Blackberry House Day Nursery is the leading nursery provider for children from 0-5 years in Wisbech, March and Peterborough.

Blackberries offer tailored learning activities and experiences to meet each child’s developing interests and skills.

The nursery provides safe spaces for each age group to ensure these opportunities are appropriate to age and development level but allows time for children to interact with older and younger children allowing them to learn from each other.

Babies—Babies receive gentle, sensitive care as they take their first steps in learning. The baby units offer bright happy day rooms designed to support every baby's inbuilt curiosity and desire to make sense of the world around them with wonderful equipment providing a range of sensory and exploratory toys.

Toddlers - The Toddler units are bright and spacious, created to encourage busy learners to discover that learning is interesting and fun. The skilful practitioners engage affectionately with the children supporting and encouraging all children to reach their full potential through a play-based curriculum.

Pre-school — Children continue to learn through play environments, again with activities tailored to meet their interests and needs whilst offering children an outstanding play-based curriculum, which meets all the requirements of the Early Years Foundation stage, supporting all aspects of their learning and development.

Free Government Nursery Educational Funding is available for 2–4-year-olds and Blackberries offer up to 30 hours per week.

Nourishing the nation's next generation is part of the ethos at Blackberries and with the nursery's food partnership with Apetito, delicious meals are provided which littles one’s love. It is Children’s Safety Assured, and menus are designed by top dietitians and food technologists ensuring children are developing their taste pallets from an early age.

I feel very comfortable leaving my child in the care of all staff at Blackberry House Day Nursery. Her behaviour has become better, she has improved with her speech and numbers. My daughter enjoys 'school' and is very comfortable here.

Staff are amazing at Blackberries and my son is always happy to come in and see them. The nursery is always clean and tidy and they have lots of fun things for the children to do. Would recommend to a friend!

The staff are always so engaged with children. Management is very helpful. Both of my children have been at the nursery since they were babies and love it. They enjoy being outside as much as possible, sticky kids, messy play and my daughter has just started the sports club. The sports club seems excellent.
My daughter's speech has improved amazingly and she comes home singing all the songs she has learnt. The extras the nursery does, such as parties and stay and play, make parents feel connected.

My son always enjoys his day at Blackberry's. He regularly comes home and tells me all the things he has been doing such as sports in the garden, painting and singing. He has made some lovely friends that he looks forward to seeing as well as the staff. The staff are always approachable and happy to
help when I have questions.

I have nothing but praise for this nursery. I was very unsure as to whether my little one was too young to start due to caring for an elderly nan, but the staff were fantastic in their reassurance and daily updates, which made it so much easier for me. My little one thrives from it, she has grown and
learnt so much from everyday play/learning, the staff are fantastic in their overall approach and my little one is full of smiles before they open the door to sometimes not wanting to leave. I walk away knowing she is happy, fed and very well cared for. The staff are what makes this nursery.
