A beautiful setting in Fleet, The Key

This beautiful nursery is located at The Key, and is in a great location for parents commuting into London. Situated in a purpose-built building and located on a beautiful new estate, where the children often visit the nature reserve and enjoy trips to the local parks. Every parent also has the additional benefit of having extended opening times from 7.30am – 6.30pm.

The children in the nursery are well prepared to transition to school through Bright Horizons Unique Ready for School Programme, which includes bespoke Growing Readers, Writers and Mathematicians programmes, which is taught by the nursery level 6 Manager, 3 level 6 Preschool Teachers and experienced staff team.

The nursery has its very own Dance Studio and three large separate gardens that the children can explore in all weathers. The beautiful nursery also features an Active Athletes room and Creative Cooks room, helping to foster a love of learning from an early age.

All-inclusive fees mean that you have less to pack on a busy morning, with everything from healthy lunches and snacks to branded nappies and wipes included.

I cannot recommend Bright Horizons Fleet highly enough! From the moment my son started attending, the staff have been nothing short of incredible-so warm, nurturing, and genuinely invested in his development.
Since joining, my son has absolutely thrived. His confidence has grown, his social skills
have blossomed, and he's learning so much every day. The activities are well thought out, engaging, and tailored to encourage curiosity and independence. The staff take such great care in creating a safe, stimulating environment, and it's clear they have a real passion for what they do.
Communication is fantastic, and I always feel reassured knowing how well he's doing throughout the day. The team go above and beyond to make every child feel happy, comfortable, and supported.
I am so grateful to Bright Horizons Fleet for playing such a huge role in my son's early years-his progress has been amazing, and I couldn't have asked for a better nursery.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at this nursery. The staff are not only attentive but also genuinely caring and supportive, creating a warm, welcoming environment where children can thrive. Our son previously attended a nursery in London and since moving to Fleet last year and enrolling him
here, we've seen remarkable growth in his development, especially in his speech and overall skills.
The focus on learning and development is clearly at the highest level, with a wonderful variety of activities that keep the children engaged and excited about coming in each day. We're consistently impressed by the thoughtful care and quality education provided. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nurturing and stimulating environment for their child.

I have felt heard and welcomed since my daughter started. The team are all very friendly and reassuring as it can be so daunting dropping your baby off for the first time, particularly when they've not been left before and cry. The team have built a bond with my daughter that's clear to see, which also
gives me the reassurance that she's ok. The team are always on hand should you need to check-in. Very happy with Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool.

Our son recently started Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Pre-School in October 2024.
I visited some other nurseries and straight away, from the moment I stepped foot in the foyer here, that this was the best place for him.
The management and staff have been incredibly attentive, warm and welcoming
and have really helped settle our son and reassure him and us, as parents, too. They genuinely love and care towards the children, are passionate about their roles and responsibilities and this shows in their excellent staff retention too.
We also used this nursery ten years ago and wouldn't use any other in the area. Not only are the staff amazingly nurturing and understanding, the nursery itself is clean, spacious welcoming and has numerous opportunities for children to grow and develop.
Knowing that we have left our son in fantastic and genuine caring and loving hands makes all the difference.

The main thing I wanted was a loving, caring environment for my baby and that's exactly what I've got. The staff are so kind towards the children and know them all so well. They've also been brilliant with an anxious mum - lots of calls and updates so I know he's ok. The extras, like great activities,
good food, clean play space and lots of time outdoors, are all a bonus.

This month sees our second child starting at the nursery, it has been tricky settling him in and I cannot praise the staff enough for their support throughout these first few weeks, it can be so hard dropping your baby off for the first time but knowing he is going into a beautiful setting with fabulous,
loving and caring staff makes it a whole world easier. My eldest is in the preschool room and absolutely loves it, he has been here for three years now and his confidence and abilities astound us every day, a lot of this has come from being in such a fantastic nursery setting, where he has built friendships for life. Sending my children to nursery has never been a worry knowing they will be well looked after. I can only say, when we finish our nursery years it will be a sad day for everyone. Huge thank you to the whole team.

My son has always loved going to nursery with a few members of staff who never fail to make him feel more than comfortable. There are three, in particular, who have made a nervous mother's worries always fade. One member of staff, in particular, is an absolute gem, my son always asks for her, even on
days when he doesn't attend nursery and cannot wait to share exciting news with her.
Also, two members of staff, in particular, who are beyond incredible! They've helped him adjust to moving up to preschool with no issues or fears and are more than happy to allow him to play in that group when he wants to see his friends. Both always smiling, welcoming but also personal and remember who you are. The whole team are incredible but to the individual gems who make it a positive place, you are incredible. All of my future children will 100% attend this nursery and preschool!

