My son has attended the nursery since November 2020 and he absolutely loves going in on his days. The staff are always very welcoming and always have a big smile on their faces when he comes in in the morning. We always have amazing feedback about his day and he is always happy to go. The staff always
go the extra mile to make sure the children are cared for and make sure they get as much out of their day as they can. My little boy loves the garden and they have a great garden facility and he loves going out their on the cars. Absolutely amazing nursery.

My son currently attends Oxford Ladygrove and he loves it, as did my daughter who attended for 2 years. My son looks forward to going in and comes out excited and eager to share his day. I have no doubts that he is very well cared for and the activities he does there enriches his life.

My boy has been coming here since his 1st birthday and today is celebrating his 4th birthday with his buddies at Busy Bees! The staff are wonderful and my boy considers them as much his friends as he does with the kids in his room.
Last night we had a very proud parent moment where he (roughly) wrote
his own name with a crayon! His vocabulary and motor skills have just exploded this year since moving up to the preschool room and we can really see how much he loves it there.
Just can’t believe this will be his final year at nursery - it will be a sad day for all of us when he has to leave and go to ‘big school’.

Our 2 children (both under 2) joined the nursery this September and we have been really pleased with how they've settled in and how lovely all of the staff are. It is clear that they've got to know our children well- we can tell this from their learning journals as well as their feedback upon pick up.
Their communication and follow up had been excellent- when I was unsure if my eldest son was settled, they took photos and showed me them that very same day, where I could clearly see him happily playing. They worked hard to ensure I was satisfied that he was enjoying himself. My son has been reluctant to join toddler groups, yet absolutely loves going to the nursery. When I pick him up, he often dances over to me with a big smile and babbles a lot- a sure sign that he's content. Thank you to the staff for making this transition so smooth and easy!

My son was very difficult at the start after being in lockdown with me 24/7, going to nursery was a whole, new and scary world for him. The team in Bombos were absolutely amazing with him, they took their time with him and I'm honestly so grateful as I know he can be a handful with other people the
first few occasions. He has grown so much more confidence and I'm so happy now his true self is beginning to shine and he's exploring new things. If I ever have any questions or worries the whole team are so helpful, being my first child I was new to the parenting world and schemes, with a few teething problems I never felt pressured, just reassurance and help was there! I'm so excited to see how much more my little boy grows into the amazing child he is becoming and his journey!

Busy Bees at Ladygrove have improved massively over the past year. Since the change of management after an unfavourable Ofsted report, a huge amount of effort and money has been put into the Nursery. The Field Manager temporarily had worked tirelessly to bring the Nursery back to Busy Bees standards.
She bought a huge amount of new resources for the children, re-arranged the Staff around different rooms to be more suited with their individual abilities, made sure the staff are trained in many aspects, including Health and Safety. And most importantly, she spent months searching for the right new Centre Director. Indeed, the new Manager is extremely professional and thorough, takes great care of Health and Safely but at the same time is very kind and welcoming. And Staff are doing a fantastic job and work extremely hard, day on day, to not only meet the basic needs of children but to help them develop important skills that they’ll use in the future. We are extremely grateful for all the effort.

When my little boy started at Ladygrove nursery, he had been in a different nursery for a year and never complained about it. He liked Ladygrove nursery straight away and wasn't happy with the other nursery until we took him out and sent him for more days at Ladygrove nursery. He enjoys coming here
to play with his friends and the welcoming staff, he is always occupied with different activities when we come to pick him up. Food and snacks are fantastic and well balanced. Most recently the key person took time to go through his learning journal with me and I was impressed with the structure they have put in place to support the learning and make sure children's progress is evaluated and recorded regularly. I was impressed by the level of professionalism and observation that the key person has had on my little boy considering they have a number of children to look after. The management team is easily accessible and supportive for any questions and feedback.

The staff are friendly and look after our kids very well. Could do with a little bit more cleanliness, no fans in this hot weather for the kids.
Kids are kept entertained all day. Maybe more staff in rooms will help especially when staff are on holidays etc.

Both my daughters have been to Ladygrove Nursery over the past 7 years and we have been very happy with the staff. They show genuine care and love for the children they look after and support their learning through phonics and basic maths in the pre-school classes so that they are very well-prepared
for school. My daughter enjoys arts & crafts, dancing, dressing up, story time and baking, as well as outdoor play. The office team are welcoming and helpful.

Although there was a period of staff changes a couple of years ago, this seems to have settled down and it's lovely that my youngest is excited to see both the staff and the many friends she has made there. Busy Bees have been working on improving facilities, my only suggestion is that aircon or ceiling fans would be helpful during the summer when the staff do their best to keep the children cool with water play and indoor activities.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming to the children when they arrive in the morning. They always listen with care when provided with information about the child's welfare for the day. At the end of the day feedback is always provided and detailed including what they have been playing with,
eaten, sleep times, nappy changes (if appropriate) and if they have been happy and settled. My children are always playing and occupied at pick up time with a variety of toys. They have always enjoyed their day and chat about it on the way home. The children build up a good relationship with the staff and even staff in different rooms generally know them by name and will always great them. Nursery manager is normally available and is very helpful.

My son started going to Ladygrove Day Nursery before his first birthday and will soon be leaving to go to school. He has thrived at the nursery, he has made friends, learnt invaluable social skills, eaten well, learnt in a fun way and we have been confident that he has received a high level of care.

The nursery and the lovely staff team have helped him to have fun, be kind, be confident, be inquisitive and to prepare him to go to school. They have also supported me, particularly in the early days, to feel reassured that I was leaving my son in a safe and caring place. There have been good levels of communication and quick and helpful responses to any queries I have had.

Our little boy started attending the day nursery since he was 11 months and has been enjoying each and every day spent there. The fact that he wants to attend nursery at the weekend too tells me how much he loves it there. The staff is fantastic! Kind, caring, helpful, accommodating and highly encouraging.
My son has been extremely fond of the keyworkers he has had over the year or so. We cannot thank you all enough!

The weekly food menu is carefully designed to provide a healthy, nutritious balanced diet. The recent change in management has made it even better. We look forward to his next milestone, the exciting preschool phase at the nursery. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone.

We have sent both of our boys to Ladygrove Day Nursery and are sadly nearing the end of our youngest boy's time there. Both have loved it and really thrived there. The staff have been so kind and caring, the food delicious (never at home do they ask for seconds never mind thirds!) and the foundation
provided for going to school has been invaluable. We can't thank you enough!

My daughter has been at Ladygrove nursery since she was 11 months and she has enjoyed every bit of it. She is now 3 years old and learns and grows beautifully at nursery. She has made many friends and has been very fond of each of her key workers over the years. The food provided is always healthy and
