The nursery is bright, homely and spacious with a fantastic outside area for children to enjoy; an environment that is safe and secure.

The welfare of the children in their care is paramount and through an excellent key carer system they are able to ensure that the individual needs of every child are met.

As well as providing all the activities you would expect from a top-quality nursery, they also offer extra curriculum activities such as yoga, French, music and movement and sing and sign. One of the best day nurseries in Peterborough. If both the parents are working then I would recommend this day nursery. They understand and accommodate. The staff are very friendly and they are caring. I would strongly recommend this day nursery.

Since starting in July 2022 our son has continued to enjoy his time at Kiddi Caru. The staff are extremely caring and the selection of activities highly varied. The staff are also quick to implement appropriate procedures in the event of any issues. We are extremely satisfied with our experience to

I really do rate this nursery! The staff are so welcoming and brilliant with children. I only really know the Bumblebee staff, but even when walking through all the staff say 'hello' and acknowledge you - which is lovely. You can really tell they care about the children and their welfare and wellbeing
always comes first. I feel reassured and relaxed leaving my daughter here when I go to work.

Very friendly environment.
My child loves to go there.
Both my older one and the younger one have been going here throughout until preschool stage.
I would strongly recommend this place to any parents.

The new addition to the team has definitely made a major positive change. I refer to the new ideas brought, activities and most importantly parents being updated almost daily with pictures, descriptions of certain activities or games. My son started at Kiddi Caru in January 2022 at 9 months old. Since the first day we visited I knew this was the right setting for him. He has made many friends and connections with the ladies in each room. Now he is 3 and still thriving at nursery and learning new things each day he attends. We have
no plans of moving him until he goes to reception as we are happy with the level of care the setting provides! The price of a full day is a bit expensive but you definitely get what you pay for and as long as my son is happy it’s a price I’m willing to pay!

I can honestly say, I was a little worried about my little one starting, and it has not been an easy start but can say, that she has settled so well there and is really enjoying going in. The young deputy manager who works there, is always so welcoming and very pleasant, friendly and supportive.

My daughter has only started Kiddi Caru Nursery beginning of May, she is 17 months, she seems to enjoy it, quite bubbly for most of evening at home after, full of energy too. The nursery seems nicely presented with the different areas for different children ages. Clean, friendly staff. Good play area
outside for children too.

Overall the facilities and staff are good. Some staff are particularly caring and ensure that all the children’s needs are met. I really like the social interaction and learning that takes place. Food is satisfactory, but there could be better choices.

My toddler has been with Kiddi Caru since she was 7 months old and has always loved nursery and the practitioners. Despite historical staffing issues the ladies who run the rooms all seem to genuinely love working with children and my toddler has developed really lovely relationships with her regular
carers. The nursery has been really helpful in assisting with multiple allergies and done well to assure me as a mum that my toddler is well taken care of at meal times. My toddler is always happy to see different activities set up in the morning and loves the outside space and occasional trip out of the nursery. We're really happy with our choice of nursery and whilst costs for childcare are high they are very transparent about costs and their standard of care is worth it.

My son has only been there for two months and I’m already not happy with the setting. Every time I’ve gone to pick him up, I have had the nursery staff complain to me that he hasn’t been listening and keeps running in the room, bearing in mind he is only 2 and doesn’t understand what he’s doing wrong.
I have also felt judged as a parent as I had been told that they think I’m not telling him to stop when he’s at home which is completely wrong of them to think that. I just feel the staff are very negative when it comes to feedback and I don’t enjoy picking him up as I’m worried of what I’m going to be told on collection. My son has also come running up to me with a wet top on which I feel they could have changed his top on a few occasions. I have to ask the staff what my son's had at meal times as sometimes they haven’t put them on the app which is what it’s meant to be there for.

My daughter always goes happily to all the practitioners at drop-off. Always happy to see familiar faces. At pick up always happy, and smiling, and practitioners always say what happened throughout the day. Really appreciate the use of the app. You can see all the updates as soon as they happen. I can
definitely see the positive change in my daughter after coming to the nursery. She has learned a lot from the practitioners and also from other children.

My daughter loves going to nursery every day and is even sad to leave when it’s collection time, which tells you everything you need to know. She has the most incredible carers in the bumblebee room, whom she adores. Very rarely does she cry when I drop her off. She come on leaps and bounds since being
at nursery, and I’m very happy with everything to date. My only comment is I would like to see more creative messy play in the baby room, but aside from that, 10/10.

As a first-time parent, picking your childcare setting can be a bit of a minefield. From the first visit, we felt at ease, confident and comfortable with every person we encountered at Kiddi Caru. Our daughter started in January 2024 and I was due back to work in February 2024. She loved every single
settling-in session, which was organised and the option to add more sessions if I felt like we needed them really helped with the nerves of sending her for a full day. My daughter is always happy to go to nursery and is always happy when she is collected. She has already built such a bond with the ladies in her room and is learning so many new skills each week. Knowing my daughter is in good hands has made the transition back into work a lot easier. I would recommend this nursery to everyone

My child loves his nursery. He looks forward to going to his nursery every morning. He is very comfortable with his carers and loves them.

No complaints! Love that we can contact the team via the app too. Our daughter has settled well or is starting to anyway. The team all seem amazing. Love receiving pics via the app, would love more if possible but also aware you're looking after our child!

Our daughter started with you in January and the whole experience has been very positive. All of the staff has been very supportive and, even though it’s taken a few weeks for her to settle in, she seems to be getting there with only coming 1 day a week. The whole process from enquiry to her starting
has been very smooth and I would recommend to anyone.