Two of my children were at a different nursery which, unfortunately, closed down. Since starting at Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool, they have come on leaps and bounds, helping transition to school a lot easier. They do so many different activities that really help them learn and always

I've had three children attend this nursery (all now school-age as of this month). The current team of staff are great, especially in the preschool room - they know the kids well and the effort they put into making graduation special was incredible! The other occasion that really impressed us was when
there was a fire that was bad enough to close the nursery for a couple of weeks. The alarm sounded as we arrived for pick-up, so we witnessed the staff evacuating all the children and they did the whole thing within about a minute - impressive and quite literally lifesaving. But not only that, by the following morning, they'd lined up temporary places for all the kids at another Bright Horizons, with their key people there too, to ensure no interruption in care. They simply couldn't have handled it better.

We recently moved to the UK and needed a preschool for twins on a short-term basis as they start primary school in September. We are so grateful that Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool welcomed them with open arms. Our twins have settled in so nicely and are very happy. They were also included
in the recent graduation which was so special considering they haven't been at the school for long. The day was beautiful and all staff put in a lot of hard work to make it special for all the children. Well done team!

Both my children are currently at this nursery. One since March 2021 and one since September 2023. They both love attending and the staff are so warm and welcoming.
The staff go above and beyond for the children and that was clear to see in the recent graduation party they held for the preschool leavers
where so much effort had been put in - a lot of which was in their own time.
They always try and accommodate any requests and our children's transitions have always been handled well.
I'm so sad that my eldest is leaving to start school but have a while left with my youngest.

We used this nursery for a short-term placement in March and April 2024. From day one they made me and my daughter feel so welcome. I even worked in the parent room on the 1st day just in case my daughter wouldn’t settle.
Nothing was too much trouble.
If this nursery wasn’t just a little bit too
far away, I would have kept my daughter there.
Lovely nursery, excellent staff and fab management.
Thanks to the manager and the team, my daughter had the best time.

My son started at the beginning of the year and being quite young we were a little nervous about him starting. However, we can’t fault the nursery and our son has settled in so well! My son has attended this nursery since January 2021. He loves his nursery - he's always so excited to go and has a lovely relationship with the team there. Since being at the nursery, my son has received an ASD diagnosis. Throughout the path to the diagnosis and beyond, the team have been incredibly
supportive - not just of my son but of us as parents trying to navigate tricky waters. I am eternally grateful to all of the team for their warmth, kindness and care for my son. I love the app - it's great to see all the fun activities, but also to keep in touch with the nursery, who are always really quick to respond. The menu is also fab, so a massive thank you to the chef too! I couldn't be happier with the nursery.

I joined Bright Horizons in 2015, as Deputy Manager working at a client Bright Horizons, I then worked my way up to being Nursery Manager. Since joining Bright Horizons I have enjoyed working across different settings. I joined Bright Horizons Fleet in November 2021.


I started my career in childcare in 2007 and loved every part of it, where I then went on and completed my NVQ level 3 in childcare. I love working hard and seeing the progress you have made on a child, I thrive at my position as I see this as we are sculpting the future.

I joined Bright Horizons in 2007 working as a Nursery Assistant, I then went on to complete my level 3 in childcare, and then on to completing my BA Hons in childcare and education. Since completing my qualifications, I have managed various settings within bright horizons, and I have loved gaining the first-hand experience of being part of a child’s life. I have worked my way up into a manager role, which I have loved watching the children grow and develop.


I am very passionate in supporting children to become confident learners with a great self-esteem, ready to take on the next big adventure at school.

I completed my Level 3 Qualification in childcare in 2014, and I then went off to University to study Sports and PE. In 2017 I started off as Bright Start Agency which I did for 2 years travelling to numerous different nurseries, I then became a bank staff member at Fleet Bright Horizons working alongside Tesco.


After the pandemic in November 2020, I decided I wanted to work at the Fleet nursery full-time where I became Room Leader of the baby room in 2021 looking at progressing my career further. And now recently becoming Third in Charge in September 2022. I love working with children, creating lots of new activities and ideas to watch them grow and develop.
