This beautiful nursery is located at The Key, and is in a great location for parents commuting into London. Situated in a purpose-built building and located on a beautiful new estate, where the children often visit the nature reserve and enjoy trips to the local parks. Every parent also has the additional benefit of having extended opening times from 7.30am – 6.30pm.

The children in the nursery are well prepared to transition to school through Bright Horizons Unique Ready for School Programme, which includes bespoke Growing Readers, Writers and Mathematicians programmes, which is taught by the nursery level 6 Manager, 3 level 6 Preschool Teachers and experienced staff team.

The nursery has its very own Dance Studio and three large separate gardens that the children can explore in all weathers. The beautiful nursery also features an Active Athletes room and Creative Cooks room, helping to foster a love of learning from an early age.

Bright Horizons Fleet have been a lifesaver for my wife and I during the last year and pandemic/lockdown. So friendly, welcoming, and steadfast with the rules which is good to see. Our child has benefited greatly from the 1-year-old and interaction with additional adults and young ones they have so

Both of my children have gone through Bright Horizons Fleet and my youngest will be heading off to school in September. All nurseries have pros and cons but both my children have been very happy and well looked after by the staff at Bright Horizons. They both built up very strong bonds with their key
workers, which was very comforting to me as a working mum. My youngest is extremely fond of her key worker and will be extremely sad to leave the nursery.

We knew the second the nursery manager showed us around the nursery that this was the one for our daughter. How the managers remember all the children’s names on drop off still amazes me!
The team's reassurance, care, guidance and support throughout the whole of our nursery journey so far has been
exceptional, especially through the pandemic!
Every time when we pick up our daughter she skips out and tells us how much she loves her nursery...and doesn’t stop talking the whole way home about all her friends and what she has done.
We couldn’t have wished for a better nursery!

This is a brilliant nursery. Both my son and daughter attend the nursery and in their words they "love nursery". First and foremost is their happiness and this shines through when they walk through the door and give great beaming smiles to the staff. However, more than this they have built a great rapport
with the staff and I trust their safety is at the forefront of their mind and the positive impact the setting is having on their development has become evident over recent months. Far more than we could have achieved during the first lockdown!

Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool have wonderful staff and my daughter has a smile each day when she arrives. She struggled to settle in when she first joined at eleven months old but the staff went out of their way to help her feel comfortable and to us as parents, to know that she would
be okay. After returning from the pandemic, my daughter struggled to settle in again but the additional time and effort staff invested in her was incredible. Now she talks about her key person and other staff every day, she pretends to call them while playing at home and she runs to the door in the mornings. Leaving my daughter at nursery on a full time basis is really difficult but knowing that she is in the care of such wonderful people takes away some of the worry as a parent. The manager is wonderful and watching her interact with the children always brings a smile to my face.

The team is dedicated and caring. The activities are brilliant in the babies room and we like that there are daily outdoor activities. The nursery is very well managed with regular updates and communication during the pandemic. The staff always endeavour to keep everyone safe and there is a clear Covid
protocol. It definitely always feels that our child's wellbeing and early education is a priority for Fleet Bright Horizons. Thank you.

My daughter attends the nursery for almost 3 years now and she simply loves it there. She is very happy there, loves her teachers and always speaks highly of her time there.
The management is very kind and responsive and always willing to help. The facility and outside space is generous in size and
of good standards.
As a parent for me, the most important part was to find a safe and nurturing environment and I am more than happy that I chose this nursery. Would highly recommend

My son took time to settle into the nursery at the age of 13 months, but the staff were wonderful through-out his room changes and he now loves going to pre-"school" with his teachers. He has a wonderful bond with his key person, and also his 'teacher'. Having these bonds makes my son enjoy his time
at pre-school.
They also spend additional time with my son to ensure his speech and language is at the level of his peers and ready for starting school on Sept 21.
I have never been disappointed that I decided on Bright Horizons for my son.

