    There is a non-refundable Registration Fee payable to secure your place of £100
    £50 of this fee will be credited to the first invoice issued to you following your child’s start date.
    Fees are based on 52 weeks per year, paid monthly in advance
    A minimum booking of 2 sessions per week is required
    Minimum Notice requirements apply, see Terms and Conditions
    No refunds will be given for sickness or holidays.

    The nursery will be closed on all Bank Holidays (normal charges still apply)

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees, Leyton Road for nearly 2 years. In September she will start reception and the staff has been amazing in getting her ready for the transition. I will be sad when she leaves because she loves it there. The staff are helpful, caring and lovely. Couldn't ask for
better staff. The nursery has a garden where children go out to play and do activities. Management is truly amazing they are helpful with any questions I have. Pictures and updates of your children are uploaded to the app. It's lovely to see pictures and videos of what my daughters have been up to throughout the day. The nursery also has parking for pick and drop-off.

My 3-year-old son has been at Busy Bees for almost 2 years. He is now in pre-school. We have been very happy with the nursery so far. What is most important to us is that staff turnover is low (or almost no staff turnover since my son joined). I would recommend the nursery to friends.
Also; it is
so convenient - location-wise, and they provide all the food and nappies that are needed!

As a first time parent leaving our 10-month-old full time at nursery was a hard choice. We could not have been happier with Busy Bees. We know he is well fed, well cared for and happy. No matter what time of day we collect him he is happily enjoying himself with a range of games. The staff are phenomenal
and genuinely care about your child. We could not recommend this nursery more highly, and couldn’t be more grateful for the way they care for our little boy!

Both my children attend Busy Bees full time. They are very well looked after by the team there. In particular, I am impressed by the values the staff help to instill in the children, politeness and good manners. The staff are very caring and my children are happy to spend time with them.

Busy Bees is a fantastic nursery, and so are all the staff. They are accommodating, friendly, helpful and attentive to the children's needs. When both my children started, they settled extremely well and very quickly due to the attention they received. The staff have stayed the same which I find most
important for familiarity and relationships for my children when attending.
They have additional classes that the children can join which is great and lots of varied activities every day. We are so happy with the nursery and feel very comfortable leaving our 2 little men every week!
Would highly recommend!

Both my girls have settled really well and quickly into the setting. All the staff are really friendly and caring and know the girls names which has helped them bond well both with staff and the other children. The additional activities that they put on really help to enrich their experience too.

We moved to the area last September and my daughter started nursery for the first time. I was a little apprehensive about how she would settle and initially, she didn’t - but wow - the whole team were incredible. My daughter's keyworker went above and beyond helping her settle as did some of the other
girls. But all the staff were considerate, helpful and attentive.
Since then nothing but praise for the staff at Busy Bees, they’re welcoming, friendly and amazing with my daughter.

My daughter loves going to Busy Bees at Leyton Road. When she first started I was very nervous about leaving her but the staff in Bumbos 1 are exceptional and gave me every confidence that they would take good care of her. My daughter has since moved up to the next room and I have been blown away by
the relationships she has made with staff in there. She runs to them at drop off and gives them a big cuddle which is lovely to see. She does a lot of activities at the nursery and she comes home happy.
Leyton Road have an exceptional supporting team and I would recommend the nursery to anyone looking.

Our Son has loved going to Busy Bees since his first day nearly 2 years ago. We’ve found it to be a nurturing family environment and really feel like the team are helping us to grow a confident and happy little boy together. I cannot express my gratitude enough. I was extremely anxious for my son to start nursery at 10-months-old but Busy Bees, Leyton Road have welcomed him and us with open arms and made the whole experience amazing. My son literally jumps out of him pram when we get to nursery because he is so excited.
They have fully supported us with his eating, his walking and when he has been poorly. The staff are beyond fantastic, they really get to know your child and go out of their way to get to know the parents. I truly believe that my son has had the best start in life at Leyton Road.

The staff here are super amazing, always there if you need anything. The children are all polite and my daughter loves it here. They always make sure they get garden time if the weather is good and weekly numbers/letters to learn. She’s grown such a personality since being a part of this nursery, it’s
very sad that she has to leave to go ‘big girl school’ this summer. But highly recommend.

