My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 9 months old (now 18 months) and has flourished. She loves playing with the other children and her teachers. She has improved with her eating, speech and walking since attending this setting. The staff are wonderful and caring, they are respectful
and proactive. I never have worried about how my daughter settles and whether she is looked after properly. She is always so excited to go to nursery and never seems to want to leave. We are having to move her nursery due to a house move and both of us are heartbroken to be leaving as she enjoys her time there so much.

Our son has been attending here since September 2023, we picked the nursery mainly due to location and the feel we got for it when visiting. Compared to some of the other places we visited, this was brighter, cleaner and friendlier. Our little boy loves it there, he frequently speaks about the staff
and the things that he has learnt. He thoroughly enjoys all of the meals which are varied, home cooked and nutritional. They take care and time to get to know both your child and you as parents, to ensure you feel at ease and of the mindset that they know the best care for them. We sometimes say he prefers nursery to home as he has so much fun there! We would certainly recommend them.

Choosing a setting for a child is a big decision, deciding who's care to leave your child in, I am really happy with my choice of Busy Bees Norwich Airport. My child is thriving, although she is still young she is learning lots whilst there and her interests are explored. I have complete confidence
in the care my child receives. Her happy little wave goodbye in the mornings really reassures me. Also the variety of different meals on offer to develop her taste is great.

Incredible attention, love and care not only for my child but when I walk into the room, either at drop off or collection, the children are happy, playing and calm.
Even when a child is not wanting to leave their parent, the care that goes into settling that child and the genuine connections which
have been can be seen and felt.

We have had our eldest child in Busy Bees Day Nursery, graduation this month. She has been attending since she was 2, now 4 nearly 5.
She has come on leaps and bounds since attending. She is such a confident, smart, kind girl and this is in part due to the staff at Busy Bees.
Never has there been
a day my daughter has said she does not want to attend the nursery.
She has made wonderful friends, both with the children and staff.
The centre director has always been very accommodating with extra days, even at short notice.
Although we did initially choose Norwich Airport as the nursery at the time it was close to my husband's work and drop-off. He has since moved away, so it is now out of the area for us. But because our eldest enjoyed this nursery so much we have also enrolled our youngest, who is 16 months. Again, she has developed fantastically and appears to always look excited to attend and happy when she is there. She clearly enjoys her cuddles with the staff.

Our daughter has been here for a year now. The manager and her staff have been very supportive to parents and children. The childcare staff are patient, caring and always looking after not only the safety but also the development of the children.
The app is also a great feature, giving little updates
throughout the day or showcasing the achievements of your little one each day.
In summary - great team, great location with great ethics. Happy to highly recommend.

Since my son has started at Busy Bees he has come so far in his development. Staff have been so supportive and accommodating, especially when we have had unexpected family circumstances. My eldest son has been attending the nursery for two years and has just moved into the preschool room. The change of routine has been a bit daunting for him, but I cannot fault the staff. They have been both caring and patient with him and I know he settles quickly after waving me off, he loves all
the activities that they do and comes away excitedly telling us what he has done for the day, who he’s spent the day with and normally gives a rundown of what he’s eaten that day. I can’t thank the staff enough as I feel they’re a big part of why he’s becoming the little independent boy he is. With how pleased we've been with our eldest attending, it was a no-brainer in sending our youngest son to them as well, he has recently started in the baby room and has settled quickly with them. The staff again have been so caring and attentive, you can see that they want to see all the children thrive and help guide them along the way. I would highly recommend the setting to other parents.

My daughter has attended Busy Bees since June 2022 and her development in this time is amazing. My wife and I have always felt that she is in good hands on the days she attends, even when she isn't feeling herself. The staff are always welcoming to us and our daughter and always give good feedback at
the end of the day. My daughter has a few food intolerances but this is never an issue as special meals are catered for and she always eats more at nursery than she does at home. Perhaps that's more of a reflection on my cooking.

Having assessed all Nursery options we decided on Norwich Airport, Busy Bees ten months ago and we are delighted that we did. Our daughter really enjoys her time at Nursery and we put this down to a number of factors. Firstly, the staff are fantastic. Their friendliness and attention to detail shine
through and we have complete confidence all of our daughter's needs are catered for by the staff throughout the day. The range of carefully thought out activities delivered by the staff ensure our daughter has fun whilst being educated at the same time and we could not be happier with the role the staff have played in helping our child develop. The facilities themselves are second to none and the garden space is used frequently where possible which is an added bonus on top of the classrooms. The menus are varied and our child eats well at the Nursery, trying different foods all the time. Lastly, the online portal which gives regular and informative updates is well used by staff.

I have nothing but praise for this wonderful nursery! Our son started with them in September and he has absolutely loved going since day one! At the end of each day he excitedly tells us about what he's been up to - dancing, singing, yoga, water play, building blocks - there's so much they get the children
involved with, it's so varied and really fun and engaging. He also loves the food and we get an enthusiastic rundown of the day's menu! We feel very confident leaving him in the care of all the staff at Busy Bees - they are very caring, patient and attentive and our son always comes home happy! Highly recommend.

My son has been at Busy Bees at Norwich airport for almost two years now and we can't fault them. Every morning we arrive, we are greeted by the management team, with lovely smells coming from the kitchen, preparing the day's food. There are clear and calm routines every morning and my son feels both
cared for and safe with the staff when he waves goodbye. During the day, we get updates on an app with how much he ate and often pictures of what he has been up to. They have a lot of space indoors and a garden area that has been recently re-done. The resources available are brilliant as well. At pickup, we get an update about what he did that day and because I have often seen pictures of what he has been doing - we can have a nice chat about it on the way home.
We have had experience with quite a few other childcare settings as we have an older child as well and Busy Bees is by far, the best.

Our daughter has always been happy at this nursery and the staff are great about personalising her needs relating to both home life routines and her learning and development.
Also, they do get them outside and do messy play inside lots which we love.

My son thoroughly enjoys his time at nursery and will I not be looking to change until he moves up to full-time school. Amazing nursery! Our little girl has been going to Busy Bees for 14 months and you can tell from the smile on her face when she arrives that she enjoys her time there. All the staff are lovely and welcoming and she will be there until she starts school. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly,
caring nursery that actively works on child development on a daily basis.

My experience with Busy Bees Norwich Airport has been nothing but positive, extremely friendly staff who keep you informed throughout the day on how your child is getting on, they are all very approachable and I feel more than comfortable asking them any question or query I have. My little girl loves
going to Busy Nees nursery each week and I know that she is receiving the best care. Every week is full of different activities and sensory play, the food is excellent and I am so glad my daughter is a part of the nursery.

I have a BA Hons in Childhood Studies and have been in this childcare setting for 15 years in various roles. Due to my vast experience in childcare, I am able to ensure our team provide the best care and education for the children here at our nursery at Norwich Airport.  We pride ourselves on our home from home environment, child-led learning, and core values.