I want to express my appreciation for the staff's excellent caring for my son. We moved to the UK one year ago. My son started day nursery in Bright Horizons Fleet. Even in a short span of time, with their great efforts, his language development has been increased. He is very happy and excited to go
to the nursery every day. He loves talking about his friends and what activities they have done during the day.

My daughter has attending BH Fleet for almost a year now and she absolutely loves going. She practically runs through the door in the morning. All the staff are super friendly and are always available to offer support or advice. I feel the staff are really attentive to my child's needs and have helped
her to develop and grow through a wide range of fun activities and games. The nursery has excellent equipment, toys and activities for the children to enjoy. We especially love the dance studio. The current pandemic has raised quite a few challenges, but the team have still maintained a happy and nurturing environment for the children. As we are not permitted to go into the nursery at this time, the team ensure we are regularly updated on our child's development via photos, letters, emails and phone calls. The team also keep us well informed on all new government policies and any changes that may affect our child's childcare. Thank you BH Fleet.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since February 2018 and prior to this my son attended for 4 years and we have always found it to be an excellent nursery. All of the staff are welcoming, kind and compassionate about the service they provide and more importantly really do love and care for
the children. My son still waves to members of staff he remembers from his time at nursery as he walks to school!
At all times if we have ever had any reason to want to speak to the staff our ideas, feedback and general comments are always received with thanks and responded to. The last 7 months have been unprecedented for all sectors but especially in a childcare environment and during the closure (and even the week prior to opening), all of the staff were doing their best to keep us parents updated in what felt like a vacuum of information for us and them and that meant I could try and organise my working life as best as possible. So in the main, I wanted to say thank you to you all!

My son has been at the nursery for three years and has absolutely thrived there. The staff are all so lovely and caring and I feel like they really know my son and take excellent care of him. He loves the food there and in the last year in preschool has learnt new things all the time, constantly coming
home with new letters and numbers that he recognises.

Both my children have attended the nursery, so we have been part of the family for over 5-years. My son and daughter have loved going, and as a parent, I feel lucky to have found this nursery. My son has been attending this nursery for a couple of years now and I can highly recommend it. The staff are amazing - so kind and nurturing and really care for each individual in their care. The children are stimulated, challenged and take part in a large range of activities, their development is
taken seriously and followed carefully. The management team, especially the nursery manager, are fantastic too - so approachable, friendly, helpful and flexible. The nursery space is impressive - bright, airy, spacious and modern rooms with really good outdoor space divided up by age. The children spend quite a lot of time outdoors which I like as it means they get plenty of fresh air and exercise rather than being cooped up indoors all day. My son is very happy there and looks forward to going each afternoon which says it all.

I joined Bright Horizons in 2015, as Deputy Manager working at a client Bright Horizons, I then worked my way up to being Nursery Manager. Since joining Bright Horizons I have enjoyed working across different settings. I joined Bright Horizons Fleet in November 2021.


I started my career in childcare in 2007 and loved every part of it, where I then went on and completed my NVQ level 3 in childcare. I love working hard and seeing the progress you have made on a child, I thrive at my position as I see this as we are sculpting the future.

I joined Bright Horizons in 2007 working as a Nursery Assistant, I then went on to complete my level 3 in childcare, and then on to completing my BA Hons in childcare and education. Since completing my qualifications, I have managed various settings within bright horizons, and I have loved gaining the first-hand experience of being part of a child’s life. I have worked my way up into a manager role, which I have loved watching the children grow and develop.

I completed my Level 3 Qualification in childcare in 2014, and I then went off to University to study Sports and PE. In 2017 I started off as Bright Start Agency which I did for 2 years travelling to numerous different nurseries, I then became a bank staff member at Fleet Bright Horizons working alongside Tesco.


After the pandemic in November 2020, I decided I wanted to work at the Fleet nursery full-time where I became Room Leader of the baby room in 2021 looking at progressing my career further. And now recently becoming Third in Charge in September 2022. I love working with children, creating lots of new activities and ideas to watch them grow and develop.
