As a parent myself you can imagine that this review has left me aghast. This person has never raised any concerns with anyone, instead, we received an email at night demanding money back. The child’s key person confirmed that the allegation was absurd especially as the child is not a baby, but is actually two years old and had been offered not only milk, as the parent had required, but also the full breadth of our nutritious menu, freshly prepared every day by our Nursery Chef. This lady's child was well cared for and loved by her key person, who was shocked by the allegation and horrified to read this bizarre review. We are extremely passionate about the care and well-being of all our children which is so well demonstrated by all the other honest and genuine reviews.
