My son has been attending since September 2022 and is now 3. In that time the level of care and attention towards him has been consistent and excellent.
He goes in happy and has such a lovely routine, everyone that greets us has such a good handle on him and I honestly walk away feeling reassured
he is having a great time. When he has been a little under the weather, I get photos or videos and this means so much!
The food is amazing, the garden is superb, as is the endless list of activities the team put together for the kids.
We had our first parents evening a few months ago and we were blown away by the attention to detail, and just how much our key worker puts into our little boy. One member of staff in particular has been absolutely wonderful from the day we met her and we are so impressed by her commitment to our child's happiness and development.
For anyone considering this setting, it's like dropping your child off to your mum's! Warm, loving, fun but with the perfect amount of boundaries - thank you.

My 23-month-old son started in the Baby Snug in July 2023. He was a bit anxious at first but the team were great in settling him in. A particular member of staff was fantastic in feeding back to me his progress and they keep you up to date with photos etc. He absolutely loves going to the nursery! The
management has also been particularly helpful and accommodating to my family as I have an older son with complex additional needs. He doesn’t attend here as he is school age but they are very supportive at drop offs etc.

The whole team at the nursery family have gone above and beyond to help settle my son into their setting. They have spent time with us to really get to know his likes and dislikes and he has gone from strength to strength since starting at this nursery. All of the staff are so professional and friendly,
trustworthy, and provide great handovers at pick up.
I trust the staff and it gives me and my husband such peace of mind knowing he is safe and has so much fun there whilst we are working.

My son previously attended until going off to primary school. My daughter is now attending the Purbrook setting. We love the garden space and the various indoor areas. The addition of the new baby room is superb. Overall the experience we and our children have had has been brilliant. They have a great

Great nursery. The baby snug is so good for their needs and the team is super dedicated. The manager is always there to help with anything that is needed and willing to adapt to my child's needs. Age appropriate activities are always planned to help the child learn and have fun.

My daughter has been here since she was six months old and I couldn’t be happier with our choice! The staff are always welcoming, kind, and considerate, and my daughter has only ever had positive things to say about them.
My partner and I feel confident that our daughter is safe and always has a wonderful
time at nursery. The activities that are set up not only look fab but are always linked to the development of key skills.
Additionally, emails are replied to promptly and any conversations that we have had have always been constructive and positive. I’ve always been happy with the outcome.

My son has been so well-received at the nursery and he is absolutely thriving. We are kept informed daily of his activities and progress, the carers always make time to give us day updates at pick up and the activities children are engaged with are diverse and interesting. The two gardens offer a lovely
outside space. The food is healthy and freshly cooked on the premises. The opening hours are perfect for working parents. My daughter attended this nursery a few years ago too and I had no hesitation choosing them for my son as well. This nursery is a happy and safe space and I am grateful to all the staff for making it so.

The progress our daughter has made over the summer with her communication and reasoning skills has undeniably been linked to the hard work and tailored care given by the team at Purbrook. Interests she is showing at home are actively encouraged at the nursery delivering a personalised experience based
on our child’s individual needs and preferences at the time. This is on top of a varied and interesting collection of activities set up on a daily basis by the team. She always comes home happy having had an entertaining day. Top marks all around.

The manager is great and has been so understanding with all the schedule changes etc.

My little ones started in April 2023, one new to nursery, one coming from another nursery.
They both seem and look happy while in there. Despite my young one still crying at drop-off, she is always happy at the end of the day and in the photos.
They have a nice garden area and a baby area. They do
several activities during the day and also have a varied food menu.
Their staff is always nice. Also to mention that email/phone communication before enrolling was very good compared to 2 other nurseries in the area that never answered to us.
Overall happy with them!

I can assure you that if there were any issues at all, or if your child was upset for any extended period of time, the team would absolutely call you (whilst offering lots of cuddles and affection to help them feel safe and secure).
We really love our garden, outdoor play is so important, and we firmly believe that children thrive whilst in nature!

I highly recommend Purbrook Nursery and Preschool. The staff are very caring and have really gotten to know our children. They have actively encouraged their interests and helped develop them.
As a family we relocated to the area and my children took a while adjusting. The staff really made an effort
to help them settle in, especially as drop-offs were upsetting for them. Now my children go in really happy and look forward to their time there. As a protective parent, I feel reassured that my children are cared for, nurtured, and safe.
The communication has always been good, especially with their key workers at pick up and drop off.

My son started back in June, he was 18 months old and I was really worried about how he would be in a nursery environment as he only went to a childminder. Since he has been coming here, we have noticed such a change in him. He is more confident and has developed in so many ways. He absolutely loves
going to nursery and I feel such comfort knowing how well looked after he is each day there. He has a good relationship with his keyworkers which I find very important. The nursery itself has a warm, comforting and welcoming feel and I knew it was the right one straight away.

Today was my daughters last day at this pre-school. She started at the age of 2 and has loved every minute she has spent here. The team are friendly and approachable. The activities vary all the time so lots of variety and very much based on childrens current interests. My daughter noticed her headband
made a reflection from the sunlight so they did a whole activity based on that. Knowing she had a hot meal every day and tried some meals that she would never try at home was a massive plus for me. The amount of garden space available is also great and I love that the kids are out there in most weather. Her key worker changed a lot because of covid but she's always been happy with all the team members. She absolutely loved helping with the babies and the team were great at encouraging her, she said she wanted to come back and work in the baby room when she's older until she was told she would have to change nappies! Thank you to the whole team for making her time with you so enjoyable.

Very good nursery. The staff are lovely and very supportive. They look after my fussy son very well and help him to improve his eating. The facility is clean, tidy and very cosy. The manager is professional and communication is very easy. We are going to miss that place and those people very much

My eldest daughter has been attending the nursery since we relocated back to the UK last year from overseas and our soon to be 6-month-old daughter will be joining her in September. I’m feeling confident that she will settle in well knowing how great the last year has been. All the staff are very friendly
and genuinely caring. Communication and updates are regular and it has always been easy to arrange a face to face chat if I’ve needed to speak to her key worker or one of the management team. My daughter is happy and enjoys nursery days often chatting about the many fun activities provided and going through all of the names of the staff and other children she interacts and plays with. The food offered is varied and nutritious and we have really appreciated the cook catering for specific needs of our daughter at different times. The main outside area is looking great and we’re excited to see the new baby snug which should be open in the coming months.

Our two year old has been at the nursery for a year now and absolutely loves it. The staff are so friendly and brilliant with the children. They take the time to understand each child and their routine and nothing is too much trouble. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors for children to play. The staff
