Busy Bees staff have made my child incredibly happy throughout her stay every day. She always got home full of enthusiasm and a list of impressions and activities to tell us about at home. Staff are friendly, welcoming, kind and caring.

We could not fault this nursery. They go above and beyond to provide positive care. We couldn’t ask for better, they have given us more than enough confidence in them managing our son’s long term health condition. Our son is at much higher risk of choking due to a birth condition, we cannot thank the
staff enough for all their understanding, respect, knowledge, care and professionalism in providing outstanding care for him. From day one we felt confident that they were more than capable to provide the level of care he requires and they have given this and so much more. In particular, three members of staff have been absolutely amazing in providing his latest care, he absolutely adores “his ladies”. I would highly recommend the nursery and their branch whole team.

Both my children love/loved their times at Busy Bees. I enrolled my son at 18months old where he gained confidence and great relationships with the staff and other children. From the youngest room through to graduating preschool he was supported and felt confident in starting school. Every morning the
kids are welcomed with big smiles and go off into nursery chatting away and happy and have lots to tell me about on our way home.

Wow-what can I say about this nursery?
It is absolutely brilliant and couldn’t wish for a better place for my little boy to go.
The staff are amazing so friendly and have great communication skills. Everything I have requested to help my little boys' needs has been taken into consideration and the
staff have done there best to accommodate and adapt there skills to help my son!
My son has been here for a year now and loves it he always says how great his teachers are and how many friends he has made.
The manager has been amazing in helping and support both me and my son along with all the other staff.
I can not recommend this nursery enough and if I were to have more children in the future I will definitely be sending them here.

My personal opinion of Busy Bees Nursery at Eureka Park, Ashford is up to a high standard. The Staff are well organised, especially under these circumstances with the Covid-19. My Son is really happy here, gets on with all the children and has the pleasure of being liked by all the children. All the
activities they provide during the day and the tasty food they give during the day.

My son has been at Busy Bees Eureka Park for 3 years now starting at just under 1 and will shortly be leaving to start school in September.
I highly recommend this nursery they have helped my son develop in leaps and bounds, nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are helpful even if you have
any minor issues.
Food is fresh and healthy with a wide variety of menus over the different seasons.
My son's key workers have always kept me up to date with his progress and have also found the parent app very useful to see what my son has been doing whilst I’m at work.
Thank you to all the staff a great team!

My son has been attending this nursery for a year and a half and the staff have always done everything they can to make sure that he's happy, healthy and developing at his own speed.
He gets a friendly welcome in the mornings and I don't worry about leaving him with them so that I can concentrate on
work. My son also attended for some of the time through 'lockdown' and I was impressed by how well they were dealing with all of the changes and uncertainly that was going on (even when a large number of the staff were from other Busy Bees nurseries).
The nursery staff keep us fully informed and when the app updates come through it's great to see photos of my son enjoying himself and learning new skills. In general we're very happy with our nursery choice!

My child has been in the nursery since she was eight months old, she has always been well looked after and enjoys going in to see all of her friends and key workers. The nursery has remained open through the pandemic and all the staff have been amazing, helping all the children settle back in. The manager
and assistant managers have been extremely helpful in answering our questions and her key worker has been there to comfort and teach her about the virus through play! Would highly recommend this nursery.

Busy Bees, in my opinion, is one of the best child care providers. Fantastic prices for the care my child receives, fresh-cooked meals every day, diverse meals too, the staff are always professional but very friendly and easy to talk to. My daughter's understanding and speech has come on leaps and bounds,
her ability to make friends has also blossomed. She already has basic knowledge on how to spell her name at three and gets to experiment with all kinds of fun creative things. Definitely five stars. (Mum of four).

My grand-daughter goes to this nursery and I have nothing but positive things to say. She is in the one to two's room and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I also want to give them praise for how they have dealt with COVID-19, the staff are still smiling and carrying on like a normal day
which has really helped my grand-daughter settle back in.

Temporary placement for our son under lockdown as we are key workers. Twice I collected him with a soiled nappy; he wasn’t given the morning milk despite instructions: on a few occasions, I had to return to ask for some of his items that were missing: jacket, hat etc. I have little confidence in the
quality of care and attention the staff may provide.

Very welcoming nursery with caring and supportive staff. Helped my daughter to settle as she was very anxious and has separation issues.
Excellent communication from the staff and great use of texts and parent zone.
Staff really got to know my daughter and supported her well both academically and

This is a fantastic nursery. My daughter has been attending for over a year and loves it. They even have a breakfast bar for parents who have skipped breakfast and a hot drink. Which is helpful when in a rush. The staff are always welcoming and friendly.

My son is in the baby room (one - one and a half years), he settled quickly in this room, he is always greeted in a welcoming way. The room has been encouraging his walking during the month and he can now walk into the room. Observations are on the internet, so it's lovely to see the different things

Our daughter has been going to this nursery since she was months old. She is going there every day from 8am until 6pm and she loves it.
Every day the staff looking after her are keeping her busy and entertained. She is growing fast and has blossomed in the baby room and now in the older babies room.
We
are very happy, our baby girl is happy and excited every morning to go for an exciting day of activities, including observing new baby chicks for real!
The food given is of a good standard and we feel that our baby is having a diverse menu every day.
I would also like to recognise the additional services that this nursery is providing to parents: parents evening, invite to join kids for crafts during the day and extras like drinks and snacks and coffee in the morning that allow us to start the day very well.

My son absolutely loves this nursery. Dropping him off and seeing him run off to play happily; going to his carers who he loves and generally seeing him content to be there takes a worry away from me. The food served to him is nutritious and always more if it needs it. The place is clean and tidy (at
least in the mornings before the terrors get at it!) and the communication between the nursery and parents is excellent.

I love the nursery, staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. I love that my baby at 4 months gets to participate in small arts projects. They have provided a warm and nice place for her to thrive. The facilities are kept secure. Lots of toys (a lot more than I can personally provide) are available.
My daughter is happy and I am happy that she is being cared for.

Cannot fault Busy Bess in Kennington. They have been amazing since my little girl joined at 9 months. She is now 3 and has only just moved up to pre-school. The transition from the previous room was amazing. All the staff are so helpful and friendly and are passionate about every child. They are always
changing the activities and lovely handmade gifts on days like Mothers Day and Fathers Day. They are especially good to mention my other half instead of saying Daddy. This means a lot for me and my daughter so she still feels involved.
