Enchanted Nursery is a privately owned nursery and over the past 10 years, have earned the trust and respect of parents as well as government organisations.

Ofsted rated 'good' in October 2016, Enchanted Nursery is part of National Day Nurseries Association (NDNA), a group of nurseries who came together to share good practice and ideas.

NDNA are a rapidly growing, award-winning national charity with a committed and thriving membership across England, Scotland and Wales.

The nursery offers spacious facilities both indoors and out and have four base age rooms, catering for children from babies to five-year-olds.

Based in a conservation building offering secure outside play areas on site for little ones to learn, explore, develop and grow in a safe environment.

The nursery also offers the opportunity each week for the children to enjoy some extra activities alongside the nursery day which are term time only classes and are provided by outside teachers who charge additionally.

Enchanted Nursery offer free government funded places for eligible two-year-olds, as well as free entitlement for three- and four-year-olds, including the 30-hours free childcare from September 2017.

Enchanted Nursery takes nutrition very seriously. All lunches are cooked on the premises, providing the children with three meals, plus snacks. Enchanted also boast a 5-star food hygiene rating which has been recently awarded again in 2019.

Enchanted is such a great nursery. They offer first class education. My daughter joined the nursery in February 2023 and she was still developing her speech after relocating to the country. She had gone through a terrible regression but thanks to Enchanted nursery she was able to get her speech and
she became a confident child. She has developed great communication skills and we are excited for her to go into the big school now. Thanks to the amazing teachers and the rest of the team that provided great support as my daughter developed. I would definitely recommend any parent to send their children to Enchanted . As they are of great cultural diversity and accommodate any child despite their ethnicity.

Both of my children attend here and they both love it! They both look forward to going in, in the morning, to see their friends and teachers. My eldest is about to leave for school, and how they are saying goodbye to the children is incredible! They have put so much thought and consideration into this
and it really shows how much they care and love the children.

Enchanted support our children really well. Our eldest has learned and developed so much whilst being there. They have really supported him to be more than ready for school. Our youngest was really cared for while settling in. The nursery come up with fun activities all the time to keep the children's
time varied. There is also a real sense that the staff get to know all the children well as individuals.

Our eldest son was very happy here at Enchanted, and we will be sending our youngest here too. Facilities are great and I always felt well informed and involved as a parent. The school transition was managed very well, with some great preparation from the Enchanted team. They went absolutely above and
beyond for the graduation!

Both our children have been attending full-time at Enchanted since September 2013 and we could not wish for a better setting and environment for them to grow up and develop within. The care that they have been given over the years and still have is outstanding. The staff at Enchanted are able to make
each child feel special and loved whilst being able to nurture and teach them in parallel. They have such a wonderful and exciting time at nursery. The things they are able to do with the children are so much more than we would ever be able to offer in a home setting (or when it comes to messy play want to do!). The manager and the team are always willing to go that extra mile to help out both the children (and parents) where they are able to. I have no reservations as recommending Enchanted Nursery - I drop my children every day knowing they are safe, cared for and having fun. This feeling is worth more than anything.

Both of my children attended Enchanted Nursery over the years, and they both enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff are lovely, the environment is very friendly, and the kids gain so much from the learning activities. The nursery is so well run, and we were sad to say goodbye when we left.

What an amazing nursery Enchanted is. The name is very apt for the experience the children are provided with. Our grandson has been attending for 3 years and has developed into the wonderful child he is with the help of all of the team and his little friends. He graduated from Unicorns yesterday - Enchanted
provided a fab, fun filled day for all of the graduates and their parents. The smiles (and tears and laughter) on everyone's faces show how much the children are loved and love their nursery. Very well done Enchanted and thank you.

Enchanted is a truly wonderful nursery - from the moment the manager showed us around when my child was only months old, all the way through to him leaving for school, every single person at Enchanted has made his experience truly fantastic. Every key worker he has had adored him and all of the staff
are just brilliant. We will all miss the nursery and the staff so much when he leaves, but he would never have been ready to start school without the support of everyone there. The setting itself is fantastic and always evolving and improving - they really strive to keep everything to their high standards. Just today, they are supporting him having a birthday party with all of his friends during normal nursery time, and they will make it so special for him. Could not recommend more if I tried!

Both of my children have attended Enchanted and my eldest is now nine years old and she still speaks so fondly of the nursery and can’t wait to attend the holiday club still each half term. Both of my children’s crazy, funny, and interesting personalities have been nurtured by all of the team and with
the love and learning they have received from the nursery, they have grown to be such beautifully behaved children with friendly, outgoing, imaginative and creative personalities. I thank all of the Enchanted team and especially their key carers for all of their dedication. All children are so happy at this nursery - it is a wonderful environment that any child will thrive within.

Our daughter has been at Enchanted since she was nine months old, she is now approaching 14 months. We absolutely love the nursery and are so pleased we made the choice to enrol her here. The induction was brilliant and she settled in without any problems. We're always kept fully informed about her
day, no detail is too small and we both feel welcome to stay and chat if we need to. We've been really impressed by how much time and care is spent on our daughter's development - she's always given lots of opportunities to try new things and she has just flourished in her time there. The updates we receive on the nursery app are really comprehensive, along with her reports and photos - it is wonderful to see her exploring and making friends.
Most importantly, she is so happy at nursery. She absolutely loves it and skips in every morning and is dragged out every afternoon - so we couldn't wish for more.

We could not have picked a better nursery!
Enchanted offers a safe environment where our little boy is thriving. The staff are exceptional and they know our little boy as well as we do! He is full of energy and they’ve managed to channel this in an extremely positive way - always challenging him and
teaching him new things.
During the summer months, they take the children out regularly to explore - playing on the fields/ feeding the ducks.
Nursery fees are expensive locally but I honestly feel I am investing in his future at Enchanted. He is always entertained - they’ve just had stick insects join their class! The extra activities on offer are an added bonus.
I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the nursery, the setting, the staff, the care, the way the children’s friendships are quietly nurtured plus the time and effort put into planning activities and events. When your 2-year old says he loves nursery, you know you’ve found an outstanding one. If you are looking for a local nursery in Alton this is the one!

My son has been in every class over the years up to school age, he has loved going and happy to be there. He sometimes told me off for picking him too early. I would highly recommend Enchanted to everyone. Very nice friendly staff and happy to help you with any concerns.

Enchanted Nursery has enabled my daughter to grow and develop friendships in a safe and happy environment. The learning development has encouraged my daughter to enjoy her environment, use her imagination and to be innovative.
The staff are friendly, helpful, considerate and place the children at the
centre of everything they do. The learning development of the children is constant and embodies great fun with knowledge.
The care and activities are extensive and wide-ranged catering for all needs and styles.
Overall an excellent nursery cementing a brilliant foundation for children.

My daughter attends Enchanted Nursery three days a week and absolutely loves her time there. Her days are always action packed and well structured. She enjoys her French session once a week and her music session as well. The staff are always very welcoming and the nursery has a lovely home feel to it.
I would highly recommend Enchanted to any parent. All the staff are hard working and want the best for the children. I like the outside space on offer and that they always take the children outside come rain or shine.
