We are really happy with the progress our daughter has made and she is learning so much from the staff at the nursery.

My son has been to this nursery since he was 14 months. The teachers are great and my son has liked being with them.
The activities they do are both fun and educational from Sygnets where they are learning to walk and built fine motor skills, to Hedgehogs where they learn numbers, colours, shapes,
to preschool where he is now learning phonics and about various topics.
He always has fun and is entertained the whole day. I would say more care needs to be taken with toilet training and runny noses. Staff retention needs attention.
Overall I would recommend the nursery, it had done wonders for my sons development, confidence and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I honestly can't say one bad thing about Sunflower @ Cambourne. Both my kids have attended for about a year now. They are happy there. Have had various childcare providers including nannies and childminders before and wouldn't hesitate to choose Sunflower above all of them. Staff are compassionate and
caring toward the kids, management is well organised and I can't fault the facilities.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for four months now (from the age of 11mths). She has a great bond with the staff who make a huge effort to get to know each child and build a trusting relationship with them. I can see the development in my daughter in terms of her social skills, communication
and willingness to try different foods since she has been at the nursery. The staff always make sure she is happy and clean and comfortable. I have full and total trust in the nursery, I know when I pick up my daughter she will be happy, content and tired out from all the fun she has had. The meals are homemade on site, great varied menu and look scrummy. All staff from the moment you walk in until you leave are helpful, friendly and professional. The nursery works hard to ensure there is good engagement with parents and carers and takes the time to encourage feedback and comments. Really happy with the care provided for my daughter- if I wasn't, she wouldn't still be attending!

My daughter is very happy being at Sunflower @ Cambourne. She started when she was 18 months, she is now 25 months. The staff are lovely, welcoming and friendly and the management is fantastic. They try to meet my daughters needs to the best of their ability and take on board what we say to them about
what she has done at home etc. Sometimes my daughter gets upset in the mornings if there's not a member of staff in the room that is normally based in there or that she has a special bond with so this can be an issue but come 9am the normal staff are always in there.

My son is very happy at Sunflower nursery. It is a small nursery but with qualified, happy and caring staff who have been working in the nursery for long time.
The level of safety is extremely high.
They serve very good food and good variety.
They have outdoor space and they organise different
activities as well as trips around the village and forest.
In other nurseries my son was never properly cleaned while at Sunflower he is.
They really care for him and I can see that they put layers on when it is cold and hat and sun cream when it is hot even if when it happened that I forgot to bring them.
The overall fees are not cheap but less expensive than other nurseries in Cambridgeshire were staff is not qualified and the turnover is very high. However I think they have favourable charges for parents in need.
I would definitely recommend this nursery to any mother and I am a very anxious mother!!
