent your child’s safety and well-being are paramount, and the thought of leaving your child in the care of someone you don’t know is utterly terrifying - even at a nursery! When our son started at Kindred Westcliff Day Nursery and Pre-school he was almost a year old and we instantly discovered
that the staff absolutely understand not only what is important for our child, but what is important for us as parents! The introduction of the app was amazing, we get regular updates on meals, sleeps, nappy changes and we also get messages from the staff on how our son has settled for the day etc! The transparency at Kindred is amazing and when you walk through that door to collect your child and see how happy and content they are in their nursery environment, it instantly puts you at ease and fills you with confidence that they are in good, safe hands! We are so glad we have chosen Kindred Westcliff to care for our son, we genuinely couldn’t ask for any more from the staff! Absolutely amazing!

We have been using the nursery since Summer 2021. My little one is now just over 3 years old and has flourished so much in the last year since being there. Right from the very beginning (reaching out to nursery for vacancies, viewing the setting, attending settling in sessions) and now to the day-to-day
drop-offs/pick-ups, all the staff I have dealt with have been amazing. They are so caring and attentive towards the children and give them so much variety during the day. The facilities and setting are really lovely, with such a lovely outdoor space for the children to use. The app that is used to aid communication between nursery and parents/carers is also really useful. I am deeply grateful for all they do at the nursery and would highly recommend them.
