The nursery is bright, homely and spacious with a fantastic outside area for children to enjoy; an environment that is safe and secure.

The welfare of the children in their care is paramount and through an excellent key carer system they are able to ensure that the individual needs of every child are met.

As well as providing all the activities you would expect from a top-quality nursery, they also offer extra curriculum activities such as yoga, French, music and movement and sing and sign. They believe these activities are simply part of their quality brand and should be enjoyed by all children – therefore these programmes are provided at no extra cost.

Some staff are lovely and welcoming but the nursery is definitely not worth the money you pay. Management needs to improve the organisation and care provided in the nursery. More staff needed and definitely better care/enthusiasm. Although again, they’re some really lovely girls there.

The only but major issue facing is the continuous staff absence which started in March 2023 and is still ongoing today (June 2023). There has been hardly a week during this period that I haven't received a message from the nursery asking to keep my child at home due to staff absence. It seems that the
nursery heavily relies on agencies instead of permanent staff. This is very frustrating as I can't organise my work properly.
Please think carefully before attending this nursery. I have spoken with two friends and they don't face such an issue with other nurseries in Peterborough. So, please make sure you do a proper search and ask all the right questions before agreeing to register your child in Kiddi Caru Peterborough.

My little girl has been at Kiddi Caru since she was 10 months old, she is now in her final few months of pre-school before moving on to school. In all of this time we have nothing but positive things to say about this nursery and the staff there. We will be very sad when she leaves.

Really good standard of care, excellent staff and my son loves going. Good learning and always comes home with new things he has learnt and in a happy mood. Would recommend highly. Has been attending since February 2022.

Amazing nursery! All the staff are so lovely and friendly and helpful. My little one adores it here and especially her key worker who is super attentive. They have great facilities both indoors and outdoors. I feel so comfortable knowing my little one is being well taken care of! Not to mention the
on-site food they provide is high quality and they are super accommodating to any requirements or food intolerances. Cannot recommend enough!

As a 'Covid baby', our son didn't have much contact with the outside world and struggled around people, however as soon as he started nursery he has settled in so well and really come out of his shell. His speech has improved immensely and most of all, he wakes up and enjoys going to Kiddi Caru nursery
every day. The nursery are always innovating with both ideas and technology, which as a person with an IT background is refreshing to see. There are always fun activities and our son is made to feel like his individual needs are always catered for on a one to one basis even though the lovely staff have so many children to deal with. The food choices are great and it's clear to see that hygiene is key. Indoor, outdoor and kitchen areas are clean, tidy and safe and access to the building seems very secure. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely setting and I'm so glad I sent my daughter here. She absolutely loves the staff and actually looks forward to her nursery days. The team have all taken the time to get to know my daughter as an individual and work hard to ensure she is happy, safe and developing. She settled into the
nursery really well and has since transferred into the next room without issue, this is down to the effort that all staff put into getting to know the children in the whole nursery and not just their own rooms.

I am glad we have chosen Kiddi Caru Nursery for our daughter. The staff is lovely and caring and the management is very supportive and responsive. My daughter is happy at the drop-off and this says a lot to us. I couldn’t recommend this nursery more.

The staff are always warm and welcoming to me and my son. They don’t rush me at drop off and pick up and make me feel happy that he is happy there.
There was a delay in setting up the parent app but this is now being used and I get a picture from his session once a week.

My 9-month-old little girl has not long been with the nursery but I can already see the impact in her development. As a “Covid baby” you can see the impact of a lack of interaction with other babies and the wider world that pre-Covid babies come into contact with, due to this I was very nervous about
picking the right nursery. After reading reviews I decided to come for a visit and after being shown around and speaking with the manager, well I didn’t bother looking anywhere else. Since starting my little one has blossomed and I love sharing in her journey alongside the fantastic team in the bumblebee room.

Lovely staff, atmosphere, and rooms. The staff are great with my son - with being a 2020 baby he was very shy as with the lockdowns he hadn't been out to see other people much but since being in nursery he has come on leaps and bounds. This last month he has been excited to go to nursery proclaiming
"friends, friends" when it is time to leave home.

Everything is excellent, I’ve never had any complaints about the service provided. My son has been going since a year old and will be leaving in September to go to school. He has loved his time at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Peterborough and we will be sorry to move on.

We couldn’t be happier with the level of care that our two children receive at Kiddi Caru, the staff are fantastic and work so, so hard to make sure the children feel safe and have fun. My little boy in particular was very nervous when he started at the nursery aged 2 and now aged 4 he absolutely adores
pre school and the staff who look after him. My little girl is 10 months and has just started in the baby room and has settled instantly, the team have been so caring and I have no worries leaving them there, which is a huge thing! I am beyond grateful to the team for making being away from my babies so easy, it is worth every penny to know they are happy and safe and with people who genuinely care about them.

I love this place, it’s really hard to find somewhere you feel happy to trust and to feel happy leaving your child while you're at work but I know when I do, she has the best time and is in very capable hands. All of the staff are amazing, we are so lucky to have a great key worker and the other ladies
in the hedgehog room. Her development has come on so much thanks to everyone there. The room, the activities and the garden. I couldn’t recommend the nursery highly enough and they are great with her allergies.

After leaving a previous nursery to poor standards, I was so anxious for my little one to go to any new nursery. Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Peterborough made us feel welcome from the start! My little one is so happy to go to nursery now and I’m happy for her to go now I know she is safe and well looked

Our child has recently started at the Woodston nursery. We were welcomed and shown around by the manager.. she was amazing and very thorough. Settling in sessions and first full days with the staff have been fantastic in communicating and reassuring us. Our daughter is now in for 2 days a week 8am-6pm
and although early days we could not be happier and trusting of this nursery and its staff. 100 per cent happy thus far.
