My son has been at the nursery for 3 years now and has just graduated, since he has been here we have seen him develop so much learning new skills, building confidence and being able to achieve the targets according to the EYFS standards. The staff are and have been fantastic in looking after our son
from their creation of new activities, fun playtimes and just taking good care of our son. I receive updates every day on what my son has eaten and pictures are shared of the activities they have done. Staff positivity and kindness has been brilliant and we look forward to sending our daughter here very soon.

My son has been at Busy Bees Apsley for just over a month, and he is absolutely flourishing! I'm so proud of how much he's learned already. The staff are wonderful and always happy to answer any questions or queries, no matter how silly. I look forward to seeing how much more my son is going to learn

My eldest graduated from here, my youngest still at the nursery and absolutely loves it here. The staff are very friendly and kind, one challenge I have is that there is such a rapid change in centre managers, which I quite don't understand.

Lovely nursery with very friendly staff. My little boy looks forward to going to nursery and has lots of lovely stories to tell me about his friends and teachers when I pick him up. Staff are attentive and good at giving daily feedback on the topics being looked at in preschool and what the children
have been learning through the day. The staff were supportive and caring during the settling in period.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience for my little one. It’s been almost a year now and I could see a massive change in her from the time she joined from a silent watcher to a massive talker. My two children have been attending since 2020 and 2022. The staff are great, so attentive and genuinely care about the kids. The nursery has had a lot of staff turnover the last year (reflective of the sector as a whole) but my children remain happy there. I know my children are safe, happy and learning
new things.

Although my child was happy here, we decided to leave as she was not developing as expected. The teaching was far below what I expected, especially around speech and language. She also had nappy rash frequently, although this did correlate with high usage of agency staff.
Meals were good and nutritious.
Indoor space looked good. Outdoor space is small, but looks nice.
Good use of an app to track their day. Would be nice to see photos though.

The overall experience is not bad. The ladies in the nursery are nice and great with the kids. My boy is happy to go to the nursery every day.
How they can get better, is the parent's visibility on their children's achievements and/or struggles. A parent's day will be nice so we can get to see the
room our children are playing in and get a full report on how they are doing.
Other than that, I would recommend it.

Busy Bees is an excellent nursery. Super caring staff, very communicative and always there to help. Couldn't have chosen a better place for both of my kids. The kids feel safe and have the ability to learn, grow and develop in a safe environment. We would highly recommend this to any new parent looking
for a great nursery.
As parents, communication has always been key to us and the staff at Busy Bees and the Senior Management do an excellent job in keeping us informed at all times. During the last 12 months, management has shown great leadership and excellent skill to manoeuvre the nursery through the uncertain Covid times. Communication was always clear, precise and helpful. Whenever we had any questions, everyone within the nursery was eager to listen to us and help in any way they could.
For us, this is the best nursery in Apsley and in all of Hertfordshire.

The staff are lovely. My little one is so close to them I could not dream of changing nursery. She has learnt loads and everyone says how advanced she is. I haven't seen inside the nursery due to Covid-19 but from the pictures I receive it’s lovely.

My daughter has massively progressed in her development since starting nursery during lockdown, her social skills have also developed.
The team are excellent with my daughter, continually update parents during the day on the app and give a rundown of the child's day at the end of the shift. Would definitely

I am so happy that we chose this nursery for our boys. They absolutely love it and are always excited to go in the mornings. Both had some settling issues related to not being in a nursery setting over the pandemic but I cannot fault how the staff dealt with it, and how much they love it now is testament
to this! Seeing my eldest grow in confidence in pre school in particular has been amazing. The staff are kind, caring and fun, and excellent at keeping parents informed. Highly recommended!

My two children have been attending Busy Bees in Apsley since last June. We are really pleased with the nursery, especially the staff/parent liaisons. As a parent, I feel that they really listen to parents, readily accept feedback and their communication is fantastic. It feels like nothing is too much
trouble. My husband and I feel very secure sending our children there. We are always greeted with a smile and my daughter tells me how her teachers are "so nice". I can see both our children developing well.

My son attended Busy Bees Apsley until he went to school last year and my daughter is currently in Toddlers, about to move into Pre-School and they both absolutely love(d) it there. I can’t praise them highly enough. They are caring and always put the welfare and development of the children first. Throughout
the pandemic they have been supportive and responsive, always doing their utmost to support me as a key worker and still needing to go to work. The manager and the whole team are absolute stars!

From exiting covid, our 8-month-old was very untrusting of new faces. Which made it very scary being left in a setting she didn't know and having not even been left with family. Busy Bees Apsley were great. Reassuring to us nervous parents. And she settled in no time. The app is amazing knowing how
she's getting on each day and live the photo observations that pop up on my phone at work. It really gives you a sense that you are still involved with their development despite returning to work. It's a lovely nurturing environment where our cheeky little girl is being helped to grow and develop. You can see the staff really care for the children.
