The Coach House Day Nursery, rated Good by Ofsted (November 2017), is a purpose built day nursery which offers a wonderful and unique setting between the towns of Ringwood and Fordingbridge.

Staff at The Coach House are extremely proud of the nursery which provides childcare for children aged between 3 months and 5 years.

The Coach House is very fortunate to have direct access to the beautiful open forest which is now a designated National Park area and this is used as much as possible thus promoting an appreciation for the great outdoors.

Above all else, the nursery aims to provide a safe place where children feel secure, supporting them to grow and develop physically and emotionally with a strong belief that they can achieve, preparing them for school and the next stages of their development.

The staff always engage with lots of different activities and keep my child learning! He enjoys coming and is happy on collection. The staff always keep me informed of events which supports learning further.

My child loves attending The Coach House. The staff are fun and kind and they learn so much with many activities. They eat a varied healthy diet and it's a wonderful environment for children to thrive in.

Our child has been really happy at The Coach House Day Nursery. It is lovely seeing him interacting with other children and growing in confidence. The nursery staff are friendly and caring and it gives us peace of mind knowing he is being looked after so well whilst we are at work. The management team
are very accommodating and respond to emails promptly, s we always feel well connected. We enjoy the family days and events the nursery put on, they go to real effort to make it fun for the whole family. Thank you to all the staff.

The Coach House is an amazing setting, very child focused. My daughter has thrived so much since being at The Coach House. Staff are caring and trained in all areas.
Supporting both parent and child.
The only down is having 3 price increases since new ownership.

The nursery is so creative. They recently did an Easter Themed event which was adorable. Painting, wellie throwing, scavenger hunt, nature trail etc. Great way to meet other parents and watch the children play. The staff really are truly marvellous - so friendly, creative and kind. I know my child is
really in good hands at The Coach House. I cannot thank them enough.

We love it at The Coach House. Our daughter loves coming to nursery and has made so many wonderful friends.

I have 2 children at The Coach House Nursery and they both absolutely love it. We have been so pleased with the caring staff and it really feels like being part of the family. I really like that it's not too big so feels very personal and I've got to know the children and parents. My children always
come out happy and it's lovely that they do regular social activities.

The staff have gone above and beyond to provide additional support for us to put into action at home in order to better manage our child's behaviours when he has challenging moments. Both friendly useful advise and physical items made with my child at nursery to take home have been so helpful. I feel
I can ask for help and advice without being judged. The staff are so approachable and friendly - worth their weight in gold.

The team are really good and take good care of our daughter. She enjoys her time in nursery and always looks forward to coming in.
Main feedback would be a better communication portal, eg: if activities or events planned if they are communicated via an app or email in advance that would help us plan.
The communication from management could be better as we are not always informed. We have to chase a lot.

Our daughter has had a great experience at The Coach House Day Nursery since she started at the age of one. The staff are excellent and she loved going there to see them. The facilities and location are great and we love that they spend time outside in nature. In particular, our daughter had one lady
as her Keyworker in the Nutcatcher Room we can't speak highly enough of her. Now she has moved up her Keyworkers are fantastic and great support to our daughter.

I am so pleased we chose The Coach House Day Nursery for our daughter. It has been an excellent nursery from day one, not only for my child but also for myself. The staff are wonderfully supportive and kind and have made the whole experience positive. My child is thriving there and often wants to go
in even on days off! I am fully informed at all times and the communication on every level has been faultless. I could not rate this nursery high enough. Thank you for all you so all and all your hard work!

When looking for a nursery for my eldest child we had had several unsatisfactory communications with other facilities, but as soon as we spoke to The Coach House we knew we had found the place. This was confirmed upon our visit to the nursery. My daughter took to the staff immediately and all the children
were happy and engaged, and obviously well-cared for. Further, the facilities, both indoor and outdoor, are brilliant and the location is spectacular - a real countryside gem. We have been so impressed with The Coach House that we have also enrolled our younger daughter for one day a week!

Coach House is a home from home for our nearly 2-year-old boy! All the staff are amazing with him and he looks forward to it every day. He has developed so many skills since starting and they have helped hugely with his development.

We cannot speak highly enough of this nursery. Our daughter loves it. The staff are excellent and communicate really well with parents. They have great outdoor facilities and do a wide variety of activities with the children.
