Co-op Childcare Tadworth is set in a beautiful location in The Children's Trust mansion grounds with easy access to nature trails, a wilderness walk and large lawn areas, This unique spot also lets their children interact with children with disabilities and additional needs regularly, teaching them understanding and acceptance at an early age.

They use their 5 Little Pioneers to help share their core values with their children such as encouraging them to express their feelings to making a difference in the world. They are big on safety which is why ALL their staff are paediatric first aid trained.

Their app for parents, ParentZone, keeps them updated on life at nursery with things like photos from their day, meals eaten, assessments and even toilet training progress! The nursery is silver eco schools accredited, a programme that sees children lead the way in making little changes that deliver big environmental differences.

They are big on happy children and have areas for growing food (and eating it), regular visits to local care homes and take care of each other and the world.

There are 4 home rooms within the nursery split into the following age groups: 3 months – 1 year (including a sleep room), 1-2 year olds, 2-3 year olds and 3-5 year olds.

There are two secure, enclosed, landscaped garden areas which are tastefully sectioned off to provide safe play areas even if all age groups are out at the same time and include covered areas to enable children to have access to the outdoors in all weather conditions.

My daughter is very happy at nursery and her confidence has improved drastically over the last few months since joining. It’s a place where she feels comfortable, thriving in the lively but secure environment. The staff are always happy to listen and provide extra support/feedback/input when required.

A happy, friendly nursery which both my daughters (3 and 1) love to go to. The staff take time to encourage the development of each child and share photos, videos and development updates in the Parent Zone app. The playrooms and outside areas are very good and well equipped. Staff take time to talk
to parents at pick up and even help you to the car, which is a lovely gesture when you've got 2 toddlers and bags to manage. Highly recommend this nursery.

My son attends the nursery 1 day per week. Since he started a year ago, I have been extremely pleased with all aspects of the nursery and the level of care it provides. The food and activities are varied, and my son is always very happy when I collect him.
I feel that the staff at the nursery have
had a big part in growing his confidence, and he is now a very sociable little man.
My son has additional nutritional needs, and the nursery is very accommodating with this.
On the occasions my son has been unwell, the staff have been very attentive in caring for him and keeping me informed.


I am very happy that I found this nursery for my son, and would highly recommend it to other parents. Thanks.

Very friendly team at the Tadworth Nursery. My son is very happy there and they have done everything to ensure that he settled in and felt comfortable within the environment. Good facilities and lots of activities to entertain the children. The staff are always friendly and chatty when dropping and

Staff are really friendly and helpful. My son loves the male carers.
The variation of food they have is great. The nursery have a great routine which all children seem to adhere to.
The nursery and staff teach the children life skills from an early age and will be any concerns they might have to
your attention early on.

I love this nursery as I can see how happy my boys are here and how loved they are. Everyone knows both my boys and supports them in their individual ways.
The management team is approachable and very supportive. The SEN coordinator also does a brilliant job in supporting those who need a bit of extra
help. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone!!

The staff at The Co-operative Childcare Tadworth Nursery are so good with our twin boys. They are treated as individuals and every care is taken that they grow on their own. The boys have grown in confidence and personality and their speech has improved. They are spoken to as people rather than as
toddlers which I appreciate. The staff have always shown love and care towards them and you can see the genuine connection that is there. The staff have also noticed when the boys are not themselves and even highlighted one of the boys as having glue ear. This attention to my boys and all of the children is why I would highly recommend this childcare facility.

We have been extremely happy with the nursery since day 1. My son is such a happy, confident little boy and I really feel this is a huge part down to his time there. He is a great eater, thanks to the lovely cooking every day! He has adored the staff looking after him, as have I, as I feel they genuinely
care about him and his well-being. The activities, outdoor play, arts and crafts, storytime... my son always happily tells me what he has been up to each day and is genuinely excited about going. We honestly have nothing but fond memories of our nearly 2 years there, and we are leaving with a heavy heart... but definitely will be coming back as we have more children!

Both my daughters attend the Co-operative Nursery at Tadworth twice a week. My eldest, now 3, has been there since she was 10 months and has enjoyed being in all 4 of the rooms. My youngest (10.months) is now in the baby room and also doing well. The staff are all lovely, forming really caring relationships
with the children. They all know my children, whether they are their key workers or not and the girls, particularly my eldest, really loves many of the staff. The nursery benefits from a great site within the grounds of the Children's Trust, which means the children are regularly outdoors in a stimulating and safe environment. They are also good at supporting weaning and potty training which have been a great help. Definitely recommended.

A very lovely nursery with staff that care. Both my children have loved going to this nursery and unfortunately, my youngest has left (Aged 16 months) due to work relocation. Staff all friendly and helpful and care for your child! A good handover of the day at pick up and provisions fantastic. Only
one improvement is I think having fruit and yoghurts available for children at breakfast rather than just cereals would be a brilliant plus! Will miss sending my child to The Co-operative Childcare Tadworth Nursery.

A fantastic, warm and welcoming environment for children. I feel my son has forged genuine relationships with the team members and is completely happy when at nursery. There always seems to be something going on and the children get a lot of free play as well as more structured activities. As a parent,

I've always felt extremely lucky that my son attends this nursery as the staff are so friendly but professional. However, after talking to another parent, I think they have gone above and beyond!
This parents little boy was poorly (high temp and breathing problems) she was telephoned to collect him.
On arrival, she was advised to go straight to A&E. They sent a member of staff with her as she was obviously upset. A few hours later they then sent another member of staff to pick up the staff member. They had packed a bag for the parent which included nappies, wipes, puréed fruit etc and a bottle of the child's special milk. There was even an envelope with £10 in just in case it was needed!
That's what I call a 5 star service and deserves recognition! Well done to team Tadworth!

Tadworth Co-op Nursery is a home away from home for our daughter! There is always a welcoming cuddle when she arrives, she runs in to find her friends and the different activities available every day make it a special place for a child to be. The food available each day is fresh and comforting for the
children, I'm not sure there has ever been a day when my daughter hasn't liked lunch or tea.
We are truly delighted with the nursery, every time of year is special but Christmas was fabulous!
We are now just concerned about how much we will miss you all when school starts in September!
You're the best team!! Can't wait for them all to get outside even more in the summer!

Both my children absolutely love attending the Tadworth Co-op Nursery and are full of excitement on a Nursery day. The staff are helpful and accommodating and there are a wide range of activities for the children and great outdoor space. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending to other parents.

The nursery itself is brilliant as are the staff. They were so fabulous with my older daughter making the decision to send my youngest was a no brainier! There is plenty of variety of activities for the children to do through the day along with a large amount of props and aids specific to each age group.
The children (pre-school) have recently started to bring homework home in preparation for school which is just amazing each child also has a key worker who is responsible for said child, it's lovely that the children have a go-to adult who is able to effectively report back on the day.
The children have 3 healthy meals a day plus snacks which are all made on site.
I could not fault this nursery in any way. Absolutely perfect.
