I have used this nursery for 1 year. Overall I think they are good. The managers are very approachable, always willing to listen to feedback. They are also very accommodating regarding catering for special diets. I think the children have fun and are always doing new things.
Two things that could
be better; 1) using sweets as a reward, my previous nursery experience is one where no sweets or fizzy drinks were allowed. 2) The staff don't encourage the kids enough academically, on things like writing letters and numbers, they are weaker than my previous experience.

My son has been attending Castle View since January 2015 and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. The staff are so friendly and my son settled in very quickly. They offer long opening hours making it flexible for your working day. The food is of a very high standard, with plenty of choice and changes
in menu. If I ask my son how was nursery and what did you do he always says played with my friends and all the toys. I see on a weekly basis how much he learns and has developed and the fact he sees it as a good time playing which means they make learning and playing fun.

Castle View has been excellent with my daughter and her development has shown this. She has settled in and been made to interact with many children very well. I know she is in good care with Castle View, they have been very flexible around our working hours. Castle View are very much 'hands on' with
my daughter and I couldn't ask for a better nursery.

I viewed this nursery the day before I needed my daughter to start attending due to being unhappy with a nursery I had a place in. We were very happy with the nursery as soon as we walked in the front door. My usually shy and clingy daughter wandered off in the garden after about 2 minutes. The nursery
itself has something for everyone. Different rooms for different aged children and the staff are friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I never, ever have any worries about my daughter at this nursery, even if she is upset when I leave. With a security door with camera, I can rest assured my daughter is always safe. The nursery is always clean, tidy and all together very organised. My daughter is always doing varied activities, learning new skills and and developing. They cook a large variety of foods which has helped develop my daughter's tastes and made her less picky at meal times. I would recommend this nursery to anyone and couldn't rate it enough.
