    Fees are payable monthly in advance on the first day of each month by direct debit or cash. We calculate fees over 51 weeks for those children attending all year and 40 weeks for those who attend term time only. Please note that we are unable to give refunds or extra days for illness, bank holidays, parent holidays or any other absence.
    *Fees will change the term after your child turns 9 months old or their third birthday in line with Government Funding offers and eligibility. For the Working Parents funded hours you will need to check your eligibility and apply for a code at www.childcarechoices.gov.uk and this should be done the term before you wish to use the funded hours. You will then need to provide us with your code but remember to reconfirm your details every three months by logging into your government account. Without valid codes full day rates will apply. Working with our parents to support those who are working most of the year we stretch the Funded hours over the 51 weeks of the year we are open. They always take the time to listen and give advice and arrange a long time to chat through any issues. Their communication is brilliant in all areas. They supported and helped the potty training experience working as a great team using resources such as books etc to help alongside us at home which
made it so smooth. They are also very aware of any changes in a child's life and how they can keep an eye and support this in the nursery setting. My son loves it here and has made some great connections with the staff. I would recommend to anyone.

Some key points that stand out for me.
1. Staff, are incredibly warm and caring and create a safe and nurturing environment. The children really do thrive and feel comfortable early on. Each educator genuinely does care for every child (even after they have 'graduated') and they make the children excited
to learn.
2. Engaging activities - come rain or shine outside activities are always encouraged in Tots' fantastic garden or on the school grounds. Indoor activities are also fun, messy and active. Tots bring in outside companies to allow the children to participate in dance class football etc.
3. Communication - the communication is excellent. I receive regular updates verbally or through the app. The handovers are informative and never rushed and they are always happy to discuss anything extra.
Overall, the staff and management team really make this nursery the special place it is and it truly has been a wonderful experience for me and my two children.

Tots Village Nursery is simply wonderful! There are so many positive things to say, but what truly stood out to me from my very first visit was the incredible team. I knew immediately that this was the right place for my son, and we've been so happy with them since 2023.
The entire staff is attentive,
warm, and genuinely caring. They've completely put my mind at ease knowing my son is in such good hands. Beyond the fantastic team, the nursery also boasts excellent facilities. A real bonus for us has been the food; my son, who used to be a fussy eater, now enjoys mealtimes thanks to the delicious meals prepared by their chef.
Tots Village doesn't just excel at caring for my son, they're also fantastic at communicating with me as a parent. He's thrived here, learning so much and always happy. I could go on and on about all the positives, but suffice it to say, we couldn't be happier with our experience.

Both my children have attended Tots Village Nursery from the age of 12 months through to pre-school. The mgt team and staff are now like an extension of the family. The nursery creates the right balance of learning through play, independence and creative play. It's an incredibly safe and nurturing environment.
The facilities and outside space are carefully designed to maximize potential. The children are so happy there, that they are often not ready for the day to end. The children have made long-lasting friendships which have continued post leaving nursery.

My daughter has been attending Tots Village for over a year and a half now and absolutely loves it! The staff are absolutely amazing and care so much for the children. Every activity they do on a day-to-day basis has so much thought and effort put into it. Tots Village was the only nursery we looked
at, as when we visited we instantly felt at ease leaving our daughter there. Such a lovely family, friendly environment. My daughter has learnt so much since attending and loves it so much, she even asked to go on the weekend!

Everything about Tots Village is outstanding. We moved my son there back in September from a different nursery setting, and I still can't get over how quickly he settled and grew in confidence. He absolutely loves going to Tots and always comes out with a huge grin on his face! The staff go above and
beyond for both children and parents and we couldn't be happier.

Both our children (2 and a 1-year-old) attend Tots Nursery and have done since they both turned 1. From the word go, the whole team have constantly impressed my partner and I. They've been fantastic at communication, helping wherever possible (advice when our oldest entered the "terrible 2's", etc.),
and just generally making us feel like our children and the care, and education they require has been their top priority. Most importantly, both our children have some real bonds with several of the educators at Tots - sometimes I am sure my daughter doesn't actually want to leave the nursery when we pick her up!

Our boy started nursery in January and we've been hugely impressed with the staff and facilities at Tots Village. The settling-in period was perfect for him (a fairly clingy baby) to adjust and the regular updates have been so reassuring. The staff couldn't be friendlier and more helpful, at Tots Village
our boy feels like an individual rather than a number. Couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough.

I can't say enough great things about Tots Village Nursery. My son has attended 4 days a week since August 2021 and absolutely loves this place. The environment is fantastic, the staff could not be more helpful and engaging, the activities are hugely varied and teach the children so much about the world.
They are also excellent at preparing older children for school.

My son has been going to Tots' Village Nursery for a couple of years now and he absolutely loves it! The staff are all amazing - so caring and attentive, you couldn't fault them. I honestly cannot fault Tots Village Nursery, all the staff there show amazing care and understanding towards your child’s needs. Always go above and beyond for both the parents and children. Extra exciting activities are always organised as well. A dental nurse has been in to discuss teeth brushing
with a goodie bag to take home for all children. They do dance classes, kick about classes and sing and sign. Both my children have now been and we as a family feel incredibly lucky we found them.

Our child has been attending Tots since 2021. They have blossomed within the Tots environment. All the staff get to know the children so well, making them feel comfortable and happy within the environment. Tots staff are so enthusiastic, often thinking of new and fun activities to do with the children,
which makes attending nursery so exciting for our child. They have a great mix of teaching children educational topics whilst also equally promoting good manners and communication.
