Overall Experience

I can’t recommend Kids Inc as a nursery enough. My son has been there for almost 2 years now and absolutely loves it. He’s a very shy kid usually but the girls there really make him feel at ease and he runs in no problem in the morning. You get the feeling that they really do care and love your child.

Overall Experience

Our son has been at Kids Inc for nearly 18 months and he is just turning 3. He goes in with the biggest smile on his face and we get regular daily photos of what he is up to and he always looks really happy and stimulated. He talks with a lot of love for the people in the room which is a great sign

he is well looked after. The outdoor space is brilliant and he really enjoys being out there. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone. It's very modern and spacious and the care for the children is exemplary. He loves it and so do we.

Overall Experience

We are overall happy with the nursery, our daughter is very happy there, the staff made her feel comfortable with the new environment and all the changes she went through after moving from another country. Overall Experience

Our daughter has been at Kids Inc for 3 years now. She's had a great time there and have made some close friends and connected well with her key person in every class. Nurseries in general have had a tough time with covid and staff shortages but Kids Inc have done well to keep children safe and in stable

routine. We are very thankful for the love and support our daughter has received.

Overall Experience

My daughter has been attending Kids Inc for a year now and always has a good day, comes out smiling and tells me about the lovely day she has had! My eldest daughter also attended the nursery and I have recommended it to many friends over the years. The nursery offers a wide range of activities for

all different ages and is always working in line with the developmental stage of the child depending what room they are being cared for in. They put on a range of family events throughout the year e.g. Mother’s Day tea/summer fair which provides a nice opportunity for the parents to get to know the staff more and meet other parents.

Overall Experience

My daughter started coming here just after her 1st birthday when I returned to work and myself and my fiancé have been so pleased and comforted with the support, care and attention she has received from the staff here on what is such a big milestone for parent and child.
My daughter has always been

so unbelievably happy during her days here and has never not wanted to go. The staff here work so so hard to provide the highest quality of care and it is so evidently seen that they really care and love all the children.
They are very attentive to your needs for the child and have always worked with us on progressing development. Our child has such a lovely bond with all her keyworkers and feels so safe and secure there.
We are so pleased we made the choice to send her here!

Our daughter really enjoys going to the nursery. She has made many friends and has benefited from the support her key workers have given her. We can see how she has developed both her gross motor skills as well as her reading and writing ability. The nursery staff always greet her enthusiastically and

A lovely home away from home for our little 18-month-old. The ladies here are always so attentive to our little man and always are the first to let us know what’s been happening in his days at nursery. The chef is always giving the best food options to our boy so he’s enjoying a wide variety of healthy

Overall Experience

We are so happy with the care given at Kids Inc, Guildford for what is an anxious time for parents - transitioning from maternity leave to going back to work and putting your young child in the care of someone else. They made it stress-free and were so reassuring every step of the way. My little girl

loves going and is very happy when I collect her. It's one of the most reasonably priced nurseries in the area, yet there is no compromise on the quality of care. It's a great environment and we are so happy to have found Kids Inc. I recommend them whole heartedly.

Overall Experience

I started him in this nursery when he was only 8 months old. Now that my son is over 3 years old and is about to leave this summer, there are no words to describe the attention he has received from the Kids Inc Day Nursery Guildford team and staff. There is a great deal of attention, kindness and gentleness

and care shown by them. Every day, my little one looks forward to going to nursery.
Staff members are all very helpful.
Almost nothing can be said about this nursery that isn't positive.
I can't recommend enough!

Overall Experience

Amazing nursery! My son has been there for a year now. They have been great, he is happy and taken care of and learns a lot. Staff are super friendly and approachable and always happy to discuss any questions. Air con is a massive plus in heatwaves and also cosy warm in winter months.

Overall Experience

My daughter started at the nursery when she turned 2. (Now 3 years and 2 months).
She absolutely loves the time she spends there! The staff are all so lovely and caring towards all of the children. However, my daughter certainly has her favourites.
Since starting she has learnt so much and her social

skills have really improved.
The staff all have really great activities for the children and it's really lovely to see them set out each morning for when the children arrive.
They have a great menu with plenty of nutrition and variety. Kids Inc Day Nursery Guildford really is a great nursery and I am pleased I chose to send my daughter there for her early years.

Overall Experience

Kid's Inc Guildford is a great nursery, the staff are very friendly and the children seem to enjoy going there. They do a lot of educational activities with the children.
The menus have a lot of variety and are nutritious. The meals are slightly small.
The facilities could be updated a bit but they

have great outdoor space. They could go paperless with regards to the children's daily reports as I'm aware other nurseries use online systems.
The management could sometimes be a bit quicker to reply to emails, I've had to chase them for replies sometimes.

Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you are so happy with the nursery. Children are encouraged to eat well and always offered additional servings. In pre-school, the children learn to self-serve and are able to help themselves to additional servings. The nursery is currently listed on the company’s refurbishment programme and these works are scheduled to begin in the coming weeks. Written feedback is only given for the younger children and, as part of our sustainability drive, this is currently being reviewed. From September, we will be introducing an online/app system, which will be used to communicate with parents. The management team often spend time away from the office and in the children’s rooms, and hence this can cause a delay in responding to emails. In the event that you need a quicker response, you can always telephone the nursery.

Overall Experience

Our son has been coming to Kids Inc Guildford for over a year now. Since he started, he has come on leaps and bounds. His key workers have always been approachable and proactive in providing updates. He loves the staff and they love him; it has always been a positive experience, even when he has been

a little challenging.
The drop off time is convenient and the meals provided are varied. They have helped to expand our son’s palette and keep him growing like a weed.
I have no hesitation in recommending Kids Inc Guildford and will be sending our daughter once she is old enough. I am sure they will be just as positive an influence on her development.

Excellent care for our son from 6 months to (currently) 9. Very caring staff who look after him well with obviously good attention. Communication is good, and the online learning portal keeps us updated with his activities, as do his daily report cards. He enjoys spending his time there from what we
