The Littlehampton Day Nursery offers places for children aged between three months and eight-years-old.   

In its baby room and main room, the nursery provides a homely, relaxed atmosphere where children can learn together, feel happy and secure with each other and qualified staff.

An independent learning system is used within a key worker structure enabling children to learn at their own pace in their own unique way.

They explore and experiment, reinforcing their learning and developing skills. In the nursery curriculum, the nursery has incorporated activities which provide pre-schoolers with additional valuable experience as they approach Key Stage One.

The nursery is a provider for the West Sussex Early Years Partnership.

My shy daughter really flourished with the lovely staff here. It has a lovely large garden, a small baby room and a fun main room for the older ones. Cheaper then any other nursery but not why I chose it - the staff have all been there years and I felt so confident leaving my world with them every day.
My daughter misses nursery very much and still talks about all the lovely memories.

I had to move my little one from this nursery because of some issues that I encountered.
The staff gives a little report of what the child has done that day. Unfortunately, sometimes there were discrepancies, i.e. they were writing that the child was changed at 9:30, but the child was not even there
at 9:30. There was not enough room for keeping their spare clothes and it happened several times that they were taken home by other people. Also, despite the fact that I left spare items, like wellies etc, I found my little one wearing wet socks. The only thing I liked about this nursery was the garden which is huge, but many times was muddy. It costs less than other nurseries if you have to pay.

Thank you for your review, we give parents of our younger children a paper report each day, these are sometimes generated at busy times so small discrepancies may occur, they are sometimes basic reports because I ensure my staff are spending time with the children - not doing paperwork. I recall you had a carrier bag of spare clothes which another parent did take home by mistake. Our nursery does have a lovely garden accessed in all weathers - the children love the muddy puddles and mud kitchen.
