At Little Pioneers Chichester they make parents a partner as they know you're the most important person in your child's life. They have regular parent/carer forums, so you can learn all about upcoming events and activities and provide valuable feedback too.

They have an app, ParentZone, which keeps parents/carers updated about their little ones day at nursery, from photos of their day, assessments, meals eaten and even toilet training progress! They also have 5 Little Pioneers to help share their core values with children such as encouraging them to make their own decisions to expressing their feelings.

They are big on safety which is why ALL their staff are paediatric first aid trained. They also hold the prestigious Green Flag Status Award (the highest possible), which is an internationally recognised award for a programme that sees children lead the way in making little changes that deliver big environmental differences.

They are big on happy children as they have areas for growing food (and eating it), regular visits to local care homes and a focus on looking after each other and the world.

Lovely staff who are really good with children. The nursery is nice with lots of activities to boost a child's development . Its a safe environment for the kids with lots of fun. They go above and beyond to make sure their needs are catered for.

My son attends Little Pioneers and really enjoys his days there. He settled in quickly at just nine months old and now he is almost two, he eagerly runs up the path into the nursery. The staff are all kind, caring, fun yet totally professional. He seems to enjoy eating the food at the nursery more than
the food he gets at home!
Now the nursery finally have a working internet connection updates through the app are good and we especially enjoy seeing photos of our son and the other children in his group having fun. Our daughter will be joining in a few months time and we had no reservations whatsoever about getting her a place here.

My baby girl started in January 2025, she struggled to settle in her first and second week in the nursery. My husband and I were emotionally broken seeing her cry wanting to go back with us each time we come to drop her at the school. It was not easy coming from a different background, culture, environment
with different accent but with the love, care, patience and understanding of her two key workers and other staff in the nursery she was able to fully settle in her third week to the point that now she is always eager to be taken to school and she cries when she is told today is not her school day.
The environment is good, child friendly with spacious garden to play in. The staff do not joke with the safety and comfort of the children.
The staff take their time to explain things well and guide me whenever I need to.
They answer all questions promptly and in humility.
I also love them for the warm reception and hospitality shown to me on my first visit to the nursery.

My little boy attends Little Pioneers and thoroughly enjoys it. The staff at the nursery genuinely care about the children and provide a range of lovely activities on a daily basis. I recently had a baby and the staff at Little Pioneers really supported my little boy through the transition to being
a big brother, by doing activities and role-play using a baby doll. The children receive good food and enjoy the outdoor areas and equipment. The staff at the nursery are brilliant. I highly recommend Little Pioneers Nursery.

My daughter started in May last year and it took her a while to settle but the staff and her key worker have been nothing but fantastic. They genuinely care and want the best for your child. It’s hard returning to work after maternity and these ladies make you feel as at ease as they can. My daughter
has just moved rooms and her new key worker is just as lovely. Keep up the good work team as it really makes a difference to working parents.

His two “main” nursery caregivers are nothing but attentive and I love seeing the daily updates via the app they use.

We love this nursery. My kids have been going for over a year. My youngest is still there and loves her key worker. She learns lots and enjoys the activities - often chats about everyone when she’s home. Would highly recommend.

My little boy goes to the preschool room of the nursery currently. He is very shy and struggled at first moving rooms. All the nursery teachers have been so patient and caring with him, supporting him to settle. They have reassured me and updated the app throughout the day so I can see pictures of him
settled and playing. He has settled really well now and loves going in. The food is always varied and it’s really helped him try a new variety of food! Thank you little pioneers Chichester!!

Our little one has been going to The Little Pioneers more than a year. She loves it and so do we. She is growing nicely and learning a lot with competent and friendly staff members. We could not thank them enough for their hard work, love, care and flexibility. The nursery opens early (6.45am) which
is fantastic and closes just after 6pm. It helps us a lot to organize our working days.
The app is a great touch as we can follow day after day what they are learning. The garden is big enough for them to play outdoors and not directly to a main road.
Finally, the food is great. It seems that they have more success than us!

Both my children have been to Little Pioneers and we are very lucky with how close of a relationship my children have had with the ladies at the nursery and how much both of them have never wanted to miss a day even when poorly. The nursery is great with updating you through the app with pictures and
updates on their learning each week. My youngest is in her last year and she’s loved every minute of it, the same as my eldest. I would always recommend this nursery to everyone I meet.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough, all of my children have attended and my youngest was put on a waiting list because I would not send her anywhere else. The staff are incredible, nothing is too much and when your children enter the nursery they are treated like family. The manager is always on
hand for emails or calls and is an absolute gem. There are not enough words to describe how amazing the nursery is as a whole.

Little Pioneers was our second nursery, and I honestly wish we had used it from the start!
I can’t speak highly enough of all the staff and how well they have loved and looked after our little one whilst we’ve been at work! As shift workers, the nursery has been perfect for us, and they have always
been flexible and fitted in any extra sessions we required (some very last minute).
We will be very sad to say goodbye to the manager and the amazing team of staff! Our little one has made friends and memories to last a lifetime, and she is more than ready for her next step, thanks to all their hard work!

We have been having some issues with behaviour and understanding how we can get help with our child who has been showing traces of ADHD.
Laura has been amazing at trying to put things in place to work with us to give the best we can moving forward to big school in September.

We are so pleased our daughter is at Little Pioneers - all of the staff helped her settle in really well and provide a wonderful caring environment for all of the children. They provide great daily activities inside and outside of the room and really know each child really well. At pick-up time there
is always a good handover. I love seeing how happy my daughter is to go to nursery in the morning and to then tell me about her day in the afternoon. Communication is excellent both with the room staff and the office.

All the staff at Little Pioneers really care about the children in their care, my toddler loves playing with friends and especially enjoys being outside in the garden when the weather allows. The staff try to make learning fun so even though the children are learning the alphabet or numbers, it feels
more like games and having fun.

Absolutely amazing place full of patient, loving and caring teachers. My son has been attending Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-School since he was 11 months old (now he is 4 years old). His days are full of great activities. The outside space is lovely. The staff is experienced and trained and responds

Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-school I would say is the best nursery in Chichester. All staff are so amazing, caring and helpful. Everything they do is for the best interest of your child. Since my child has attended this nursery he has just excelled he suffers with his hearing and speech they have
gone above and beyond to help him and he has made so much progress attending nursery there. Also for parents communication with staff is so easy if you have any worries or concerns they are always there for reassurance and always so lovely. I am very grateful for Little Pioneers I couldn’t recommend a better nursery.