As a first-time parent, I was extremely nervous about finding the right nursery for my daughter. I went on a few visits to other nurseries and was very disappointed. I had an appointment with Busy Bees and was firstly so pleased they were able to be flexible on days and then when we arrived on our show
round there was a real positivity in the air and I instantly felt more relaxed!
It was an easy choice to make when it came to selecting Busy Bees and I am yet to be disappointed! My little girl wasn’t the most confident and is behind in learning to walk but she has the best days at nursery and I have seen her grow in confidence from her time at Busy Bees! All the staff are so lovely to her when she cries as I leave (even though I know her tears are for show) and I really enjoy my pick up time and learning about her day!
Leyton Road have a wonderful team and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone I know looking!

My daughter loves going to Busy Bees. It always feels like she gets special attention but actually, all the children are made to feel special. All the staff are wonderful and help the children to develop, not just preparing for school but establishing friendships and learning important life skills such
as caring about others feelings, sharing, paying attention and good manners.
My daughter particularly enjoys exciting experiments and making things. We have just learnt that she has been accepted into a top girls school, passing all the tests with flying colours, thanks to the nurturing environment at Busy Bees.

My son has been going to Busy Bees at Leyton Road for two years. In this time we have both made great bonds with the staff and parents. Over the time he has been attending, it's been great to see a majority of the children/babies he started off with are still with him and they have formed great friendships
together.


The food is always freshly prepared on site and very nutritional, I am told my son always goes in for more helpings meaning the food must be great as he never seems too fussed about hanging around for extras at home. I am given a daily run down when I pick him up which consists of nappy changes, sleep times, how much he's eaten and learning/play journals.


I am very happy with the level of care the nursery have given and would definitely suggest this nursery if you want to go to work knowing your son/daughter is in a safe and happy environment.

The environment at Leyton Road is outstanding. All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and have a wonderful relationship with both my daughter and parents. The activities are both stimulating and fun and my daughter loves to get involved in them all. She always comes home with a smile on her face

My child had been with Busy Bees at Leyton Road for almost two years.


During this time, I have watched my little one flourish from a babbling baby to a chatty little person, who fills the room with excited chitchat about the activities carried out during the day, and the fun interaction with friends.


I

have talked extensively with the staff over the two years, and am truly happy that my child’s well-being and development is their absolute priority.


Now my child is in preschool, I am often pleasantly surprised at the level of the activities, and the range of subject matter.


The food is all prepared in-house by their chef. My child often asks for seconds or even third helpings, so I am happy that quantity is never an issue. Nutritionally, the food is excellent; I have even asked the chef for her recipes so I may use them at home.


I cannot recommend Busy Bees at Leyton Road highly enough.

Busy Bees at Leyton Road has been a great nursery for our child over the last 18 months.


At every drop-off or pick up, the staff are warm and smiling, and even though there may be a few tears occasionally, these are quickly taken care of with cuddles and kind words.


My child enjoys all the meals

and snacks, portions are never restricted, neither are second helpings. The menus are well thought through and nutritious.


I am given a comprehensive run down of my child’s daily activities, this is also reflected in a personal journal that I can read at any time.


I am very happy that the progression through the rooms in the nursery is developing my child’s every social, educational and emotional needs.


I would highly recommend Busy Bees to any parent looking to place their child in a nursery.

Job Title: Centre Director

I am the Centre Director here at Leyton Road. I have worked in childcare for Busy Bees for 26 years. I am a Level 3 qualified Diploma in Child Care and have completed a Leadership and management qualification. Throughout my time at Busy Bees, I have experienced working in both Busy Bees Nurseries in Harpenden and I have also worked briefly in the Training Department with Busy Bees. I am also the proud mother of 3 children, Libby 18, Leo 15 and Holly Grace who is 5 years old. All my children have attended Busy Bees over the years and have benefited greatly from their Outstanding experience. I am hardworking and passionate about childcare ensuring individual children's needs are met, whilst being within a safe and secure environment.
