My son really enjoys his time at nursery. The nursery has improved a lot in terms of cleanliness and activities since the new manager has started.
The nursery is located conveniently in the town centre and easy to get to/from the train station.
All the staff are always friendly and nice and take
on your suggestions on board.
Overall, we are happy with the nursery.

I have always found the nursery and the staff of a very good standard. My daughter has a fantastic relationship with her key worker who she absolutely loves, to know that she is well looked after and cared for by staff offers great peace of mind.
The children do lots of activities above and beyond
the curriculum such as dancing, sports and languages that you can sign up for and they constantly look at new ways to improve the children's experience.
Both the previous Manager and current Manager seem very good and focused on providing a good environment for the children.

Both of my children have attended Busy Bees in Letchworth. My son left in the August of 2017 and my daughter is still there in the 'Sharks' (pre-school) room. Both my husband and I are absolutely thrilled with the way our children have been cared for and developed during their time at Busy Bees. I
would like to particularly call out the improvements we have seen in the nursery over the last 12 - 18 months (which have only sky-rocketed since the manager took over a few months ago). The staff are all wonderful and it's also great to see some more male role models in the nursery as I think they are particularly important for young children. The level of engagement between parents and nursery has dramatically increased lately which is fantastic and there is an additional air of professionalism whilst putting the children first which is really reassuring. I never worry about my children left in your care and they have always been so excited to go every single day. So, thank you.

My child has attended the setting since 8 months old and every room he has been in the staff have been fantastic and met my child's needs. The staff are also very easy to approach if I ever have any concerns. He is currently in preschool which he loves. He has some great bonds with the staff, particularly
his key worker and will often talk about her. When she feeds back, she shows genuine care for my child and shows the same excitement as myself with his toilet training which is lovely. He will be going to school in September and the activities in the room that are helping to prepare him are brilliant. He is recognising more letters and is getting better with dressing himself since they have introduced PE lessons to help encourage this. He also loves joining in with the super sports and French lessons that are on offer.

Our daughter enjoys coming to this nursery and has developed strong relationships with her key workers and other members of staff in her room. Each day there are a range of fun and exciting activities set out and she charges in to see them.
The staff are all friendly, approachable and helpful and
give an informative overview of her day. When she first started in the baby unit she found it quite tricky to settle - but the staff were amazing and really reassured us. The online app and daily feedback is great - it’s lovely to see and read her observations.

A well run nursery and my son loves coming here. He is full time, 5 days a week and loves the friendly staff and the activities he does - especially dinky dancers! The staff are very professional and helpful. We are kept up to date with things going on at the nursery and regularly informed of our child's
progress.

This nursery is amazing I have some bad experiences in the past with other nurseries so this one was a breath of fresh air, you can tell it has been rated outstanding twice.


My daughter loves it, they have great learning structures and the communication with the parents is great they have an app

with observations and parents evenings as well as their own book. She has learnt so much since being there.


The staff are great and really competent and friendly. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My son has attended Busy Bees since he was a year old and he is just about to turn three and go into the pre-school room. He loves it here. Both my husband and I have been really impressed with the level of care and attention the staff give to the children. The activities are great and varied, and you
can tell that they genuinely care for each and every child that comes through the doors. My son has had a few behavioural issues over the past year, and this has been dealt with sensitively but appropriately by the nursery staff with lots of support from them which has been amazing. My son loves his keyworkers and feels like they are part of his family. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of starting their child at Busy Bees at Letchworth.

The nursery staff have been fantastic and supportive in caring for my child. He settled in quickly and now loves going to nursery. We are always informed if there has been an accident or my child is unwell. He is always cared for appropriately in these situations. Fantastic nursery and staff, would

Our little girl has attended Busy Bees Letchworth for seven months and we are delighted with the care she receives. We comment in her baby diary every evening and read updates on her progress and daily activities. She only attends until 2pm each day, but we pay full time to allow flexibility. The nursery
nurses are keen to understand the activities we do at home so they can encourage the same things in nursery, It's great to be able to work together.

We have been delighted with the level of care at Busy Bees in Letchworth, which my child has attended for 18 months now. Staff are warm, friendly and kind and are very attuned to the children's needs - I cannot praise them highly enough. I always feel that my child is safe and well cared for and he
loves coming to nursery and talks extensively about all the fun things he does and friends he has made. The diversity of activities available is excellent, helping him develop in areas that match his interests as well as encouraging him to try new things. I would highly recommend Busy Bees Letchworth to anyone.

I am the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the nursery. I am married and have two beautiful children.
