Our eldest started at the nursery over two years ago into 2-3s. We had previous issues with staff turnover and background issues at another nursery so were sceptical to leave her again. From the first phone call the managers were both incredibly helpful in getting us settled. There were never any issues
with leaving our girl, the staff are attentive and caring. I am thoroughly impressed with the learning topics each fortnight and the communication between staff and parents now she is in preschool. Our youngest started at just six months old and the kindness and attention given by the girls in Babies and Tweenies means I have not felt guilty about the decision at all.

I am beyond glad I chose this nursery for my child. He started when he was 14 months and he is now at preschool. During that time he was diagnosed with Autism and I can honestly say, the staff and the nursery as a whole have been magnificent. His key worker especially has gone above and beyond to support
him in his therapies, his welfare and also helping with choosing a school to suit his needs. They were also fully involved and supported us through the EHCP process.


As a parent, leaving your child in the care of others is a massive deal, especially when they need extra care and support. The nursery have been wonderful. My son loves it and I don’t think he would have made as much progress as he has without the support of the key worker and the nursery as a whole.


We definitely made the right choice! Thank you.

I’ve used this nursery for my two children for almost two years. Babies and Tweenies rooms were wonderful, with great facilities for the little ones and the staff are very attentive with each and every child, I was always impressed with their patience and care. The 2-3’s and pre-school staff have also
shown great care and kindness to my children; encouraged development in all areas and always have something new to do with the children. I enjoy the themed weeks in pre-school, giving us lots to talk about at home! I also really appreciate being able to discuss anything with the staff if I need to and feeling listened to. Thank you for looking after my little ones.

The nursery gives a really warm friendly environment for children to thrive. My son had been in the nursery since he was six months. He has enjoyed all the different rooms and has had a really good rapport with his key workers. The management team are really welcoming and supportive. I am very impressed
with the safeguarding procedures in place in the nursery and I feel like my son is extremely safe when there.
The food is good and he enjoys the different varieties of food. The learning log is informative and enables me to see how well my son is getting on achieving his milestones and we work together with the nursery on new milestones so there is a clear link between home and nursery.

Busy Bees provides a safe and stimulating environment for our daughter. She loves it and comes home exhausted but happy every day. If there are ever any problems, nursery informs us quickly and they are resolved with no fuss.

Both of my children have attended this nursery from babies to preschool and they have loved every minute. The staff are all amazing, allowing the children to grow, develop and flourish in all development and academic areas.
From the opening hours to the room layouts and variety of food available I

My son has progressed from babies through to Tweenies now, and his development, even though he’s only in for 1/2 days a week, is just amazing. The girls are all so enthusiastic and, my goodness, they have my utmost respect doing what they do! My son is excited to go, I rarely have any problem with drop-offs.
He’s too excited. I know he loves it. I’d be more than happy to recommend the nursery to anyone.

My little boy attends Busy Bees and absolutely loves it, he comes home very happy (and worn out). He loves the food which is all made from fresh ingredients on the day. I also get a diary telling me everything that he has done, what he has eaten and drank that day and how much sleep he’s had. The staff
are extremely friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend it to any family or friends.

I genuinely love that my daughter attending the Busy Bees nursery. She seems very well adjusted to the whole experience and the staff. She is always full of fun stories when we pick her up, is rarely upset about anything, and always eats well.

My son feels safe and happy at the nursery, and settled in well when he started. He loves going to nursery and has several friends - including the staff. I know he is safe, cared for and learns lots at the nursery. The environment at this nursery is fantastic too. I have only praise.

My daughter has recently moved from Tweenies to 2-3s and I could not be happier with the care and attention she has had during this process. We had detailed parents evening appointments from both key workers and feel very happy that she is being well looked after in all aspects, as well as being challenged

I always feel like my children’s needs are met at Busy Bees. There has always been a great connection between their assigned team member and my boys and it is evident that planning is made to help them progress to their own needs. Their individuality is embraced by all the team which is important to
them and how they feel. There is no doubt my boys have grown in confidence and capability as a result of their time at Busy Bees.

My son has been going to this nursery since he was 1. He's now turning 3. Although he always maintains he wants to stay with me (as with any child they play you up when you want to leave) I can't prize him away in the evenings! He's made lovely friends, he is able to socialise and learn with others
his age and he is encouraged to be himself.
The nursery is a purpose built building although there is limited outdoor space. Saying that the children are encouraged to go out and explore and the nursery have made it as interactive as they can with different places to go and hide, textures to find and places to play. They have recently had the toilets revamped and the outside play area for preschool has been redone to a great standard. Overall we are very happy with the nursery and our son's development whilst he's been there.

Busy Bees at Norwich Meridian is an excellent nursery. My daughter spent 2 years there and my twin boys have been there for just over a year. They love/d their time there. The staff are super friendly and very approachable. The meals are healthy and varied so I'm confident they won't go hungry! The
summary at pick up times are really reassuring and I know they've had lots of activities to keep them learning and occupied. Couldn't ask for a better setting to leave my precious little ones at whilst I can't be with them.

Our daughter has been coming to the nursery for just over 10 months now, and she absolutely loves it! She first went to the free baby group and we knew right away that she would fit in well there, it just felt like the right place for her. It can be a bit daunting leaving your child in the care of other
people, but we had nothing to worry about here. The staff are lovely and always have a smile on their face, you can tell they enjoy what they do. Our little girl adapted so quickly and has really grown and developed since going there. She has so much fun that some days she doesn't want to leave, the number of times I've had to extract her from the sand pit! We couldn't have asked for a better first start for our daughter, and would definitely recommend it here.

My little boy has grown through each room, babies, Tweenies, 2-3’s and is now about to go into pre-school. The staff are so lovely and I trust them 100% with my son. They really care, from my first day Mummy tears and dealing with my sons separation anxiety at drop off.
My son really enjoys learning
and playing at Nursery. The meals are always nutritious and varied and it’s great that they are prepared fresh by the onsite chef. I will have no hesitation in sending my daughter when my maternity leave ends.
