Both my youngest children attend this nursery and settled in really well. The staff are fantastic and extremely accommodating. The owner is very helpful and has arranged additional support for my child such as speech referrals.
The flexibility this nursery offers is great, not something I have experienced
at other settings - I would totally recommend Kids Incorporated.

My 18 month old has been attending Kids Incorporated for almost 6 months and I am so happy with my choice. I thought not being able to accompany her into the building whilst settling (due to the pandemic) would have made things difficult, but I felt so reassured from day 1 that she was happy and cared
for. The nursery use Tapestry to record all daily care and activities, and I get photos almost every day she attends, updating me on her play and progress. They provide a huge range of activities, focusing on different areas of development, and support her in areas she finds more difficult with repeated practice and play. The hours are flexible, not set sessions (I found this is incredibly rare), which is so helpful for part-time working

Such a fantastic nursery! Could not fault them, my daughter had been attending Kids Incorporated since she was 9 months old. She is now 2 and a half years and has built the best relationship with all the nursery workers and loves telling me about her day with every single one of them. She is very well
looked after and is learning more and more every day. She is a smart little one and I put that down the amazing work the nursery do with her.
They are always super understanding and flexible with their care. I would 100% recommend.

I moved my 14-month-old here, following two months at another nursery which wasn't quite up to par. We looked at several places and chose Kids Inc because the staff and children seemed really relaxed and happy, and the manageress/owner is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. Seven months
on and we've not been disappointed, Kids Inc is fantastic.
My son loves going there, the staff work closely so they all know him well. Having a max. of 27 kids also means they get to know all the other children, when we arrive there's always a warm welcome from kids of all ages.
He's come on leaps and bounds with mobilising, talking and learning to play with others. The app they use (little vista) is brilliant, I can look during the day and see almost hourly updates on his care, learning and pics too! When he's been poorly they keep me informed of what's going on.
There's so much for the kids to do in each room, it's a like a life-size playhouse. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

Having sent my daughter to this nursery when she was two while I went back to work, there was no question where to send my son.


Brilliant nursery and great workers who are friendly and teach children very well. Love it.

My daughter has been attending for the last three years and has been extremely happy and well cared for.


The staff are nurturing and enable the children to have fun with learning in a very safe environment.


Communication with the staff is excellent. They are always happy to listen to any concerns

and respond effectively to ensure my daughter's wellbeing is paramount. Extremely satisfied and would recommend. Stable staff team demonstrates and positive and happy environment.

Our little boy has attended Kids Inc for about 6 months now. All the staff are lovely and care a lot for him. He was difficult to settle but we stuck at it. Our son is really happy here and we don't want to move him on when he's ready for playschool :D Xxx

Kids Incorporated is a happy, friendly and welcoming environment for children. I am so incredibly happy I chose to send both my children here. They have grown individually and go through every step to prepare them for a smooth transition to school. The staff are incredible. My children love going to
nursery and that is the best testament to the work they do.

I love this nursery and more importantly my daughter loves going. She goes three days a week and the things she learns and does at nursery is far more than I could do for her. They've really helped with her 'sharing' abilities and encouraging her speech. She has made lovely friends there too. I also
know I could contact/ speak to any member of staff and they would be really helpful and they give really good advice.

I love the relationships my son has formed here with children and the key workers. They are so caring and genuinely want what's best for the children. There is always a lot of activities for the kids to do and my son's development is amazing thanks to this.

Kids Incorporated is brilliant. My son was 9 months and wasn't sitting by himself when he first attended. I was very scared but in a matter of days I felt reassured. We have moved home and no longer live close to the nursery however still drive 15 minutes so that our son can attend as we wouldn't want
him to change nurseries. I would recommend the nursery to everyone with children in Totton.
